• Torch died after the last update blackBerry Smartphones

  I've just updated the operating system on my torch last night that I went to do other things. It is remained plugged into my laptop at night, period during which the laptop came into fashion 'sleep'. When I opened this morning, the dialog box of BlackBerry says that the update has been completed successfully to the top of the screen. However, I was able to turn on the phone at all. I get no light, no sound, nothing! What are my options?

  No, they are not the same. You really need to put more emphasis on messages displayed by editors / moderators / Admins who have extensive validation "under their belt.

Then, they suggested a factory reset by putting a PIN in the reset hole at the back and connecting a cable between your laptop and the router back my ID and password.   It could be purely coincidental... something could have been wrong with your router as you did the update for BB. Or, it could have been caused by the BB... There are bugs in some of the oldest levels of BB10 OS that caused strange problems for people on their WiFi connections.   Personally, NEVER above the Air software update .the are a few suggestions for restore you your device from this situation:

  There are two methods for recovering for you to try:

  One:

  • Open Blackberry Desktop Software & connect your device with the PC using the USB cable, without inserting the battery.
  • You have three Retry option, update or cancel, and then click Update.
  • Once it is at the stage of the "initialization of pocket" update, then insert the batteries.
  • If this does not work, and you get stuck on the safeguarding of social data feeds, go to the second method below.

  Second:

  Check a second time, it has not been deleted.

  • Open your Hub.
  • Three points icon > settings.
  • Press display and Actions.
  • Scroll down to "Delete on.." and make your choice.

  You can save contacts with some third-party application such as Backup Pro or Ultimate Backup, found in your AppWorld. Then once you are sure that you have backed up, wipe your local Contacts to your main settings > accounts > icon right three lower points > clear local Contacts. Restart in an engine on the withdrawal of batteries > and then restore the backup of your contacts.
