BlackBerry Z10 scanning media card

My Z10 gets stuck scanning SD card in 'Photos '.
I have over 200 photos on the card, which I am unable to view.

Maybe it's time for a replacement of the card. I saw the cards go wrong.

    Hi all

Could someone find out how to access media on my BlackBerry 8310 card, with using the Doc to go or he connected to the desktop computer.

Because I never liked Docks to Go because it gives only the strict minimum of service, this is the second phone. I had to withdraw.

Also can someone suggest a software which can access Business Contact Manager to Microsoft?

Sorry, it's a bit long this ad, but I just need comments.

To access the media select media card and press the menu button and select explore. Who will show you the files installed on your map. Here is an article pedal companionlink, which can help you with Business contact manager to speak with your BlackBerry.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones A media card is not currently inserted

    Hello

I hope someone can help me. My bold 9780 sporadically does not recognize my press card. Sometimes, it works. Sometimes it doesn't! I almost tried everything. Battery pull, last updated, even changed the card reader. I'm out of ideas. Someone has the same problem but could solve it? Hope so!
And sorry for my bad English (no native speaker).
    Thank you very much

After the media card worked once more, I have connected the BB to the computer and make a backup.
Since it works! Don't know why but lucky in this regard

  • Things of blackBerry Smartphones and Media Card storage device

    Hello.

The bottom of the problem I encountered is my computer only detect media card but not the storage device when I connected the device to the CPU by using the USB cable. What should I do? My media card has been dismantled, and I have some files in the storage of the device I want to move to the computer.

I don't think that the 9105 support internal memory. That means whatever it be saved would be saved in the database 'content store. You would need to make a backup of the device and restore this database to another device of BB in order to obtain these data.

  • BlackBerry applications Z10 phone media card hd transfer

Hey all! I looked and searched through many positions, the threads and websites trying to find an answer to this. Maybe I missed it. Is anyway that I can transfer files downloaded app (applications of games, etc.) from the hd to the press card phone? If this isn't the case, could someone explain that to me?

I would like to keep my phone hd liquid and save all things, that I keep my card. This is a 64 GB card. So there is a lot of space.

    Thank you!

Sorry, it is not possible to install applications on your card.

The memory of your device will remain "fluid". The device memory is not like the traditional hard drive you may be accustomed.

    Good luck.

  • Card transfer multimedia blackBerry Z10

I recently transferred my 9930 for the Z10 files via my media card. Now, I would like to remove any non-media card so that they are not consume space. This work in connecting with Blackberry link and simply removing the files from the card I don't want there? When I saved the Z10 link BB I don't see a way of looking at the map on the screen of my Mac media. Also, should I still keep the old BB Desktop Software on my computer? The Z10 using the BB link exclusively to standard processes?

    Hi legacymusic,

You can turn on the BlackBerry Z10 smartphone mass storage mode and display the map of media on the MAC as a removable hard drive. On the Z10 BlackBerry smartphone go to settings > storage and access > USB Mass Storage.

    I hope this helps.

    Hi Ginodesoomer,

    Welcome to the support community!

Looks like you have security enabled on your SIM card. You can disable this option to avoid to be invited for the PIN. Please see this article for more information. "" Enter PIN"is displayed when the BlackBerry smartphone is locked" KB18647

You can disable this on your BlackBerry Z10 smartphone in settings > privacy and security > SIM card > SIM Lock card PIN.

Please let me know if that helps.
