  You need to go to your Inbox message, click options, and then send reconciliation and scroll through EACH e-mail under the heading message services and make sure that ' remove the "is set to prompt.  It must be defined for each email address.

  What a stupid idea. How an application is different between for example Z30 and Leap, or between the Q5 and Q10. This is the same application that runs on the same OS on almost identical devices. If an application has several comments, but none of them for example a Z10 user then Z10 users will see NONE.

  It is understandable that the comments of another platform/OS are not for another OS (for example the comments of the Playbook is not for phones BB10) that most limit the visibility of comments to a specific MODEL of PHONE only is just crazy. No other app store does such a silly thing.

  When a new phone model comes out, it probably means that the people who buy it will see really ANY reviews of ANY applications until they have begin to post comments on this phone model themselves.   My OS Q10 is 10.1.0.4189.  I tried to update the 10.2 since it was introduced last month but LINK BB or "over the air" the message is the same "you have the latest version of the software.

  I tried the normal start of hard and soft without result.  Is there anything else I need to do or is my OS later for my Q10?

  There are two methods for recovering for you to try:

  One:

  If you have co-workers with the same problem and using different devices, maybe that's a problem aside server. The best way to check is the following:

  1. open one of the duplicate emails

  2. press and hold down the ALT key and type "V I E W.

  3. scroll up and see you with a REFID field. (Copy this number)

  4. open another email in double.

  5. press and hold down the ALT key and type "V I E W.

  6. scroll up and see you with a REFID field. (Copy this number)

  If the numbers are different, it will be a server problem. What happens, is when you reply to an e-mail, the server changes the ID for that email.

  in the column on the left side of the iTunes window where it shows for example that number piece is played in a particular selection, on my mac, not every number is registered. Before each issue was the show in its entirety, after that I must have clicked on something accidentally column now looks something like this:

  It seems to be no regular pattern, the numbers that appear entirely seem to be chosen at random. Another observation is that the column with the number does not have a position, even if I don't remember if that was the case before the problem arose.

  I tried to adjust the size of the column by dragging the column, open iTunes full screen and also removed some categories of view option to create more space for the numbers. Everything I tried had unsuccessfully, unfortunately, can someone point me in the right direction please?
