  The SMART error would certainly indicate the hard drive is faulty and should be replaced.  The first thing you can do is to back up all your personal files etc as soon as you can.

  Hi there, we have equipped some of our T43P (2668) with a bluetooth card purchased directly in the IBM / lenovo parts store. The FRU number is 39T 0026. All laptops have the last version of the BIOS, Vista patches and installed the drivers.
