  I use voice control on my BlackBerry Z10 to try and send a BBM message to my wife on his BlackBerry Curve 9320. I added him as a BBM contact. But the voice command tells me that his name is not a BBM Contact when I use it. So I'm not able to do.
  I used the voice command to send SMS text message and dial his number and his mail without problem. Is there a compatibility issue? Can I use BBM without voice command to send a message, but also to voice chat.

• BlackBerry app remotely Z10 EOS

  I tried to download this app on my Blackberry Z10 without success.  I read that I can download programs that will allow me to download Android apps (which is a) through the Google game, but the programs do not open on my device.  I downloaded 1mobile market, wink-2_0_0_2 and Amazon App store.  Whenever I try to open one of them, I get the same error message "Could not open the file."  Can you help me?  BTW, I use the version of the software 10.1.0.2013 - OS version: 10.1.0.2074 and build ID 531661, if this is useful.  Please advise and thank you for all that you do.

  As long as you have OS 10.2.1 you shod, be able to do this.

  Before you download Amazon App Store. Go to settings - App Manager, select Installer Apps. To turn on the Apps allow other Sources to be installed.

  Then you can download Amazon App Store. Once Amazon App Store is installed, go to the file manager, navigate to the downloaded file, hold your finger on it, when the parameters appear select install to the device. After what the App Store is displayed on the device.

  Once you have downloaded the App Stores and installed on the phone. You can start downloading Apps from them. When you do. You must make the same way that app stores have been installed.

  Download the app on the phone

  Then install the file manager app to the phone.

• BlackBerry Z10 At & T Z-10 questions

  Just replaced my 9800 AT & T with a & AT T Z10.  Looks like I jumped too soon.  Really going be a learning as the Playbook and perhaps would have to wait.

  First of all, Z10 eye and to the touch.  Nice phone, but begins to unravel quickly when turned on.  Hard to get used to not having a keyboard but Touchscreen big.  Wireless, bluetooth, and boxes is large.  Messaging works very well with text and multiple e-mail accounts.

  BlackBerry Hub - you cannot change so that only the missed calls appear in the message log.  You can either choose all or specific accounts (email and text, phone log).  Everything is great, but all calls clutter the list.

  Applications - TeleNav AT & T app is not available for the phone. GolfLogix GPS is not available for phone - two applications that I use extensively.

  BlackBerry Link - Outlook sync is not available in full because it allows only export.  And only allows no lets you map the fields that it exports as Blackberry Desktop.  Do not handle recurring events to import Outlook calendar.  Contacts seems to grasp all Outlook contacts and not only the contacts folder current (increased contact 5 times with many duplicates).  Attempt to remove the phone contact list to total for the re - import but cannot find a way to do.  Calendar is simply unusable with all the noise of bad entries (obsolete or future dated showing under the current date).

  Browser - selected site set screens to the point very tiny and unreadable.  Have to develop each time.

  Bridge of the PlayBook does not work. Only seems to be a readme file and the remote control by telephone.

  Otherwise good but more a toy game for the moment as really useful only for phone calls and emails.

  I have been using BlackBerry Z10 for a year. I was very satisfied with the performance of the device. I am indeed! but do not know what happening sudenly I'm unable to find any contact which is already available in the contacts app (NOTE: I do not use 3rd party app to store my contacts)

  Software version: version of the OS installed is BB 10 OS 10.3.1.1779

  Sort contacts by name

  View the contact as -firstly, the last

  Show the accounts in the list of contacts:

  Contacts from the SIM card

  Search using cloud is UNCHECKED.

  Wait... you mean you installed an update of the OS? And after that, this behavior started? If Yes, then the most common thing to do after an update which translates questions is to perform a reload of the OS. Sometimes the update process have errors and others... with a reload often cure the problems.

  BlackBerry has no control on the 3 areas that offer these applications. It's the same problem with Instagram. It is our users to try to convince the application developers to develop for BB10.

  Alerts are native OS controls and you can not change the titles.

• Switching blackBerry Z10 devices

  I have a new Blackberry Z10, and I want to transfer data/applications etc. of my old Z10.  The problem is when I try and switch them via Blackberry bind said OSs are incomplatible.

  The OS on my old camera is SR - 10.2.1.2941 OS - 10.2.1.3175 and my new camera SR - 10.2.1.2102 OS - 10.2.1.2141.

  I tried to update the software on both devices via Blackberry link and say that the device incorporates the latest version of the software.

  I tried to make a backup on the old device and restore it on the new device.

  I'd appreciate if anyone has any suggestions about how I can get the devices.

  OS 10.2.1.3175 is no longer available for the Z10. You'll want to use the instructions in the link posted BillJ and instead of codes which post, use the post codes below to install 10.2.1.3247. I'll assume that you have a STL100-2 or - 3 and you can use the codes for the-2 or - 3.

  If you ask about the application of 'Games' that came pre-installed with some levels BB10 previous OS, then I remember reading is that this app provider had to stop their activities, and so the application no longer works. Later versions of the operating system BB10 withdrew this app.

  You cannot just copy the bar of the file on the device and execute it it must be installed in a way.

  For a customer who you want to give the file bar so that they will have to sideload by using some 3rd third-party tool such as DDPB, Sideloading BB10 or extension chrome for example.
