    My phone (Samsung A NP550P5C-S02AU running windows 7 Home premium) does not connect to the modem (which is a D-link DSL-2740 b - F1)

    For the past few weeks that I was able to fix this by resetting the modem/restart the laptop and I also did a full restore on the computer laptop but also completely reset the modem and updated the firmware. I also tried two different wireless, WPA and WPA2 security settings that solved the problem (although surprisingly, it worked for a few days during the passage of to WPA). For the last two days the laptop was not able to connect to the internet outside a few times where the connection lasted 2-5 minutes. We have several computers and portable devices in the House who seem to have no problem connecting to the internet, so I'm not sure of what could be the problem.

    My phone has been extremely slow, the time clock thing is for still running, and so my phone dies in 3 to 4 hours with no real use. I was told that it was because I need to update my OS but when I got home and plugged in it says that my phone is up to date and there is no upgrade available OS. I bought a spare battery to see if it was the problem and it is not. This is getting very frustrating. When I tried to open it I got an error message saying something about Java, and after failed attempts to open it, I deleted it. The other was AP Reader.     First of all... this site is not a channel for any official communication with, support, or climbing to the RIM. This site is a community of users for volunteers who are trying their best to help each other, but we have no access to any system "back-end" to act on your request. If you really need official support from RIM, you must start with your support contract required string that starts with your mobile service provider, which can degenerate case RIM free of charge to the end user if such is always appropriate.
