BlackBerry Z10 forget my id password.

Mr President, I registered my id as {DELETED} and I couldn't remember the password again. After I save my Z10 and assign the secting the factory. I couldn't use it again because it asks for my username and password. am from nigeria. need of your greatly to solve.

    To add to the above, if there is a password for the device in use when the backup was created, and the backup to restore, you will be able to restore the backup, but you will need the password to unlock the device after restoring.

    Hello.  Greetings to all.  I'm new to this forum.  I have Z10, bought the relase day, Feb 10.  I have iCloud (Apple) account and have all my default calendar, contacts with this account information.  When I synced for the first time, all my entires of calendar and contacts appeared.  Subsequently, every now and then, peripheral Z10 asks the iCloud password, which is very frustrating.  Any solution for this?  Please suggest me.

  • BlackBerry Z10 can I create a Blackberry ID using the same email address, but with a different password?

    I use 2 phones and I am ready to create a new blackberry on the 2nd ID, but it requires an email address and I don't have that one email address that I use for everything. I want to know if it is possible to create a new BBID with the same e-mail address but different password. The main thing is I want both phones to be active and fully functional, but I don't have a single address email and I prefer not to create another email address, because I love all of my emails in one place rather then having 2 email addresses. I don't want any phone be disabled. I do not fear one of the BBM is turned off, as long as at least one works. Both phones are a Blackberry Curve 9320 and a Blackberry z10, which is one waiting to be activated.

    No this is not possible, the e-mail address you used your BBID, is associated with the device that you use it on. It is also the BBID username. And cannot be used on another device, no matter that there is a different password.

    I suggest that you create a new e-mail account, just for the sole purpose of using it as a BBID.

    The other thing to try is remove the battery and leave for about 90 minutes. It may take one or two times to do.

    If that still doesn't help not so you can try the wipe of security first, but you may need to replace the battery.

    We are aware of this problem and the current workaround is to use a SMTP server requires authentication user name and password.  You can get this information from your Internet service provider's SMTP server.

    Once you have the info, go to settings > accounts and click the e-mail account.  Scroll down the page until you find the user name of the SMTP server.  Placer place in the information requested and the SMTP server, and then tap Save.

    Test it by sending a new email message.

    Hi, I recently bought a new Blackberry Z10 camera. I started setting up. I wanted to create a Blackberry user ID if I entered an email address that I use frequently. I got an error message stating that the e-mail address is already in use. I thought that I never used a Blackberry ID/product/service forward. I couldn't understand why this email address was used, then after you have re-entered it a few times I decided to try using another email address that I use as often. I put the BBID using another email address, however I have not confirmed it yet. A few hours later, I realized why Blackberry gave me an error message on the first email address, I tried to use. On two or three years I created BBM on my Iphone with a Blackberry ID for text messaging. I used a couple of times and didn't use it thereafter. The next day I went in my email account to see the email confirmation for the BBID I put in place a few days ago. Rather than confirm the BBID, I saw an option: If you did not create or do not recognize this account, remove this BlackBerry ID. Which is what I did. I deleted it. Because I didn't use this BBID. Then I tried to connect the Z10 with the BBID, I created three years ago (before logon on the phone I have to reset my password on the site Web of Blackberry). I could not log in with the old BBID, I created while all the information is correct (I can log on to the Web from Blackberry site, see my profile and settings). The phone tell me the username and password is wrong when I click on the button check that it is just for the opening session with my information screen. The problem is that the phone keeps the profile settings and e-mail address since when I put in place a few days ago and I can't get rid of it, because it is associated with the phone. I read on the forum somewhere, that, in order to get rid of a BBID who is on the phone, I would need to do a reset and community support of Blackberry. Not sure if this is true. The issue is when I try to do that, I have to enter the password that I deleted so I'm stuck BBID. Don't know what to do.     Indeed, this information is true. The only way to remove the association between a device and a BBID must WIPE the device. But... you've discovered...

    This means that the device must execute the last branch 10.3.2.xxxx of the operating system, which includes the anti-theft function required by the Government, which requires that before a device is deleted, the anti-theft function BBProtect be first to be defeated before the wipe.     I already tried to manually synchronize emails, but this solution is not to me... emails continue to download automatically.

    The method will depend on the type of e-mail account you use.  If you use Outlook.com (or Hotmail, Live.com) email ActiveSync, you can go to settings > accounts > select the e-mail account.  Scroll down and toggle "Sync Email" to off.

    Email IMAP (such as Gmail, it is a little different.  It is not a power switch.  If you don't want to switch to manual, you can change the password of account - which would be "unsync" your e-mail of the device.

    For two of them, you would essentially be re-sync all e-mail when you re-connected and incurring data charges.  If you want to do, I'd be on WiFi when the re-login.

    It's terrible, I don't even understand WHY? What is the mechanism of the use of BlackBerry, follow or do something else that blocks normal users?

    OK, I understand that my country is not in the list. But I can't use m big phone, no worries. It works.

    I use my phone not only in Belarus, I am an engineer in a large COMPUTER company and sometimes I go abroad, and I want to use my phone without this kind of stories.

    I restarted Factory Reset but created new BlackBerry ID and activated my phone with that ID, it seems to work now.

    Just had a nightmare after buying a zio. I was using a 9900, woman had a 9700. I did an exchanging device to load the z10 with the memory card.

    My wife took a fancy to my old phone.

    Then! I decided to change the id in the 9900, but didn't know I had transferred the user name and password to my z10.

    I realized that when I used the blackberry on the z10 and world could not connect.

    Ultimately took a wipe on the connection then 9900 in blackberry id to retrieve my password and user name for the z10.

    What is the best way to overcome this problem.

    My thought is back up to the old reset a new restore then in the hands of new address.
