Blue Screen of Death on my 6520 printer all in one

I get the Blue Screen of Death when I try to print on my 6520.  I use the USB cable that came with my printer, am updated with downloads and registration.  My printer was purchased in March 2013, and it worked well for a while, but has been giving me the "blue screen" every time lately.  I can't think of something I did differently.  When I select 'Windows can check online for a solution to the problem' in the dialog box that appears, under ' Details: 'I get c:\Windows\Minidump\093013-21699-01.dmp.

To answer your question on the use of a USB connection: I use the cable I ordered with the printer.  It has a USB connection on my computer and a connection 'square' with my printer.  The cable is grey and is thin.

My husband who is more technical, I'm checking on many sites, and he finally got it fixed.  One thing that I remember is that he has updated a 'critical' update of HP.

I don't know what else he did, but what he did worked, so my problem is solved.

    Hello, bought 2 hours there, everything was going great, wifi connected, etc etc, but I can't change my phone Android to Portrait photo printing and also the printer will only print to A4 paper tray.  I have only 4 sheets of photo paper to play with, because they do not weigh enough to be recognized?  All/any help would be appreciated.

    What is the version of the operating system installed on the Android? Also, what are you trying to print from the Gallery of media on the phone, an E-mail, an App, etc.?

    Try to print the photo of HP ePrint App. This can be downloaded for the game store.

    This guide: loading plain paper, Photo paper and envelopes, is just for a quick review to make sure that the photo paper is loaded correctly. He should choose the paper, even when only a single sheet is loaded.

  • HP deskjet 1510: blue screen of death with the installation of the printer

    I installed a new HP 1510 about 3 weeks, no problem... then there's 5 days started to have the blue screen of death (BSOD) on & above.   Several hours and attempts to update other drivers, I uninstalled the printer, did a system restore and it worked fine. No BSOD more.

    Waited 2 days, for sure - then reinstalled and the same thing all over again.  So have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times.

    Ran malware and virus program and nothing came. At the end of my mind - help, please!

    I solved the problem by moving to a port 2.0, restore to an earlier time, and then reinstalling.

    I'm running an Asus U47A, intel i7, 8 GB of ram.  Bought a printer cheap for the College, the printer HP Deskjet 1000 J110a (printer of $ 30 million).  Please don't tell me I'm cheap and I should have bought the model upward, it would not be useful.  Whenever I have print or the print job will complete successfully, either during the print job, my PC will crash and gives me the blue screen of death.  What should I do? I uninstalled the printer drivers, reinstalled them, check the updates, and install them directly from the HP site... you name it.  I am ready to throw my head through the wall because I need to print frequently and having my computer crash in the middle of a document is not what I need.

    If the error persists, try the printer on another USB port such as the USB 2.0 port.

    You might also uninstall the Intel USB 3.0 driver and let the USB ports operate at 2.0 speed as which seems to have stopped errors blue screen in the link above for a user.

    Also, another printer, not necessarily a more expensive, but a different brand or model may not exhibit the same problem.

    You might try using a printer if possible.

    I get a blue screen of death on occasion, when shutting down my computer (Windows XP, Dell Vostro). It started happening after I installed the latest version of the Synology NAS software. This is the message: BCCode: 100000d 1 BCP1: BA3F1F20 BCP2: 00000002 BCP3: 00000008 BCP4: BA3F1F20 OSVer: 5_1_2600 SP: 3_0 product: 256_1. Additional technical information: C:\DOCUME~1\admin\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER4098.dir00\Mini021112-01.dmp and C:\DOCUME~1\admin\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER4098.dir00\sysdata.xml.

    Not sure if it is related to the installation or if it is another problem. Any advice would be appreciated.

    The minidump file showed a DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1) referencing the usbccgp.sys (common class generic Parent Driver USB):

    The spoolsv.exe (print spooler service) is the process that crashed.

    You have recently installed a USB printer?

    In any case there may be a problem with the USB stack in Windows XP Service Pack 3 so I recommend you to install the following fix can correct a problem of 'timing' of USB that can be useful for the error you receive:

I have installed Adobe Flash Player because it is not necessary to watch videos on YouTube.     Hmm, since you have already disabled the main hardware acceleration, it could be a problem with the video (or audio) decoding. For video decoding, you can try these setting changes:
