  • BlackBerry Blackberry Bold 9700 Smartphones blocked (or stuck) with 99% of the loading bar HELP!

    Hello world!

Well, everything is explained in the title, my blackberry bold 9700 is block 99% of the load bar when I reboot it.

Yesterday I had like 3 or 4 updates to some app and then I reboot but now it's blocked... I try to remove the battery several times, did not work, I try to use alt + shift + del several times, did not work, I try to use BBSAK but the blackberry cannot recognize... I don't know what to do and the worst part is that I did not do backup everything (ok so I'm little kind of stupid, but...)

In any case of me HELP

    Thank you!

YES! I found a solution! Working on it since yesterday! It is an application that has been blocked my BB

So for all of you who have had the same problem here's what I did: I use the AppLoader, you will find cor D, F no matter) / Program Files / Common Files / Research In Motion / AppLoader / loader

Launch the loader and connect your blackberry to the PC by USB. BUT it must detect the blackberry before the loading bar reach 3/4. So when the blackberry is detected, quickly click Next, then you should have a list of all your applications. Now deselect the application causing problem (or if you don't know which deselect all to remove all) and then click Next. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THE LOADING BAR SHOULD NOT SPEND 3/4. After that it's going to be something and if you see that it blocks just to make a reset in now alt + shift + del 2 times, wait, she returned to the loading bar and try again to detect the phone in the AppLoader who does not close during this manipulation... After all, that things blackberry should restart and hope for you, came back to life. So, in my case, I lost all my photos (don't know why), but at least I'm keeping all my contacts and messages. In any case it's better like this than all lost...

Sorry for my bad English, I think that everything is not really clear, but perhaps that might help someone...

  • BlackBerry Smartphones Blackberry Priv bricks during update MM

    Hello everyone,

As a user of BB for a long time (since the curve 8310 until the Passport), I couldn't resist the temptation and I ended up buying a private AT & T unlocked the B & H store in Manhattan during my vacation.

As soon as I come home in Spain, I started the MM updated procedure with an autoloader, according to the following instructions: http://global.blackberry.com/en/support/smartphones/blackberry-PRIV/reload.html

I downloaded the SW AAF355 version and drivers USB (computer restarts after the installation).

Installation script has detected the Priv in fastboot mode after lowering the volume + key combination of power and apparently started the update, but suddenly the phone restarted with black screen and led flashes between purple and green.

Quick notes: I've updated devices BB10 via autoloader a couple of times and I did the update did not complete successfully using Mac OS (latest version), but I tried tha same procedure from a W7 PC too.

Now, I'm still stuck with black screen and led flashing and computer does not detect the phone more. I tried all combinations of possible keys try to restart the phone but no luck.

So I ask help to members of the community on what can I do to get it fixed, cause I think that the problem of Mayor is I'm in Spain...

    Thanks in advance.

OK, it seems that I finally I could remedy then I'll write the steps that I followed, just in case.

In my case, I was not able to start the phone in following mode fastboot with all combinations of keys, and the computer it has not detected:

    -Low volume + button.

    -High volume + button.

-All buttons pressed at the same time.

But after some trial and error, I pressed the middle (the toddler between flight up and down) button + power button and the phone started in mode 'starting'

The computer detects it and loaded MM autoloader (first attempt get stuck again, but a 2nd went until the end). After that the phone boot up normally.

Thanks to all the members of the BB community and have a nice day!

  • Smartphones blackBerry BlackBerry Priv OS10 update

How can I upgrade BlackBerry Priv to BB 10OS?

I just bought this from verizon because it is the only BlackBerry they sell, and I wanted a BlackBerry on a CDMA network for security and a phone that has a hardware keyboard.

Why BlackBerry would put Android on their phones?

If they provide a method of upgrade to upgrade to BB OS10 Priv this phone sells like Candy at a Carnival!

Someone should notify Mr. John S. Chen that might correct this amazing phone sales figures.

I know private does not run 10OS as is, and BlackBerry (yet) does not facilitate an upgrade of the OS. My question is-if and when it will happen.

I haven't looked inside myself, but I doubt the Priv would be unable to carry out OS10 and something like that would more the result of a change in strategy. The phone is excellent, but every company out there knowing BB form old times, stay away from good Priv that according to rumors, BB hoped for a big breakfast with the private, but it turns out be the opposite and the strategy supposed to attract android users by putting this "BSD-Linux-Google" OS on one of their best phones, has not paid.

BlackBerry has now a beautiful product running a non-secure OS - Android mobile game and thus fails to attract business customers that BB was hoping to regain.

After BB almost 'crashed', most enterprise customers switched the second best option - the iphone and before that, the other half held by various start-up offering solutions BYOD etc. and mobile security. Some also invested to hire the right people to ensure their mobile-com infrastructure themselves, but soon more thought that now with the technology and the associated threats would require almost edit them their company profile and passed to the iphone.

Non-tech companies like legal, medical or other sectors including manufacturing and small businesses are looking for affordable, rock solid solutions, they can work without mobile communication, one of its branches.

My question is - BlackBerry review polydioxanone Priv with BBOS 10 (if technically possible)?

  • BlackBerry smartphone how to block Facebook sounds in Blackberry Priv

How can I block Facebook sounds in Blackberry Priv? For example, I don't want to make a noise when I 'like' something.

The only way I was able to do this is to put my phone in do not disturb mode. I like to keep my phone in priority mode and did calls and event SMS reminders for a sound. Is this possible?

    Thank you

    Karen

    Hello

On Facebook, tap the 3 lines > settings App > toggle the sounds option

Then, you won't have to hear the sound when you 'like' something.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones BlackBerry Maps is loaded on the NEW Bold 9700, but there is no icon to start the application

You just bought a new Bold 9700.  I ran all of possible update.  BlackBerry Maps IS loaded (v5.0.0).  The operating system is the most recent.  I see BlackBerry Maps in applications of the add-on, but there is no icon to start the application.  The seller is completely useless when it comes to helping solve the problem.  The GPS seems to work and provides the correct location data, but I can't find a way to start the BlackBerry Maps application.  What gives?

GPS still works on the device, even without BlackBerry Maps.

    Try Google maps. Free.

  • BlackBerry 10 BB loader

    Hello!
I know that those with Apple products that are purchased in the United States (who have Chargers US) can use only a map of the EU and on the charger itself is written something like this - "110-240V 50 - 60 Hz", which means that it will work on electrical systems the most common world-wide without a transformer.

    So my question is this:
Is it safe to use an adapter for charger BB? I mean if I have a classic US for BB charger and want to charge my phone in European Union, then it will be safe (which means that my battery does not burn or won't break not peripheral) using only a map of the EU? Take a look at this picture to better understand what I mean: I want to use this - http://drh2.img.digitalriver.com/DRHM/Storefront/Company/bbrry/images/product/detail/Passport/Charge... In ADDITION, this - http://i.stack.imgur.com/d5cum.jpg , which will look like this - http://img.banggood.com/images/upload/2012/liuguanglian/SKU09164501.JPG .

The charger BB has the same information about voltage as the Apple charger? ("110-240V 50 - 60 Hz")

It is not question of BB classic specific but especially '' in general '' on all products BB, because for all I know the BB charger can be used on almost all BB devices.

    Thank you.

    ARO
    Pavels

Yes, they are. If you look at the charger, it should also be on it (even if very small letters):

    Input: 100-240 V

I have an original Blackberry charger with US plug, plugged into a map of the EU and a power 220V in Europe. This works perfectly.
