  This is my first time on these forums, so please forgive me if I posted in the wrong place or repeat a problem solved. Please feel free to correct me if I am if I can learn!

  So my problem is that my bluetooth no longer works, it does not appear under settings when I want to add/detect a device. In Device Manager, "Bluetooth Device" is displayed after I set Device Manager to 'show hidden devices' and as soon as I did that is the only thing under 'Ralink Bluetooth adapter PCIe' Bluetooth device that has a yellow exclamation sign in the logo.

  When I go into properties, the "device status" shows this message:

  Windows cannot load the driver for this hardware device. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

  {Unable to load device driver}
  HS device driver could not be loaded.
  Error status is 0 x %x

  At first I thought that the driver is not compatible with Windows 8.1 because I think that Bluetooth no longer works after update to 8.1 but I'm not completely sure, other people have had this problem, but their solutions have not worked for me (so to come on this very forum).  Now, however, I think that the Ralink bluetooth driver is not correct as to the internet from my PC resources page title only bluetooth driver is the Qualcomm Atheros QCA9000 series Bluetooth 4.0 + HS Driver for Microsoft Windows.

  But, when you try to download and install this driver by running the "sp65069.exe" setup file I get a message saying

  "The device may not be present or could have been ejected/disconnected from the system.

  How can I solve this problem and finally get Bluetooth back to normal?

  You must install the bluetooth driver and software for the model of wireless card uses your laptop.

  So, if you indeed have a Ralink WiFi card, you must have a Ralink Bluetooth radio because it's on the same card as the chip wireless.

  I did the upgrade from 8.1 to win to win 10.  So far, I've noticed all my devices Bluetooth "devices errors."  I have deleated all BT devices and tried to charge the BT device to my soundblaster roar 2 and a simple generic keyboard and I got the same results. I have tried reconnecting with other devices.  Did someone went down this path? HP, Microsoft, suppliers... has a driver upates?  I have not read on win 10?  Device Manager will be my frined here, deleting and reloading BT associated drivers?  What do you say?

  Hi, Yes, my bluetooth mouse works fine on my Stream with 10 Windows 7, device drivers are available from hp.com.  You could try to reload the driver bluetooth of Windows 10.

  Bluetooth devices are difficult to solve.

  You can do a search and on the Microsoft forum, it has suggested ways to get these installed devices.

  Any chance someone would know where Acer hides their legacy drivers. I have searched high and low for bluetooth driver for my Aspire 1410 chronology and nada. The acer download page returns a not found error when you select him aspire 1410. WIDCOMM drivers do not work. Broadcom does not recognize the chip and does not even allow the download of the driver.   I was also running in error from the first post.  I tried to install the redistributable vc80 on mine, but that did not help.  However, uninstalling the Widcomm software and then install the new, we got things for me.  Still, Dell reported an error, but it was another & things now seem to work.  And, above all, my Bluetooth mouse now works again!

  I am unable to connect anything to my computer via Bluetooth most. I used to connect my Flip JBL speakers to my PC via Bluetooth, but now I can't.

  Try to download your Bluetooth driver for your laptop from your site of manufactured goods.

  Uninstall existing bluetooth driver, reboot the PC.

  Then install the latest bluetooth drivr, downloaded from the website of the manufacturer. Then try to connect to your bluetooth device.

  Hello everyone I found the solution to this problem of Bluetooth. First of all, I want to share the essue of Blutooth hand in windows 8.1.

  History is actually a bit interesting: Microsoft has fixed a bug in the rollup of November which exposed a bug previously hidden in Bluetooth drivers for Ralink/Mediatek, resulting in all the world with a fully-updated Windows 8.1 and Ralink bluetooth (very common in low price/low-end systems) to BSoD unless the bumps users to a system restore point before updates of November. So yes, there are sometimes dangers for fixing bugs.

  Basic requirements:

  1. all drivers for HP laptop, BIOS and windows 8.1 implemented to date with the latest updates.
  

  File Requirements:

  1 8.1 Windows file update kb2917488 - x 64 (download link)

  Basic steps:

  First check windows update, download and install any updates. Also download and install the latest driver for windows 8.1

  I found the solution. I uninstalled the unknown device in Device Manager. Then I deleted the bthport using cmd (Administrator). Then using the device manager that I scanned Bluetooth for windows and hardware changes automatically detected and installed the driver itself. But I want to know what was the main issue.

  I understand that you updated to Windows 10 a year ago. Last week, you have started to have a problem with the Bluetooth.   Step 4: Now remove any authorization of passwords the password field blank
  Step 5: Click on apply in the lower left corner.
