  Hi, I am wondering what size maximum or ideal of the music file (mp3, aif, m4a, flac, etc.) that can be played on "BOLD".  I copied a song using Media Manager (Covert for optimum playback).  The size of the song is 28 MB.  It does not show a song about my "BOLD", but when I use Media Manager to access I can see and play through Media Manager.

  After a recent upgrade of my BBM icon label changed to net.rim.bb and when I click to send a BBM I get tell screen: Eception missing Exception of resource files.  How can I fix this?  I am running OS 6.0 Bundle 2647.

As instructed, I try to find basic applications in Blackberry Desktop software, but there is no basic apps. After searching the forums, I tried to install software 9720 on my PC but only the O2 version is available and there is still no basic apps. Also I tried to launch the Blackberry Desktop Software with administrative rights, but nothing changes. How can I install Russian language on my 9720?

  The easiest way is, on a PC (you can not do on MAC):

  (1) make sure that you have a current backup and your BB complete... you can find the instructions at the link in my auto-sig below.

  2) uninstall all the BB OS packages from your PC,

  (3) make sure you have the BB Desktop Software already installed

  (4) download and install on your computer, the BB OS package you want:

  • If all you want are the levels of BONE, it is first sorted by carrier - the carrier supports, your search will be fast. However, some carriers are much slower than others to release updates. To really get the package up-to-date OS for your BB, you need to dig through and find all businesses that support your specific model BB and then compare the BONE levels they support.

  5) remove all copies of the SELLER on your PC. XML... There will be at least one and maybe 2, and they will be located in the same way or to (it changes based on your version of Windows) these files:

  Replace the instructions appropriate for your other device instead of the transmitter unit KB section in the KB. Since you are on BB OS 6, the stage of "Receive using BT" is irrelevant.

  A few annoying problems recently with my Bold 9700.

  First, my Blackberry has suddenly started to massively delete recent appointments in my calendar, which will attempt to remove them from my Outlook calendar when I synchronize the device to my laptop.  This has not happened before, and I checked to make sure that the schedule is set to never delete nominations, and it is set correctly.

  Second, my Blackberry App World application (both on the device and online) does not display one of my installed applications, except one, but they are all still on the device and working properly.  I'm 18 apps installed from BB App World, beyond the pre-installed applications on the device, which are less than 10 MB in total size.

  The reason I think that the problem could be linked to the internal flash memory is that whenever I want to install an application, I usually get a message indicating there is enough memory and I have to uninstall some other applications to free up space.  When I checked my memory earlier, he said that had less than 1 MB.  I restarted the machine and now it tells me there is 12.2 MB of available space, which always seems incredibly low for me since I installed only about 10 MB of my own applications.  So, I delete the file all attachments of the device and do not keep e-mail on the device beyond 30 days, and all media is stored on flash cards, not in the device memory.

  If you don't have a BIS or BES plan, it won't work - even if you are connected over wi - fi.

• BlackBerry Smartphones video / Audio Out of sync

  I have a BB9650 with 5.0 o/s.  The only problem is when I play videos the real Visual and audio are not synchronized.  Complete the part of the video and the audio ends then.  On long videos, this can be important.  I reloaded the video using Desktop Manager and it still does not work.  I will NOT use 6 o/s because it's a bad operating system, using more than 50% of the RAM and slow down my BB so it crashes all the time.

  If the file is a supported format try to remove the file from the device and then use "Mass storage Mode" and copy the file on the memory card and the test.

  My first blackberry - a Bold 9000 and V4.6 from the CD but questions initially with synchronization PC had so loaded 4.7 from the web.  After a lot of time spent on the phone with Orange (328 compound) we got it working and everything has been fine until today, when I want to move photos and video of the "BOLD" to my PC phone.  The Media Manager is grey-ed version 4.7. • Will not blackBerry Smartphone Video play past 04:09

  I downloaded some videos on my Blackberry "BOLD" the other day, after receiving my new 8 GB MicroSD, start playing them while I was out and about and would not play any of them past 4 minutes and 9 seconds.  I'll try to fast forward the video spent and get the same error as I would if I played the full 04:09 from the beginning.

  *.3gp is the format I use.  Files are those that I made myself using Ultra Mobile 3GP Video Converter.

  Suggestions?

  I found a temporary solution to do this, I can now play videos 04:09, but not as a *.3gp file.

  I noticed that when I used the converter in the Roxio Media Manager, that he transformed into a *.mp4 file rather than be a file *.3gp and BlackBerry began to let play past 04:09.

They claim that the 8330 w / OS 4.5 is compatible but I'm unable to get an IP address from my laptop. Is there something that I am missing? Contacted the creator of the app and it says that it is not sure if the 8330 supports WiFi, Should'nt he knows?   You will see that the 8330 is indeed not a WiFi radio. So, if what you're trying (I have no idea what a "WiFi File Transfer App") requires a BB with WiFi, then the 8330 is not capable of that.
