Conclusion
23 dumps were found and analysed. Only 10 are included in this report. No offending third pilot have been found. Consider using WhoCrashed professional that offers a more detailed using symbol resolution. Also configure your system to produce a full memory dump can help you.

Read the GENERAL WARNINGS for the failures of the system troubleshooting section for more information.

Note that it is not always possible to say with certainty whether a reported driver is in fact responsible for crash your system or cause is in another module. However, it is suggested that you look for updates for the products that these drivers belong to and regularly visit Windows Update or activate the automatic updates for Windows. In case a piece of defective material is originally wrong, a Google search on the errors of control of bug with the name of the model and brand of your computer can help you to deepen this review.

Hello

I apologize for the late response.

You can try to follow the steps mentioned in the link below and see if that helps.

Resolve stop (blue screen) error in Windows 7

http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/resolving-stop-blue-screen-errors-in-Windows-7

Note: When you use system restore to restore the computer to a previous state, the programs and updates that you have installed are removed.

Important: When running Chkdsk on the drive hard if bad sectors are found on the disk hard when Chkdsk attempts to repair this area so all available data on this risk be lost.

If that is not helping then, open the link and follow the instructions to get the event logs, so that we can see which application is defective.

http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/what-information-appears-in-event-logs-Event-Viewer

I hope this helps. If not, please do not hesitate to write us again and we will be happy to help you.

Thank you

    TO DUNIDAR:

Your solution to remove the update from Microsoft KB2670838 seems to have solved the problem. YAY!  Thank YOU, thank YOU, everyone, too.

I was sweating for a week, doing the same kind of things that other Forum members have done, like cleaning my disk space and re - download the program I found the culprit.

Then I thought about searching the Web and came on the HP Forum.

Thanks to you and all the others who have posted about this problem.  I really appreciate the exact steps to uninstall the KB2670838 update.  I would never be able to fix this on my own!

I have a HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook PC, OS = Windows 7 Home Premium, 64 - bit.  I dreaded the prospect that he was trashed.

The problem started after I installed an update for Norton Internet Security; I thought it was the culprit.

Oticed while my system crashed at random (with explore!), but the Manager of Norton was ALWAYS crashing and crashing everything by doing a scan. I had to reboot in safe mode to do something without crashing and uninstalled Norton.

He realized that the MS updates had been installed recently.

Took me a while to understand that the problem was not Norton, but a program in the system.

  • IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL blue screen. No luck with the help, can't "Repair computer". Help, please!

Whole new generation that has been very well,

    Mobo: EVGA P55 SLI,

    Processor: Intel Core i7 860,

    RAM: Mushkin matched 2 X 2 = 4 GB

    PS: Blue Antec 750W

GPU: EVGA Nvidia GTX 260 SLI (x 2)

    HD' Samsung 750Go (x 2) RAID 1

    DVD RW

    Blue Ray RW

OS: Vista Edition Home Premium 64-bit

System has been great from the GET go, there are more than 2 weeks. Never a failure to the no boot, no lock ups etc. Woke up in the middle of the night last week with cmptr attempt to restart. No new software or hardware installed had been. Nothing worked, quiet dampened.

From there on, I was not able to start Windows.

I entered the BIOS and tried to start a well known point... nothing. Always get blue screen. I have reset the CMOS on the mobo, removed the battery on the mobo and reinstalled. I unplugged the two hard drives power and SATA cables, bought a NEW (third) HD and installed, with only one new HD connected, with a full version of Windows Vista DVD in the CD/DVD drive, tried to boot Windows from scratch... still get the blue screen?

    Blue screen says:

A problem has been detected and Windows has shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

If this is the first time...

Check that any hardware or software is installed correctly.

    (0 x 0000000000000001),

    (0xFFFFF8000A481DD2)

I was able to run the memory test and it came back without errors. I was not able to get to "repair your computer", as the beginning is never far away. When the computer reboots, it comes to the sequence: normal mobo beeps (five) than even that when the system was working fine... then I get the graph of the mobo splash screen EVGA P55 SLI,... then black screen with "Windows loading files"... which appears just above the loading bar (it looks like gage fuel fill from left to right).

Once the bar then "fills" Blue Screen of Death!

It's EXTREMELY frustrating because it was built for me by an employee of INTEL (very smart read), all latest drivers etc. Very little software loaded on the system. Most of the aid that I read guess you can operate within Windows already... Catch 22! I can't!

    Hello

You get beeps when it worked? This is not normal.

suspects. Next message is my generic driver updated methods to use when you get to this section of the

    BCCode: a

    Cause

This bug check is issued if the memory paged (or invalid) is accessible when the IRQL is too high.

The error that usually generates this bug check occurs after the installation of the faulty device driver or service system, BIOS.

If you encounter a bug 0xA control during the upgrade to a later version of Windows, this error can be caused by a device driver, system service, an anti-virus or a backup tool that is not compatible with the new version.

    Solve the problem

If a kernel debugger is available, get a stack trace.

To resolve an error caused by the faulty device driver or service system, BIOS

    1. Restart your computer.
    2. Press F8 to character-based menu that displays the choice of operating system.
    3. In the Windows Advanced Options menu, select last known good Configuration . This option is most effective when a pilot or a service is added at a time.

To resolve an error caused by an incompatible device driver, system service, virus scanner, or backup tool

    1. Check the system log in Event Viewer for error messages that may identify the device or driver that caused the error.
    2. Try disabling the cache in memory of the BIOS.
    3. Run the diagnostics of equipment provided by the manufacturer of the system, in particular the scanner memory. For more information about these procedures, see the manual of your computer.
    4. Make sure that the latest Service Pack is installed.
    5. If your system has cards (SCSI) small computer system interface, contact the card manufacturer for updated Windows drivers. Try to disable sync negotiation in the SCSI BIOS, check the wiring and the SCSI ID of each device and confirming the proper termination.
    6. For devices (IDE) peripheral electronic integrated, set the built-in as only primary IDE port. Also, check each IDE device to the right setting master/slave/stand alone. Try to remove all IDE devices except for the hard drives.

If the message appears during installation of Windows, make sure that the computer and installed devices are listed in the list of the products tested Microsoft Windows market.

It is my generic troubleshooting tool and can probably give more specific help when you give the ICC codes.

Here are a few ways to possibly fix the blue screen issue. If you could give the info from the blue screen that would be
Help. Such as ITC and 4 others entered at the bottom left. And any other information such as STOP error

  • Blue screen error crash, caused by drivers: ntoskrnl.exe, Wdf01000.sys and tcpip.sys

original title: Blue error screen, accident of death caused by drivers: ntoskrnl.exe, Wdf01000.sys and tcpip.sys

I currently own an Aura of Alienware Dell, it's an amazing computer. The only problem is that I had a lot of problems, I was able to permanently fix all except this issue. I'll randomly crash blue screen, usually it doesn't happen often and it is normally not triggered by something specific, rarely it will crash at startup. I was able to download an application that can read the cache/dump blue screen crashes:

    34 accidents

    one was caused by Wdf01000.sys

three was a result of tcpip.sys

and all the rest of ntoskrnl.exe

I don't know what caused it, I've had this computer for about a year now and I've never had this problem before. I don't remember an update of the cause, or by downloading any strange apps, downloads or viruses. (I had wiped my computer about 3 months ago)

I don't know too much about software,

    Any help is appreciated.

    Hi bloo532,

    1. what application did you use to read dump files?

    2. did you of recent changes on the computer?

It resembles that of the driver on the computer is causing the blue screen.

  • Error on Windows Vista blue screen about crash of hard disk after every 10-15 minutes.

My system crashes after every 15 minutes showing this blue screen error. Since a few days before this error, hard drive, reading ability has been slowed a lot. When opening a disk or a file, it takes a lot of time compared to the normal fulfilment. After this blue screen, my system goes for a restart, then another error appears as hard drive not found. I use dell Studio and ran the diagnostic system and it too hard disk error found. Is it possible to solve this problem in my old hard drive with new replacement?

Vista/xp have already installed software to transfer the BONES of one HD to another, if youre pc is

a desktop computer, it's fairly easy. Or, install a new HD to the pc boot, enter the BIOS, install the vista installation cd,

set pc to boot from the cd (1st boot priority) 2nd HD, save and exit. The installation menu to display, follow

instructions, select 'format' of the HD and windows will automatically install.

Or 2nd HD, installing under windows, go in run, type: diskmgmt.msc in msc, R.click on the new hard drive, create a

partition, use the default settings in the wizard, once thru, re-click, select to format, once through exit msc.

Back to run, type: XCOPY C:\*.* D:\/c/h/e/k/r are for everyone in the DOS window, once its through, the new

HD has the old operating system installed. D: is the letter of new HD, if, in light of the others, then use instead... It works

very well, but with a hard drive faulty, data could not get transferred, or it may be damaged...

    Hello

You have installed new hardware on your computer recently? If so, then it would certainly be one of the factors behind the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD). More often than otherwise, BSOD is related to the driver incompatible, withdrawal which solves the problem.

When exactly do you get the error message?

We will log on to the computer manufacturer website and update the latest drivers for chipset, BIOS (Basic Input\Output System). In addition, we will check for other updates for the device driver.
Updated a hardware driver that is not working properly
Note: Update of the BIOS can be a complicated process, and if an error occurs, your computer could be rendered unusable. Be sure to observe the instructions of the manufacturer.

    See also the following link:

Important: Running chkdsk on the drive if bad sectors are found on the disk hard when chkdsk attempts to repair this area if all available on which data can be lost.

Note: The data files that are infected must be cleaned only by removing the file completely, which means that there is a risk of data loss.

  • Z240 HP SFF: HP SFF Z240 random crashes, blue screens and crashes

    Hello

My work machine is a Mini PC Z240 from HP. Last month, the machine began to hang randomly and display blue screen errors. There is not much in the way perceptible models, but it tends to happen when the machine is in use, rather than the idling, and I can reproduce it systematically using the constraint of Prime95 test utility. When I put it to maximize the heat of CPU, as soon as I stop the test, the screens of the blue machine, which indicates a cooling issue.

Fan of the machine is very quiet, although occasionally he becomes very strong after a reboot and then quieted down.

I think the fan to get a louder as the CPU gets hotter during the stress test, but this does not happen, so I wonder if the fan is defective, and if it is a known problem with these machines, or if there is no possible resolution.

Please see below for the output of BlueScreeView, which displays error codes produced by these last blue screen errors.

    Basic troubleshooting information

To help out we will need the following system information:

    -Operating system

    -Browser

    -Flash Player version - http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/find-version-flash-player.html

When reporting problems with video or audio, it is also helpful get your system hardware and driver details.  To find this information can be found here:

    -Windows - http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/video-playback-issues.html#main_For_Windows_users

    -Mac - http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/video-playback-issues.html#main_For_Mac_OS_users

Finally, sometimes video and audio problems are caused at a lower level and not directly related to Flash Player.  I recommend that you try the links below to see how they play.  If the problem exists with both, then Flash Player is most likely not the culprit because the HTML5 video link doesn't use Flash Player during playback.  You can check this by clicking on the HTML5 video and look for the words "On HTML5" at the bottom of the menu.

  • My iMac doesn't work that in safe mode, normal mode the screen layout is really weird. Help, please! :)

    Hi guys,.

Since yesterday my iMac 27 inches of the end 2009 has acted weird. Text was not good more visible and popupscreen were empty, white or black. (do not know why they are uploaded in reverse)

Then I tried a clean install. Screen was working again fine. Then formatted my drive and installed the new OSX.

Download went fine, but when installing the pop-up screens were not visible.

After a few random reboots on my side, it worked again.  Thus, installation...

But... Now, I always have the same question. In safe mode, everything works fine, but in normal mode, the screen is *. Pop - up screens are blank/black or white, the numbers are mixed, etc. What it can be.

I already installed it on an external HARD disk, reset the SMC and the PRAM, Test hardware (message only 1 failure: 4sns/1/40000000: TH00 - 9,000.) "But I think it's because I installed my SSD later, that's why I need to use a program like HDD control to control the fan).

so... What can be? I've tried everything! If any of you guys could help me, I would like to do a happy dance ;-)

You have a sensor error. You can make an appointment at the Apple Store - Genius Bar store and bring it into service. You can also search an Apple Store - find a store - Apple.

    Install El Capitan from scratch

Restart the computer. Immediately after that the chime hold down the command and R until the Apple logo appears. When the Utility Menu appears:

    1. Select utility disc in the Menu Utility, then click the continue button.
    2. When loading disk utility, select the volume (entered into withdrawal, usually Macintosh HD) in the list to one side.
    3. Click Delete in the main window of disk utility. A panel will fall.
    4. Define the type of Format Mac OS extended (journaled).
    5. Click on the apply button, then wait for the done button to activate and click on it.
    6. Quit disk utility and re-enter the Utility Menu.
    7. Select reinstall OS X and click on the continue button.
  • MacBook Pro glued on the gray screen and does not start. Help, please!

    Hello

My 13 "MacBook Pro (mid-2009), running Snow leopard (10.6.8), has finally given up and won't start.

I tried to boot into SafeMode several times, but the loading bar does not move and the laptop just completely stops.

I also tried to boot in single user mode with the command fsck - fy, but this results in the following:

    disk 0 s 2: I / 0 error

    Invalid node structure

    (4,35296)

    * The Macintosh HD volume could not be completely checked.

    / dev/rdiskOs2 (hfs)

    You leave with signal 8

I guess that means that there is something wrong with the hard disk and some corrupt files?

My problem is that I have no time machine backups, so I would like to know if it is possible to do something to get to the top and running.

That, I do not have an external drive with my main important files and photos on a failure, so is it possible to completely erase the computer so I can sell it at least?

I really need help on what I've been driving myself crazy trying to figure it out!

I'm not all techniques with regard to the material. I tried doing research and have seen things, which suggests that I should reinstall the OS X, this would imply in the disks provided with the laptop when the power?

    Any advice greatly appreciated!

Boot from the DVD and run the check/repair disk utility and repair permissions until you get no errors.  Reformat the hard disk using Disk Utility/Erase Mac OS extended (journaled), then click on the Option button and select GUID. Then re-install the operating system.

When you restart, use Setup Wizard to restore your data.
