  Hello I am using windows 7 32-bit with outlook 2010 w / toolbar installed Skype and the new Skype for desktop PC.   I looked online and found several places where this error is reported, but none of the suggested fixes worked for me.

  I tried:

  -Delete the folder Skype

  -Reinstall Skype

  -Uninstall IE updates (the futhest I could roll it back was IE8 on my Windows 7 PC)

  -Temporary files IE Deleated and others

  And probabley a few other things that I don't remember.

  Ahh, I forgot about Hamachi... Yes... i've got networks it cause my PC is used as a server for Minecraft, so no, is not get uninstalled... If that blocks somehow Skype then I'm done, if this thing actually blocking Skype, needs of Microsoft to get their * together cause I won't start uninstalling programs to make their useless program work.
