  I have a BB 9500 and just got myself a WIFI transmitter.

  My WIFI is configured with a password but I am not too convinced that my BB is conecting to it.

  How will I know?

  Is not very likely. The 9500 is not WiFi.

  The wireless, what it is is via the the carrier signal, not a wireless or WiFi network.

  I use my BB lamp in a variety of WiFi hotspots with success.  However, a month ago, the BB cannot use my home wireless system.  It shows that it is connected but cannot access all sites.  I disable my wireless home on the BB and I can easily access the internet via 3G.

  Three computers and two iPhones use my network wireless without any problem.  I deleted the BB and reinstalled my home network and I still have a problem.

  I use a WPA2 personal network on a Netgear wireless router.  Sometimes the BB also shows my home network as a WEP network and requires a hexadecimal key.  How the BB can get two different networks of my router.  I have not tried to find the hexadecimal key.

  Any ideas why my BB, suddenly, can't use my network while all my other wireless devices work well?

  Start by deeting profile wireless on your BB, then reboot the router. To do this, simply unplug it for 10 seconds, then reconnect it. Also reboot your BB for good measure by removing the battery for 15-30 seconds. Once you have done this, configure your wireless again.

  You have more than one e-mail account on the device or simply your company account? If you have several accounts email make sure that under the Calendar Options you choose your professional account. Non - BES accounts have the wireless sync set to no, and cannot be changed
