  About to start a blog there are many free solutions (see for example the Wordpress site).

  But it is not a magical set of tasks to become a vExpert... is not a certification where you will need to pass an exam.

  Have you seen the previous form of vExpert? There is a lot of point where you describe what you do.

  Blog site, twitter, VMware community, books, VMUG,... are simply a set of them.

  I can only suggest to just start, use Twitter and Google + (there is a good circle of John Troyer).

  Hello Pratush,

  The error you get is when the parent of Blog is being indexed. I'm guessing that you get these errors on the target server, finished publish it.

  The news module comes with two filters of Flex: BlogThumbnailCreator and BlogFieldCopier. The code for these is in fwblogs - 11.1.1.6.1.jar (for 11.1.1.6.1 Sites). You must deploy this jar on the target. You will need to also mirror or copy the BlogThumbnailCreator and BlogFieldCopier files to the filters on the target table. The publication does not only.

  If you are installing the module of items on the target server, which will deploy the jar and also create filters records (and also create the assets of the sample blog there).

  After the pot has been deployed and missing filters created, you can re - index the active associated Blog, so that they are in the contributor user interface.

  I created a blog through Adobe Muse and Business Catalyst customized instructions, I found in a video.

  Seems like everything works most of the time with the addition of styles custom to modulestylesheets.css however, not for the life of me I can get the text of the

  blog to cooperate. At least according to the video I am following.

  It's the css instructions, I add, and it is the only part that doesn't work - will not change. My guess is something somewhere else than this horse, but I'm not.

  While I applaud Adobe for creating something as simple to use before Jesus Christ and Muse for us dumb creators, its clearly not for me the stupidest of all, lol.

  Integration of BC blog in a Web site-

  I would like to know if there is some step by step for Dummies tut there, or so little, please, someone here could guide me through it.

  I understand that you need to select the right model for the blog in the controls of the BC, so it seems site-wise. Then put the html {tag_pagecontent} (?) in your Web site and drag it horizontally on the site so U create just the right diz (?).

  After the publication of the site U go to blog to add to a Web page, U click where you want the blog and who should be her (?).

  My problem is, when I all above, in Preview Blog I only get the theme on the Blog posts only, the index page of the blog theme is default. On the same site, on my designated Blog page, I get this letter-by-line strip on the left side of the page telling me that there is a blog (the name of the Blog, latest messages posted, total, etc.), then I have to click on the name of the blog to enter the real blog, which appears correctly (the one with the/_blog/NAME_blog). If I try to ignore that and just Blog a link to the/_blog/NAME_blog, it does not work.

  You don't need to add a blog to a web page.

  I'm not a fan of Muse for a number of reasons, so not even try to watch it (burn my eyes! lol) but once you do a blog, one based on a selected model that simply make a link to it to tell a dynamic menu.

  This will take you to the overal view which is controlled by the main layout of the blog. This a blog tags to control things like the number of items in the list, things like the list of catagelog etc.

  Some tips are generally:

  -On the home page of the forums on the left side, he has a link to "quick reference tags" that shows you all the availible tags which provisions of the system, which is very convenient. If Muse when you have an open in, then also cool shows.

  -Change the list of blog tag in general available to show how by paging as you want - {tag_postlist, 5}

  -In the list of default Blog post available, it shows just the whole post is not that great, change the tag contained in this provision - {tag_blogpostbodypreview, Read More...} , which will make your first paragraph and read more bit is the text you want the link to the full article to be.

  Yet once did not know muse you can FTP access to the blog layout in the folder called page and with regard to the layouts of the admin Blog - Module Templates.

• The addon compatibility?

  Just a thought.
  I had a complete theme I really liked called Silvermel.
  So, with the latest updates, it is more compatible with Firefox. I went to complete themes in Firefox Addons to see if I could find something else I liked and found that 95% of them are not compatible. It is not as bad with my other addons as with complete themes, but I'm still losing the use of 1 or 2 update of Firefox addons.

  Firefox is always talking about how customizable they are and then their advances make less. Improve things to the point where you're tell them improved it is counterproductive.
  Would ask you the developers of Firefox not change the things that the addons must be usable? If they don't then they should not be updated.

• Install on MacBook BootCamp with no USB port

  Dear community,

  I would like to install BootCamp on my new MacBook (MacBook8, 1 ongoing El Capitan 10.11.4), which does not have a USB port.  I was encouraged by this post: http://blog.twocanoes.com/post/130203487014/apple-boot-camp-no-longer-requires-u sb - flash drive , but when I run the Boot Camp Assistant, I don't see the interface he means.  I wonder if there is a workaround solution known to you guys, who maybe is to manually create the partition OSXRESERVED mentioned in the article.

  I also thought that maybe a firmware update would be useful by train, but the information here at least (on EFI and updates of the firmware SMC for Mac computers with processor Intel - Apple Support) does not include my MacBook8, 1 identifier.  (My current boot Version of ROM: MB81.0164.B13 and SMC Version: 2.25f87)

  The hole where you put your charger in is a versatile connection. There is a small adapter from apple, you can put with three connectors on the other side: a HDMI cable, USB3, charger.

• Error loading video incorporates

  I have a blog page, I posted three embedded videos. #1 and 3 were youtube. #2 has been on vimeo. GC and IE browsers display them correctly. But Firefox displays the Vimeo #2 where the # 1 youtube should be, and the # 3 youtube video, twice, in the 2nd and 3rd positions.

  Problem seemed to have resolved itself. The problem is occurred immediately I loaded a page was updated with the highest video (youtube video #1) in. #2 and 3 videos there were already days previous. It was solved in less than 30 minutes. Always so odd.

• Satellite Pro C660 bricked by update of the BIOS that failed

  My sister asked me to update his laptop (Toshiba Satellite Pro C660-16N; The part number PSC0ME-01S00SEN) of Windows 7 Home Premium (64 bit) of Windows 8 (64-bit).
  So I did.

  Then I went UK from Toshiba Web site to check if there are any drivers I had to install for Windows 8. The only one was an update of the BIOS (for BIOS v1.70). I don't know what was the previous BIOS version number.

  So I run the update application in Windows 8. Phoenix WinPhlash Technologies starts and then in the middle of the update, everything freezes.

  The trackpad would not move the cursor or anything like that. I had no choice but to disconnect the phone from the wall and remove the battery. The laptop is not under warranty.

  Of course, now it won't turn. It will beep once when I press the power button, but the system does not light. A few minutes later, it looks like one long beep and two short beeps. It then keeps repeating this sequence every two minutes "one long beep, 2 short beeps".

  I google and read the site after the blog after the post on the forum, but nothing works. Links to the software offered on these forums/blogs/Web sites in french are usually dead, so I can't try what they suggest.

  The most common solution is the Phoenix crisis recovery tool. I managed to download v1.0.0.4 which is supposed to allow me to make a bootable USB key. The version of this tool that I downloaded is supposed to be for a Lenovo ThinkPad X 200. I have the correct BIOS.rom to C660 Pro Satellite (I renamed BIOS.wph and copied to the appropriate folder).

  I followed all the instructions, but it doesn't seem to work. Some sites say if it happens, I have the wrong version of phlash16.exe. Some other sites say that HP Boot Disk USB Utility should be used, but I don't know how to use it.

  What I really need, is a definitive step by step foolproof guide to know what to do, with links to the files/tools to use for this model of laptop. I will follow this blindly (which I don't really understand what makes each step, I just do it with no understanding,) so if anyone can help me with this, please write a guide like an idiot!

  If anyone can help me with this, I appreciate it. I'm really in a difficult situation - I can't really afford to pay a Toshiba ASP to fix it, and I can't afford a new laptop certainly. But I also couldn't bring myself to tell my sister, ' it's broken, deal!

  I currently have Firefox 4.0.1.

  Record of the tabs was not removed from Firefox 4, but it works a little differently.

  • By default, Firefox 4 will not ask to save tabs, but instead, it will automatically save your tabs on the output unless you're in private browsing mode. You can restore the next time by:
    1. by clicking on the Firefox button > history > "restore previous Session ', or
    2. type of Subject: House in the URL bar and press the Enter key, then press the button "restore previous Session."
