  Try it with the battery removed.  When the load is initiated, reinsert the battery.  You also can experiement with expect from different points to reinsert the battery.  Often, sometimes just the right timing will allow the OS to be recharged in the device.  In addition, instead of simply double click on Loader.exe follow these steps:

  Open a command window by clicking Start > run and type 'CMD '.

  Type cd... and until you get to c:\

  Then type:

  CD Program files

  Common files CD

  CD research in motion

  CD apploader

  Make sure that the Desktop software is not running, then plug in the unit.

  Then type loader.exe /nojvm
  and try again the load.

A week after, my phone completely has been cut and it continues to Flash the red light. I tried to hook up with the USB on my computer but my computer does not recognize it.

  2. my computer does not recognize it when I connect it using the USB cable.

  Hello and welcome to the community!

  Please try this sequence... Note that, throughout the entire 4h15m process, your BB must be directly connected to a charger checked (not PC USB, not a docking station):

  1. With battery, connect your BB to the wall charger
  2. Leave it alone for 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the screen not
  3. Remove the battery
  4. Wait 15 minutes
  5. Insert the battery
  6. Wait another 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the screen not

  This has been known to "revive" some BBs.

  It is also possible that your battery or BB has encountered a problem... to test, this sequence is necessary:

  1. Get a known good and already fully charged battery... use it in your BB and see what happens
  2. Get access to a BB good and the same known... use your battery in there and see what happens

  The results of this will show if your BB or your battery that has the problem. Carefully note please that 'new' and 'know' are not necessarily the same things. Although rare, a 'new' battery could certainly be defective. On the contrary, the easiest (and cheapest, btw) method to perform this test is to find someone with an identical BB which has no problem... trade in batteries and see what happens.

  A week ago, I wore my BB with me for 2 days, forgetting the home charger. Unconsciously, the battery died at the end of the first day in the open air.

  When I returned home I plugged on the OEM charger and my bb stuck there. He shows me the photo (the one with a lightning bolt in the middle) loading, I can feel the battery becomes hot when you are connected but the bb of the battery lights.

  When I unplug the charger, the image disappears, but if I try to turn it on, I see just the Red led of for a few seconds and then nothing.

  Office find the bb, but he said he met a mistake not better specified any connection trying to communicate with the phone. AppLoader show me the PIN but if I try to install the operating system it say that there is any installed BB Device Manager (but the BONE is).

  Is a 9300 3G Curve. An idea or a diagnosis?

  Here's what to try:

  Please, try the following

  Remove the battery while the device is activated, replace after one minute,

  Let the device reboot 1-3 min, retry the function that was the problem

  I've updated my BB device software, but the process of update froze at the end when the device is supposed to initialze. Now, when I turn on the phone, all I get is an error of symbol that resembles the cross symbol with the number 543 under application.   This morning I removed my "BOLD" on the charger and the wonder why "BOLD" was turned off.

  After trying to switch it on, the light starts flashing time "a pause of three."

  After a battery pull no change in behavior. Also without the battery, but connected via USB to a pc, the led "BOLD" starts flashing.

  /Nojvm JL Commander or the charger does not change. The Berry was not recognized by the pc.

  HI, I have 2 phones IPhone 6, the problem is the phone ring when answer you it appears the phone is dead and it ends up being a missed call.

  How did you pick up? Are you maybe put a hand or a finger on the proximity sensor? It is in the upper part of the front of the phone to the left of the earpiece.

• Pixi seems dead

  I woke up yesterday morning to see that my Palm pixi has been extinguished, assuming he had gone flat during the night, I tried to load it to the top, but no battery icon or load occurred.

  I have a centro palm then I out the pixi battery and loaded in istead, after a few minutes, the centro lit and I then let the battery completely.

  I put the battery in the Pixi, but get nothing at all, it not light and no light!
