I had a new HP probook 450 G1.
Immediately, I swapped the 750 GB for one SSD drive and tried to install Windows 7 from the recovery media. The operation has failed. Contact HP support, they sent new media.
I used new media. Windows 7 operating system installed. As soon as I install the drivers, the PC goes in a loop of the blue screen.
I can install the chipset drivers and wifi. Don't know what the other driver is causing the blue screen. I can also install from the windows media 8, so this isn't a hardware problem - wife hates just windows 8.
Basically, please either give me a few troubleshooting steps or I'll go back to the PC. I'm NOT insterested in a manual process long to determine which driver is the problem and the recovery download media manually the drivers one... should work.
After you have reinstalled the original 750 GB hard drive with the replacement media, I managed to an attempt to "recover". So, I decided to sit and try, by the process of elimination, all drivers.
It turns out that the technology Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver was causing the problem. When I installed everything BUT that, the laptop works very well. Notice that I use a fairly new SSD Crucial of M500. It is quite possible there are other people out there see it. You really need to install the driver of rapid storage technology, it is fast enough - not not even 100% sure what good to give the driver.
So I gave myself wrong guidance by the initial recovery of defective media. The second group of work recovery media, but the version of the driver intel 12.7.3.1001 does NOT work with the Crucial M500. I checked the Intel site for driver downloads, and it was not clear that they have a newer driver appropriate right now. Maybe someone else can tell?

Guru of any kind
I turn on my computer, and then after the already loaded windows logo, with the fact that I found a blue screen said
STOP: 0X0000000A (0X000000FF, 0X00000000, 0X006CED36, 0X805302F2)So, what should I do to solve this problem I have a bootable DVD, I could start in DOS now.For more details of this symtom.1. I installed NOD32 antivirus and use it for 2 days, already update the anti-virus databases, already sweeping the entire system, drive2. I found the GET bigger and bigger quarantine folder, so I try to remove (Ctrl + A, Del)then NOD32 program to happen does not not but the other program can still usecan I use the Task Manager to end NOD32 but cannot, it has been protected. If I click on start/turn off computer/Turn off shutdown of windows then3 after I turn on my computer, then after the already loaded windows logo, with the fact that I found a blue screen saidSTOP: 0X0000000A (0X000000FF, 0X00000000, 0X006CED36, 0X805302F2)
Thank you very muchSabrina CTake a look at the section "Error occurs after Windows XP is already installed" of this article in the Microsoft Knowledge base.
I recommend the boot without failure and then research on the issue.
To start in Safe Mode, until the small logo of Windows with a progress bar appears, press the F8 key. In the list of options, choose Safe Mode.
Now that the first troubleshooting step, uninstall ESET NOD32 using the NOD32 removal tool (download the file via a work computer, save it to a USB drive and take it to your affected PC booted without failure).
Once uninstallation is successful, restart the PC to see if the BSOD persists.
If the BSOD persists, try to boot mode safe again. Now click on the Start button, select all programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore. Select "Restore my computer to an earlier time" and click Next. Choose a restore point before the installation of ESET NOD32, usually it will be a created restore point automatically named "Installed ESET NOD32 Antivirus" or something similar. After choosing a suitable restore point, click Next. Click Next again to confirm the restore operation.
If only NOD32 UN-installing the problem you can try to re - install it or contact the ESET Support.

Blue screen Windows Setup hanging from the message "Setup starts Windows.
I have a M2n SLI chipset and my computer came stock with vista 64-bit, after losing all the functions of the operating system because of a problem of .net I have tried to restore without result. I got down to the wire with whiping the drive and now I am trying install Windows XP Pro Service Pack 1 (old drive, still trying to see if an operating system takes in general). The BIOS Setup to boot from the disk, I get the blue screen of installation of Windows to pop - up and start installing its drivers. However once he reaches the message 'Setup starts Windows', the screen freezes it for as long as I'm ready to watch it (left for a long period of time and no difference).
Other cases that I also noticed when I restart my computer it will not even reach the configuration screen rather right at the point where you could normally see "Press any key to boot from CD" I received a message 'FreeDOS' and it hangs there.
I'm not experienced with computers at all I'm just regurgitating given to me by my roommate who happens to know more information. I hope this isn't a hardware problem as I firmly doubt replacements will be economically feasible for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

PLEASE WAIT, BLUE SCREEN, Windows once connected on the new Inspiron 7537 8.1
Hi, this is my head. I have a new (less a week old) 15 inch 7000 series laptop PC with Windows 8.1 pre-installed by Dell UK.
A day after use, I start getting a blue screen that just overlap the start screen (and everything what I am trying to access) saying 'Please wait '. I found on-line means to solve the problem with the option than a job or go back to a restore point. For the last 3 days, I had to perform system restores and especially don't want to continue to do every day.
Notice all the I changed is to install Chrome.
I use this site http://www.optimizewindows8.net/2014/01/fixing-please-wait-screen-problem-in-windows-8-8-1/ but it seems that this problem is very popular and there is no solution yet.
Results
- Method 4: perform a system restore: The only method that works so far goes back to a restore point.
- Method 1: launch Safe Mode and perform a clean boot n ' not work, same error after reset. So don't go to investigate the item as they were all off the coast.
- Method 2: fix the filesystem with CFS scan - I have to do this, you do not have media.
- Method 3: log in using another account - Not tried but as I only have one account. Plus a lot of people is reporting that they must exercise in using this method with taskkill restoreoptin.exe
- Method 5: stop waiting for updates: When I got my laptop it turned slowly making me think that something has not been installed correctly.
- Method 6: end task restoreoptin.exe: You need another account to do this. Trying to restoreOptIn.exe /Ramp, I found that it created the screen 'Please wait '.
I disabled the Sky drive sync'ing as many messages talking about problems of integration with the operating system.
Before I do the kickoff at the Dell support by phone, does any body knows more about this?
Go looking around I found that in the "app My Dell' under 'story checkup\System' a critical error the day I received the laptop. I want to completely reinstall my system but I do not have the media, have no idea where to find my windows key. I found something on "download software factory" on the Dell site, but it did not work. What are you supposed to do here.
Hi Chris. I don't have any real help to you that I'm sorry to say, but I also encounter the same problem with my new laptop Inspiron 7000. I tried method 2 and he obtained throughout the analysis of the Sfc at the end without requiring the installation media and get the message: "Windows Resource Protection is not any violation of the integrity.", which was a dead-end too.
Takes me back 20 years for Windows 2 and all conflicts of dark material that allows us to get then. Windows 8 rhyme with mistake as far as I'm concerned.

Vista and Windows 7 updated drivers love then here's how update largest. Reference to Vista also applies to Windows 7
It's my generic how updates of appropriate driver: (updating the video/display driver and BIOS)
This utility, it is easy see which versions are loaded: run DriverView - see
Hide Microsoft drivers - updated those without drain in their names. (Also update BIOS and drivers from the chipset.)-Free - DriverView utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your system. For each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver, description, version, product name, company that created the driver and more.
http://www.NirSoft.NET/utils/DriverView.htmlFor drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common. Control Panel device - graphics card configuration-manager - note the brand and complete model of your graphics driver - double-click - tab - write version information. Now, click the driver update (this can do nothing as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then do a right click - Uninstall - REBOOT it will refresh the driver stack.
Repeat for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party with their own software and drivers and the other main device drivers you have.
Now go to the website of the manufacturer of system (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) (restoration), then site of the manufacturer of the device (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Review of the BIOS, Chipset and software updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system while there).
Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after each installation.
Always check in the Device Manager - tab drivers version you install actually shows up. This is because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (particularly that audio drivers) so install a driver - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat if necessary.
Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW on device at the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER - manually check by model.
Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

http://www.SevenForums.com/tutorials/43216-installing-updating-drivers-7-a.htmlIf you update the drivers manually, then it's a good idea to turn off the pilot facilities in Windows updates, that leaves is to Windows Update, but it will not install the drivers who are generally older and cause problems. If updates offers a new driver and then hide it (right click on it), then go get new ones manually if you wish.

Error on blue screen Windows 7 x 86
Hello, I had a lot of problems with my laptop. The technical support guy said that my HD was done, so he sold me a new one, with Windows 7 x 86 (before I had the x 64), and my cell phone was OK for a while.
During this time, I had some blue screen errors. But after the new HD, it never happened again.
Unfortunately, this week it happened once more. I have the file Minidump here: https://onedrive.live.com/embed?cid=71AB5696D74B2AD5&resid=71AB5696D74B2AD5%21828&authkey=AEmmwpsHL2INHV
and here: https://mega.co.nz/#! sV4QBQDJ! H9gnSuJZBXtv9EvcSFD8eSS0eHybE1_BfqD7l5BjBOo
What is the problem? How can I solve it?
Please, help me.
Thanks in advance.

1. remove and replace avast! with Microsoft Security Essentials for purposes of troubleshooting temporary as it is likely to cause conflicts:
