Bluescreen error: 0x0000007B

Original title: BSOD

I was browsing the internet and check the yahoo emails when the BSOD appeared. the code is the following Stop: 0x0000007B (0xF78D2524, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000) of ideas on how to fix, because the reboot happened automatically nothing does not solve the same message?

Stop: 0x0000007B is an Inaccessible Boot device - which is most likely your hard drive that the computer boots from.
More information about this error here: http://www.carrona.org/bsodindx.html#0x0000007B

I suggest starting with the hard drive free diagnostic from here: http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html#hddiag

If the hard disk goes, try this procedure:
CHKDSK F: /R
Run CHKDSK/r/f of a high (run as administrator) command prompt.  Please do so for each hard drive on your system.
FWIW - I know that the /F is supposed to be redundant, but I prefer to run anyway.
When he tells you, he cannot do at the moment – and ask you if you do not want to do it at the next reset - answer Y (for Yes) and press ENTER.  Then restart and let the test to run.  It may take some time for him to run, but keep an occasional eye on it to see if it generates errors.  See "CHKDSK LogFile' below to verify the test results.

Elevated command prompt:
Click on start and type "cmd.exe" (without the quotes)
At the top of the search box, right-click on Cmd.exe and select "Run as Administrator"

CHKDSK LogFile:
Click Start and type "eventvwr.msc" (without the quotes) and press enter
Expand the topic the Windows logs, and then select the Application log file entry.
Double-click the Source column heading.
Scroll down the list until you find the entrance to Chkdsk (wininit for Win7) (winlogon for XP).
Copy / paste the results in your next post.

Please provide the following information so that we can provide a more in-depth analysis:

-Zip please the contents of the directory C:\Windows\Minidump
-Transfer to the public area of a SkyDrive ( https://skydrive.live.com ) account
-Post a link here so we can download it.

and

-Go to start and type "msinfo32" and press enter
-When the utility opens, save a copy of it as an .nfo file and another copy in a txt file.
-Zip them upward and download them to the Public to a SkyDrive ( https://skydrive.live.com ) account field
-Post a link here so we can download it.

If you use hard drives SATA and AHCI is enabled in the BIOS, you will need to press F6 and add SATA drivers when it says press F6.

Otherwise, you will need to change AHCI Mode IDE in the BIOS (BUT you cannot change it back to AHCI after). Well, you can with a registry hack

Or you need to integrate the SATA drivers, then reinstall windows

This is what the stop error 0x0000007B means. He can not find the hard drive (if you add or integrate SATA drivers). It will crash before you get the installation / configuration screen (XP, since the XP CD doesn't have SATA or RAID drivers on that).

I want to create a virtual machine using VMWare Converter 4.0 from an Acronis True Image to ESXi Server 3i .tib backup file. The conversation seems to be working, but when I try to start the virtual machine, it begins to start, displays the Windows 2003 splash screen briefly and then fails with a blue screen with the following error:

    Any help much appreciated.

    > Thanks, unfortunately the .tib Acronis True image files do not work with Converter 3.0.3

You already have a virtual computer that start - it's just bluescreens - so no need to run the full convert again.

Juist use Converter 3.0.3 to configure the virtual machine - part seemed to have failed

Go to your bios to change the mode of training of your s - ata AHCI or IDE Compatible mode or all that apply :) Windows XP is not like SATA, because it has no native support for it. At the start of the second phase of a Setup program, it would fail with this BSOD.

The Windows XP computer on I use is a netbook without cd/dvd drive, that's why I use another computer to get windows installed first.
The first installation is going well. I select the formatted partition I want XP must be installed. The files are copied from the XP CD on the hard drive. Then a restart occurs. The XP loading screen appears, but before the loading bar comes alive I get a blue screen.

    * Original title: Bluescreen Error

I get an error bluescreen 1-3 times per week for 2 months, usually indicating that the computer is being closed to protect the computer against damage. The latest incident took place on 04/01/2016. I ran all the diagnostic tools I could find, including a group called UBCD, but received no notification of an error. A possible anomaly occurred when I was running a test of memory associated with my NVIDIA GeForce 960 GTX graphics card: the test is run rather quick end to a reboot. Device Manager, however, said that the adapter is running correctly.

I hope you can help me.  I have a lot of work to do, particularly on the graphics this computer has been configured to manage.

These accidents were related to the corruption of memory (probably caused by a driver).

Run these two tests to check your memory and find which driver is causing the problem.  Launch auditor.  You don't need to run memtest again unless the auditor is not the cause, or you want to.

If you are overclocking anything reset by default before running these tests.

  • BlueScreen errors

    Dear all,

I run Windows XP it SP 3 off vmWare Fusion on my MacBook Pro, w. 2.6 GHz (v. 1.1.1) and a 17 "display.

Currently, I am experiencing bluescreen errors about 75% of the time I start up Windows on my virtual machine. These errors started happening when I uninstalled a software on the virtual machine Windows Live, but come to increase in frequency to the extent where my use of the Fusion has become seriously affected.

Is it possible to change this anomaly?

In addition and it's less important if there is a solution to this problem, I would really like to know, Windows does not recognize the existence of my iSight Camera, and there is no software in XP or the Microsoft Website which is able to manage this camera. Where can I find software for Windows that would operate the iSight?

Thanks a lot for any help to unravel these problems!

    Steve

    Hello Steve,.

I run Windows XP it SP 3 off vmWare Fusion on my MacBook Pro, w. 2.6 GHz (v. 1.1.1) and a 17 "display.

just a note, the latest version of series 1.1.x 1.1.3 you should consider the upgrade (no new features, some bug fixes).

Well, you will need to provide more accurate information about yourself and this forum. Go to control panel > system > advanced > startup and Recovery > settings, uncheck 'Automatically restart' and select 'partial memory image' in the popup button "Write debugging information" section below.

Then the blue screen is displayed, and you can take a screenshot of it (for example with the utility Grab in OS X - Grab in Spotlight search, run it, and then in the menu bar, Capture > window, then select the merge window with the blue screen). In addition, a dump file will create in your C:\Windows\Minidump folder. Attach the screenshot and the dump file to post in this thread as well. Also, try to search these forums for some representative text (usually written in capital letters) of the blue screen, you may be able to find a solution.

In addition and it's less important if there is a solution to this problem, I would really like to know, Windows does not recognize the existence of my iSight Camera, and there is no software in XP or the Microsoft Website which is able to manage this camera. Where can I find software for Windows that would operate the iSight?

Install Boot Camp on Leopard DVD drivers inside the virtual machine WIndows, if you haven't done it yet - the drivers of Boot Camp contain Windows driver for the iSight webcam, you need. Restart Windows and the Virtual Machine > USB > Connect Apple built-in iSight. Then try to use it with a program, or you should see along your virtual hard drive and right click computer and test it (don't know how it is expressed exactly, hope that you will be able to understand).

  • Blue screen STOP error: 0x0000007B

Last night, I shut down my computer as usual, allowing it to update itself.  This morning I turn on only to find a formidable bluescreen message:

A problem has been detected and Windows has shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

If this is the first time you've seen this Stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

Check for viruses on your computer. Remove the hard drives newly installed on the hard disk controllers. Check your hard drive to ensure that it is configured and completed proeprly. Run CHKDSK /F to check for hard drive corruption, and then restart your computer.

    Technical information:

    STOP: 0X0000007B (0X80599BB0, 0XC0000034, 0X00000000, 0X00000000)

I tried the safe mode, safe mode with network, safe mode with command prompt (to run a chkdsk), last good known configuration and start windows normally only to be taken to the same blue screen message over and over again.

I have a R500 with 64 GB of SSD and preinstalled Vista.

Decompression for the SSDS works fine - but at first start-up of XP Pro, I get a blue screen with an 0x0000007B error message and some tips about the infection by the virus?

    What causes this problem?

    Hello

To my knowledge the R500 supports a HDD SATA controller and you include the SATA driver in the CD of Win XP using nLite software.

The SATA driver is part of the Intel Storage Manager that could be found on the European driver Toshiba page or on the page of Intel.

By the way; Check out this forum and use the search option to find more discussions about the Intel Storage Manager and how to use the nLite and include the SATA drivers.

    Hello
I got a M40-129 last year, created 2 Partitions and installed XP Pro SP2. Everything worked very well, but a few months I drive hard-error-Bluescreens. P.S Partition Magic shows my a score of 88 Type which is big 204 MB. Any idea what this score is used?

    Hello

First something about your partition hidden.
The M40-129 Sat was delivered with the Media Express Player.
This player is pre-installed on the hidden partition.

Well, HARD disk system errors and the file can result from a variety of problems, such as hardware failures, outages of electricity, poor system maintenance, virus and human error.

When you run Chkdsk with parameters, such as / f / / r, Chkdsk repair errors related to file system structures.

I recommend the Microsoft information page. Here, you will find many useful information about HARD drive failure and why this happens.
