BlackBerry Version 10.2.1.2102 Q10

Still I wonder to update. This version is 39MB. My last update was only 5 MB.

Is this update several bug fixes? Has anyone received this update and if so are there any problems during installation or any real change.

I'm on the Rogers network.

ronkl, Yes, do the update, there are several things that set from 10.2.1.537

  • BlackBerry version of carrier-specific Q10 changing of BB10 on Q10

    Hey people,

I wonder if any of you can help me. I got my Q10 of AT & T (US) at the time when it was out. Due to the rounded general of AT & T, I now switched to another provider. How can I change the specific version of the carrier of BB10 on my AT & T Q10 to my new provider? I know the code of the salesperson must change from 102 to 100, but I can't find a way to do this.

On the old BBOS, I could just delete Vendor.xml and press on any version of the OS, so I dug an old laptop PC (I use Mac now) and I tried that night last but could not make it work.

    Thanks in advance!

In addition to the issue of JSander, TMobile logo appear when you start the device now?  Restart a couple of times.

If this does not work, try the link below:

    http://supportforums.BlackBerry.com/T5/BlackBerry-10-OS-device-software/upgrading-BB10-OS-using-Sach...

Modify the instructions in this post and use County Code 310 and carrier code 160 with Q10 as the model and the SQN100-5 Variant.   This will give you the TMobile update for the Q10.

  • 10.2.1.2102 Q10 Q10 OS blackBerry update probs?

Hello, I was wondering about when opening an email address of the sender is only partially revealed (slice by horizontally in the email itself). And permissions in the custom of device records leave nothing or moved deleted. By pressing the R key to respond in case of SMS is not committed. A, the automatic update of time zone does not take long until he gets to the capital by default in my country, the Australia. So the next update will fix these issues or is just my Q10, Help!

    See you soon

    Hello

What you describe, I would infer that something was wrong with the update of the OS, and a full reload would be in order. You can do it via LINK or via the Automatic charger.

    Good luck!

  • BlackBerry Blackberry OS 10.3.2.2474 Q10

I have a Q10-1 with OS 10.3.2.2474 SQN100 installed - my carrier (Koodo, Canada) has been long abandoned products Blackberry so if there are newer versions, I do not see Koodo releasing so I wonder y at - it later than that and if so, where can I get them.

NB. I only wish in the legitimate versions, I'm not tech savvy enough to install a version of the leak.

2888 would be actually the most complicated choices for you... it does no radio file, so you need to build your own automatic charger (for the record, no automatic download ""), including some radio file you want. Therefore, I recommend actually 2813 as the latest 'stable' version or 2876 if you do not need to call TMO WiFi. With these two, you can get an auto-loader that is already completely integrated and ready to use.

Note that this method is 100% to destroy everything on your device (except for a press pass, unless it is perhaps encrypted). After this process, the device will be as if it were NIB - new in the box. Nothing of yours will be there, and you are going through all of the early stages of Setup, after which you can restore from a previous backup, reconfigure the display of the scratch, etc.. You, as part of this configuration, must enter the credentials for the exact BBID even as it is currently associated with the device... with this process, anti-theft is activated, that even after this process will always require the same exact BBID references.

Instructions and downloadable files are here:

Of course, before you start this, you want a good backup link, a manual copy of the memory of your device to your PC and complete documentation of your configuration (identification information of account, adding applications, configurations, etc.). Sometimes, restoring a backup returns unit corruption even, must be eliminated and reconfiguration from scratch can solve that.

Be aware of the risks of 10.3.2 however... There are two things to worry about. First of all, be 100% sure that you know (and confirm) your BBID powers... If you do not, you may make your useless device to anyone, including yourself. Second, once you move to 10.3.2, you cannot fall back to 10.3.1 or earlier, by any medium (for example, even the unofficial AutoLoaders can not overcome this restriction anti-secours).

    Good luck!

  • Passport unlocked blackBerry Blackberry version

I have difficulties to find details about the compatibility of the unlocked version of the passport with international carriers.  The phone would be founded in the United States with ATT but would have to work almost everywhere in Europe and Africa.  We used different models previous BlackBerry successfully when traveling and just want tio confirm that this model would work as well.

The unlocked version has dual sim slots?

We tried to find a phone number for the pre sales questions but could not.  We have always purchased directly from a seller before but apparently have to order on the web for this model?

    Thank you.

    Hello!

BlackBerry passport is single-sim only and supports the following network bands.

    • FD - LTE 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 13, 17, 20 (2100/1900/1800/1700/850/2600/900/700/700/800 MHz)
    • HSPA + 1, 2, 4, 5/6, 8 (2100/1900/1700/850/900 MHz)
    • Quad band GSM/GPRS/EDGE (850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz)

To ensure 100% compatibility, I would recommend contacting the service provider you want to use with the passport of BlackBerry. For more details on specifications, check out the site Web de BlackBerry Passport here.

    I hope this helps!

  • BlackBerry version of the Firmware Z10 Z10

    Hi guys,.

I use a Z10 which has firmware version 10.2.0.429 running. It is provided by the A1, an operator of cell phone in Austria. In the depths of the internet I found advice on a new version called 10.2.1 * that has a runtime for Android environment run Android applications.

However, when I press the update button on my phone, it says it's the real version. But I don't know if my cell phone provider is asleep or BB him has not released officially. BB-site the last message is on version 10.1 (sleepy dogs :-) http://de.BlackBerry.com/support/Smartphones/BlackBerry-Z10/software-updates/release-highlights.html...

    My Question:

What version officially launched, the last release of BB OS for Z10 and if it's not * 10.2.1, what would put dhis launch date?

    Thanks in advance!

As of today, 10.2.0.xxx is that the most recent has officially released OS for BlackBerry10 models.

The OS 10.2.1.xxx is not yet official.

Nobody here knows the official release date, even if the rumors are this month... unconfirmed rumors.

    Good luck.

  • Driver USB blackBerry to Blackberry release 10.3.2.556 Q10 Q10

I just installed the update for my Q10 and now every time I have connect to my pc, on that I get the error the Q10 that says "No drivers have been detected on your computer" and it gives me an option to "Install Drivers" if I select which I get a disk on my pc that says «CD Blackberry» I run the start.exe on it and it tells me that I have already all 3 options installed on my system. I tried to uninstall/reinstall everything blackberry says, but in vain. How can I get just the dang drivers to install the software, because if I choose this option I always get errors, lack of pilots. I tried to install/uninstall link as well but the same questions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was finally able to get this installed. I did take a system, reload the operating system on it and connect the blackberry. It prompted me to them to make the installation of the driver/software and I did what I noticed he added, in the c:\windows\drivers folder 3 files rimvndis6_AMD64.sys, RimUsb_AMD64.sys and RimSerial_AMD64.sys. How ever on my system I had problems on I was missing the RimUsb_AMD64.sys file. So just from that test something, I went to the computer I could not install that usb port on I went to the unit who had problems in the control panel and went to update driver. I sailed on the PC which had successful installation and went to \\computername\c$ and done a search. He finds the installed driver and now I am able to use the blackberry synchronization/backup etc. What I noticed now is in the Device Manager there is no blackberry device #2 under the network with 4 cards other devices of black berries. What I wonder now is there something with this network adapter that prevents the installation/detection and why wasn't there a RimUsb file in the drivers folder? I have a few cases a successful synchronization on everything and is able to save so that it appears as of now, the problem is resolved.

  • BlackBerry 10 BB 8900 curve to Q10

I dropped my BB 8900 and the screen is broken. So I bought a new Q10. Can I use my backup of the 8900 in the BB desktop software to recover my contacts?

It is impossible to use the screen of the 8900 as it is broken...

Yes, I think. Do you remember if had 8900 OS 5.0 is installed?

If you have a current backup of the 8900...

Install BlackBerry Link for the Q10.

When you connect the Q10, jump to any switch of the device and click on restore and then in the popup window, if you do not see the backup files to restore, you should see a "backup restore existing" or similar wording.

If that does not automatically backup 8900, you will need to navigate to the backup to point to it.

  • Q10 blackBerry I can not connect my Q10 to my Dell Precision

I tried several times to connect my Q10 to my laptop the link to Blackberry, but nothing done. It's because I need to back up all data before going to replace the current one. It is the third time I have to replace my Q10 since I first bought it in November; some of the keyboards become soft like a touchscreen where you do not have to press the button until he writes.

Emergency aid will be so welcomed

Link has been picky with me in the past. I'll try to connect without success so I will try again once again without success. A test more with nothing done differently and it connects. I don't know what to tell you other than keep trying. I don't know why he acts up like this, but persistence pays for you.

    See you soon.

  • Selection of Blackberry Version of the JDK for a Business Application

I currently have the intention to develop the first Java based on the request of our managers in my company, so I asked

our team of Directors of Blackberry to give some information to our BES and compiled that

information of a PivotTable. Should I choose the JDK version 4.2.0? What is your opinion?

    Any help is appreciated.

    hhessel

    The Table looks like this:

    There is a simple rule.

JDE version is equal to the version of the API of the RIM which is equal to the version of the device software.

If you are using JDE 4.2.0 application will work (should work) for all devices with the software version of the device equal or superior to 4.2.0

But this app will not work on devices with software older than 4.2.0 device for example 4.1.0

JDE 4.2.0 is a good choice, unless the Director-general has a device with os 4.1.0
