  First, try it this way...

  N ° WiFi works out internet data allowances, cellular data allowances.  The fact that you simply use the internet data of your cousin sweetens the deal.

I've tried a soft reset and also removed the battery (several times)... when I connect to Desktop Manager, my computer does not recognize that I am connected.   At this point, you have to reconnect to the BlackBerry Desktop Software to get anywhere with your phone.  Take a look at this article from RIM:

  I bought my new Blackberry "BOLD", the Manager of office installed on my computer and Device Manager installed as well for the "BOLD" of 4.7.  When I plugged in my camera for the first time to fund manager began through a procedure and update the phone.  After a few minutes he said it was a mistake of some sort, that the backup was on the computer and use to fund manager transfer on the phone.  I opened the Desktop Manager, and does not recognize the phone.  Give me just a DTM vacuum with no connection and no option either.  Please someone help me, this causes a lot of stress for a new phone.

  Ok!!  I solved my problem (with the help of MANY people here or by phone).  I wanted to implement EXACTLY what I've done so that no one has yet this headache.

  This is for people who have some kind nuked Blackberrys or receipt error message 507.

  Step 1: My problem initially was the destop Manager (DM) and the operating system (OS) that I tried to download.  Two of them that I found online from blackberry.com and ATT.com.  They were correct, but for some reason versions DM messed up during installation.  It looked OK, but as I had no idea of what it was supposed to look like at, I knew not the wisest.  This is what it looked like to me:

  

  Step 2: If it happened to you, RE INSTALL THE DTM!, do not UNINSTALL.  When reinstalling, it will ask you if you want to modify, repair or remove.  Click on repair and move forward.  This will install the file that was missing, for me it was software.msi of blackberry desktop.

  Step 3: Now install the OS of your provider

  Step 4: Do not open the DM!  Instead, click on start > my computer.  Click local disk > Program files > common files > Research In Motion > Apploader.  Then search for the file named "loader", there must be an icon phone little next to the name.

  Step 5: this will launch the application loader.  Remove the battery on the back of the phone.  Now plug the phone DIRECTLY into the USB port.  Don't use hubs or anything like that and make sure that you use the BACK USB ports, those are made for mass information.  Then click in the apploader, it will say "UNKNOWN USB" that's fine, just after...

  You will get a screen of control everything you want to download, go ahead and take your things, some you can't.  and then click Next.  It will give you a list of all you send to the BB.  Hit next and sit, make sure the computer will not sleep or Hibernate or screensaver for this can interrupt the download!   I did this and for some reason any upload took forever and I kept getting this screen:

  I had no idea what to do.  I went out and bought a USB cable for cameras and MP3 players.   It was Belkin and make sure its GREAT SPEED!  I came home after MANY attempts with my other USB cable (motorola razr) and plugged it up, done what above, and it worked in 10 minutes, rebooted and back to factory settings.  I am so relieved that I wanted to put this up immediately.  I hope this helps you all!

  I recently got a Blackberry 8520 and I come very, very slowly to wrestling with it.  One of the problems that I still have is with BBM.  It's on my phone but the only way I can access is by going to "Switch Application" and this is in the Ribbon.  Is there a way I can move, the icon is displayed on the main screen? (the screen with all applications).  An AOL AIM and MSN Messenger icon appear, but I don't use these and would prefer to have the icon for BBM. Any way I can delete these two?

  I hope that makes sense, as I have said that I'm pretty new to Blackberry.

  Yes, I agree that the issue here is that the BBMessenger does not appear as an icon on the main screen.

  That's why I asked to go through the steps looking for in all directories (particularly Instant Messages folder) and checking that it is not hidden.

  If you can do the same, let me know.

  I have a hands-free kit car Blue Ant ST3 Bluetooth paired with my Blackberry Torch 9800. Before that, I had a Blackberry 9000 "BOLD" paired with it. The BB "BOLD" to reconnect with the ST3 unit as soon as he came into the range. I swear blind that the torch too did for on the first week I got it. My ISP (Vodafone Australia) Blackberry support centre now tells me, it's NORMAL that every time I want to connect my unit ST3, that I have to turn off Blue Tooth, on the Blackberry Torch and then turn it back on so that it will connect. Certainly, it cannot be good. Is it?

  My phone says I have the latest firmware and OS available too BTW.

  So the question is with the rendering browser Google search results only? You have any problems by manually typing in a URL Pointant to any page?
  Also, go ahead and remove the battery with the phone, leave it for a while and reinsert. Try now

I got my blackberry last week and the trackpad is frozen I tried a battery pull, pushing down to the metal plate, with or without sim card, update, change in sensibility and everything else.   I bought a Z10 a month ago. Updated as soon as the 10.2 was officially available and it worked perfectly. Tonight, however, I was on a call and suddenly the audio went. I tried to disconnect the call but it was not disconnect despite several attempts until I gave up and you press the power button to restart. Since I restarted, I can't make or receive calls. I'm trying to dial a number every time it shows immediately call ends. Also, I can not receive calls. I have the complete network and can do everything including surfing the web, sent text messages and BBM. What seems to be the problem? Please help because it's a little urgent

  When powered on press and hold the power button for 10 seconds, this resets the phone.

  You can also remove the battery for a minute, if the above does not work.

  This does not sound like a network problem, to have that full signal does not mean that you will be able to connect if the network traffic is high or you are being faced with a different tower. Call your provider if the problem persists.
