  Have you tried reinstalling your BBM? Maybe this solves the problem. Have you tried a reboot of your machine?

  So I tried my Z10 with a Playbook and it works just great...

  BUT

  When I try to voice chat with BB9900 of my wife, I connect but I can't send any voice... it sounds right back at me... meanwhile, I can hear his voice from the BB990

  She hears any voice on the BB9900 come the Z10...

  Looks like a street in a sense...

  Any suggestions?

  RESOLVED SOLUTION...

  Basically, we are troubleshooting-made this problem... We took the bb9900 and the Z10 to a local coffee shop and tested... the voice of BBM worked perfectly and even made voice with the other BB9900, curve and 9800 users contact...

  So we came back home and contacted the ISP provider and tested the system of the router... it turns out that the router is older than 5 years and needed a new...

  The Protocol should be put to WPA WEP-64 to get things to work... we used a separate DLINK router to test this hypothesis... and it worked fine...

  It was not the Blackberry phones... It was a router problem... and the ISP provider is replacement for us...

  For those facing similar problems... diagnosis by eliminating variables works...

  I'm on Windows XP.  On the Pearl, a voice note file that is created is a .amr file.  I can create a more standard file as a .wav or what software is recommended for the conversion of my XP machine does not recognize a .amr file?  Thank you.

  It would be easier to get Quicktime for your XP to change the file type of the Blackberry.

  I looked through previous posts and see nothing about it, I hope I didn't miss it.

  My question is: is it possible to continue to record a voice note while the phone is closed. I tried and do not understand whether it is possible or not.   When I got my new camera "BOLD", it came with an icon for e-mail messages and one for voice sms messages and indicated SMS messages in the form of a separate icon, then I transferred my old info for the new device and this feature suddenly dessapered; is there some way to this came as initially? Should what steps I take to get two separate icons for email and sms messages?

  To have a separate icon for SMS go to the menu, main folder message, press new menu options, General options, change the SMS and email inboxes to separate.

  You want to add the voicemail password.  How do you do that?  I read to go to the phone icon, then voice mail icon.  Could not find either.  Have VZW 8130

  I found this one on my own.  The icon on the phone's call log icon.  Open the call log.  Open the menu, and then click options.  In the line options is the voicemail.  Click on the voicemail and must be the voicemail phone number. There is another line for the password.  Insert the password.  Save and close.  When you dial the voice mail, hold 1, pauses for 3 seconds and insert the password.

  Yes, you can (in your BBM options) record the history of cats in your card.

  You can also choose the BBM chat and send to > email and it must copy all the current cat.

  I think to do that you would need to assign a contact with the name of voice mail and put in the voicemail number for that contact, you would be then abe voice dial into voicemail... Hope this helps
