Z10 blackBerry e-mail accounts

last 2 days one of my 3 email on the Z10 accounts receive emails ok but they disappear shortly after. I can see the emails when I go on my laptop this account and they are always there but disappear off the z10 for some reason any. I checked account settings and nothing has changed. Weird and annoying.

found the answer in another post, the contact of the hub, the 3 vertical dotted lines, choose settings, display and actions, scroll to DELETE ON change of HUB AND the SERVER HUB ONLY. Let's see if it works.

    Hey all,.

Have some questions related to the z10 emails.

    (1) when they will auto-sync immediately and not 15 minutes and why is at 15 minutes the shortest time?

    (2) how can I synchronize manually I know there is a button to do it manually, but if I do have it checked where is the sync button and can I push this button if I have it on 15 minutes.

    (3) I don't want my messages to display when I go to hub and click on my emails, that I just want to see my Inbox.

    Thank you

Because the way in which we are not used BB here in this community of users, the only things we can do here is to guess. (And, even if someone really knew 'why', they would be probably prohibited to disclose to her as proprietary information.).

For accounts that support the PUSH, you can enable that and avoid the moment completely. If PUSH is allowed by your e-mail service, you may to talk about specific settings, you use when you configure the e-mail account to the device. When you use the Wizard (for example,. only provide the e-mail address and password), the wizard queries the server for the parameters (ports, protocols, etc.) and uses whatever the server responds with. Some services you may to use different settings for other access methods. Or, as Google does, you change that Google faces to the internet for your email account (POP, IMAP, or both) and then your device that will be used. Everything really depends on the actual messaging service is built into the device.

Not that the device is perfect... it is not (yet). So we will have to live with some compromises, while they improve the implementation of the mail client.

With that e-mail Messages list that appears, click 3 points down right... There's a selection of "cool". For the calendar, you drag to the bottom of the top (with the displayed calendar) and there's a selection of "cool".

List of Messages of Hub poster, tap the lower right corner "3 points", and then select settings > display and Actions. Here, you can hide sent Messages.

  • The blackBerry e-mail account configuration Smartphones Internet inactive

    Hello

When I go to home > Setup > email accounts

the Internet e-mail account button seems to be disabled, and that's why I can never create an account through my phone. I have my personal emails etc. added by the carrier to my phone, but I'm curious as to what I can do to start working from the phone, as it is a fault of my phone.

Step 1, make sure you have BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service) on your account. No BIS, no configuration of email on your phone.

If you have BIS activated on your account, go to your phone's browser and type www.blackberry.com/integrate and see if you can set things upwards from there.

    I hope that helps you.

  • BlackBerry e-mail account Smartphones one has stopped working

I tried to delete it and re-add (several times). Had the Sprint Store try different options, including a reeboot in their system. At GoDaddy check their system... Pulled the battery while the phone was on and outside... Nothing works!

Help, it's the story I receive time sensitive works on.

It is a Bold 9650 and all my other email accounts (of Go Daddy) work correctly.

    magsowencrouch wrote:

then they suggested I phone Blackberry for them to resynchronize... but I found the online Forum and no tech support number to call, where my posted question.

This is where Sprint really let you down... you see, they gave you. They know very well that end users have no way to directly solicit any formal support from RIM. All the formal support of the RIM must be wound with carriers... and that's what Sprint would have been done for you. Instead, they gave you. Sad... but sadder still, it happens far too often.

End-users who understand the process are equipped with this knowledge and can prevent such a fob off. So, if you want to continue with them (and, frankly, I think that you need more deep support from RIM and others who, unlike us volunteers here on this form, have access to 'behind the scenes' information and other), you will need to go to them again, this time insisting that they honor the support contract you have.

Think about it... you PAY Sprint for 100% of your service and 100% of your support... training and although now they deliver neither you... even if the case requires an improved rim support, Sprint remains linked contractually to provide assistance in this regard.

Now since I have uninstalled and reinstalled again the email address, I don't get emails from this account on my phone, but all my other email accounts are working fine.

Don't know what else I can tell you, I'm really frustrated with it, because it's a story that I get job offers that are time sensitive, so it's reduce my income.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Given the critical nature of your need, I do not recommend return you to the Sprint, and this time do not leave you fob OFF... insist that, if indeed they say you need to speak to RIM, that they (Sprint) provide the means to do so (which is to prosecute, provide you necessary information file number and such and then degenerate into RIM).

In the meantime, I recommend the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

    (1) registry HRT

    • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network
    • Please wait a 'registration' message reach your Messages application

    (2) remove and return Service directories

    • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
    • If you do not have access CMIME, continue deleting
    • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
    • Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

    (3) restart to take batt

    • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

I hope that will move things again for you! If not, then you certainly should more "behind the scenes" that can be offered through this community and volunteer-contribution users... re-contact Sprint and insist that they solve it, climbing to RIM, if they can't.

Oh... one more thing... you did not change anything on your PC to access this email account, did you? For example, if you have an email client (Outlook, for example,) also access this email account - AND it is downloading mails from the server more frequently than every 15 minutes - AND it's delete them server when it downloads, then there would be nothing for BIS to find (and place on your BB) when he checks on his interval normal 15 minutes. Honestly, I doubt it's causal, given the symptoms you described... but you never know.

    Good luck!

  • BlackBerry Smartphones receive Blackberry e-mail account in Outlook

No problems receiving all my emails on my BlackBerry.

Question is, can I receive the e-mail set up on BlackBerry IE: [email protected] in Outlook?

    Thank you

    VIC

No, at least not easily or directly to Outlook.

I remember once someone explain a viable solution for this one, where the user would BCC all these messages to another e-mail account and who POP in Outlook.

So if this is the case, simply use the alternative address...  I don't even recommend using the addresses of @yourcarrier.blackberry.net because they are not visible on the web and you can easily filter spam. And if you always change cell phone carriers, you lose.

Much simpler to just scrap it and get a gmail account.

  • Smartphone Blackberry 8700 blackBerry e-mail account

I just got a Blackberry 8700 and have a Vodaphone SIM PAYG. When I try to add my email account, I just a choice between:

I want to use a professional email with Blackberry Enterprise Server account

I want to skip the email configuration

I tried Googling and follow the advice to download the BIS software. I found on the BlackberryFAQ website software downloads and downloaded what I thought was the right package for my platform. but when I tried the installer from the PC it says there was no software included.

What should I do? Do I need a BIS account, provider of services?

    Any help appreciated.

Hello and welcome to the community!

To use the exclusive services of BB (including the ability to Push email, BBM, etc), you must have an adequate data of your carrier plan. Carriers BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service) host for their BB users. In general, BIS is not available through generic data plans. Several ships make stop what is needed the Blackberry data plan. Whatever they call it, it is the carrier that delivers BIS users of BB - contact - the for assistance. Once you have a compatible BIS data plan on your BB (fees regardless of your carrier will charge, btw), your exclusive services BB will work (for example, you will have a staff/Internet Email added to the email Setup Wizard, your BBM will work, etc.).

With hundreds of carriers in the world, each with dozens of different data plans it is impossible to say that any plan service could actually expressly provide for. Only carriers can answer this question. The best thing to do is to decide what services you want and then talk to your carrier about obtaining a data plan that allows what you want (to them).

    Good luck!

  • Z10 Z10 blackBerry e-mail synchronization

    Hello

I recently spent BB 9900 to Z10 and my emails on hotmail, gmail and gmail biz have delay and, for example, "BOLD" on when I remove me my device of emails asked on handheld or both, and how can I do the same thing on z10? Thank you

Hello and welcome to the community!

I think you have at least 2 questions mixed up there... I hope that I will be able to properly analyze...

    kayhanmoa wrote:

my email on hotmail, gmail and gmail biz have delay

With legacy devices, BIS served as intermediary and could PUSH in real-time every time as the e-mail server that will support. With BB10, ENCORE is abandoned and the client device on can use PUSH if the mail server is supported, but only if you have enabled in the settings > accounts. If PUSH is not supported or you have not enabled, then the interval controls how often e-mail is extracted from your server. It's WAD - works as expected.

    kayhanmoa wrote:

for example on "BOLD" when I remove me my device of emails asked on handheld or both, and how can I do the same thing on z10?

You can not... which parameter does not currently exist. At present, the device and your server are designed to be images of mirror each other (in the synchronization period Email you assign to the account > settings)... do something on one and it reflects in the other. It's too much, WAD.

We all hope that future versions of operating system will improve on things like this. But for now, it is what it is.

    Good luck!

  • Z10 blackBerry unread email account with different accounts

    Hello

I have multiple accounts Setup on my z10.

Is there a way I can break the unread on the lockscreen email account and know how many unread emails are there in each account.

    Thank you!

Hello - nope... that gives you a reading of the list of messages from Hub, not any particular e-mail, SMS, FaceBook, accounts etc. Whatever accounts you have configured in the list of Messages of Hub, the lock screen will display the total Unread Messages from Hub list. There is no adjustment.

Well well... and then... If you have just an account critical you need of this reading, you can remove the list of Messages from hub of all other accounts. Then, only one account will reflect in the list of Messages of Hub, and thus lock display screen only this indictment not read.

    Good luck!

    Hello
When I write my email & pasward for Blackberry Curve 9300 his wrong answer so or password after a certain time after a few times. But the two email & password is correct. What can I do, tell me please, if anyone knows.

What e-mail service, are you using? Do you use the validation in two steps with this email service? If so, this could be why your password does not work.

Also, you need a data plan BIS on your account with your service proverder.

I have Verizon as my carrier and @SBCGlobal as my email account.  I received the message after the Friday at 17:00 - this email account is not currently accessible by your Blackberry device, so you can experience a delay in email delivery...

Reading other forums, they said to go to my email accounts and check.  I did not see an option "validate".  Any ideas on how I can get my return e-mail link?

Read further in the forum and noticed that someone had the same problem.  I removed and re - add my e-mail address.  Problem solved.

  • Smartphones blackBerry-Option of lack! 'Create or add a blackberry e-mail account '.

    Hello everyone

IM new in this kind of things, and you have a problem, I hope you can help me.  I have a BB again working with t-mobile but not with a plan only with charged and I don't know if it's a problem to set an email on my blackberry account?, I have access to WiFi if in some places.      If is not a problem, I can tell you that I have never see the option on my blackberry offer me to create an account or add an account on the BB said only in send configurations this «I want to use a CAC to work with a BB Enterprise Server email...» "that is the only option that appear on the phone. Configuration of e-mail icon does not seem too...

Please help me!, sorry if this is something easy, but I do not understand why this option is not displayed on my BB. I just want to see mi gmail acc with my BB. Thank you very much!

Hi and welcome to the Forums!

What you guessed is indeed correct. As opposed to other devices, use of BB a push specialized email feature (BIS - Blackberry Internet Service), that uses servers and services hosted by the companies that are dedicated exclusively to users of BB. As a result, carriers charge usually extra for the use of these specialized services. Generic data plans are normally insufficient to provide access to the BIS... many carriers call the Blackberry data Plan. But it differs by carrier - contact them and tell them what you want to do, then see if you're ready to pay, they will be responsible.

Good luck and let us know!

  • Classic blackBerry e-mail account missing notifications

New classic with 3 email - Gmail, Office 365, and Google Apps accounts. Everything in the hub, but the Google Apps account does not display when I go into Control Panel configuration, Notifications, Normal, customize the App Notifications, e-mail Messages. The other 2 accounts are there and my notification preferences are set. What happened with the other.

BTW, watch account Gmail Contacts & Mail, the Google Apps email account only - want her Contacts too.

    Thank you.

    Hello

I suggest delete and re - integrate the account. Do not forget that you are using the manual integration advanced rather than the wizard... normally through the Assistant, accounts google will integrate as IMAP rather than EA, so you must do it manually to get it in EAS.

    Good luck!

  • BlackBerry e-mail account Smartphones to synchronize my "BOLD" with my Yahoo BB

    Hi all

I am the proud owner of a "BOLD" today introduced (V5.0.0.545 software) running on the Vodafone network in the United Kingdom.  I configured my email Yahoo on the BB and in the Email reconciliation chose "Delete on handsets and the mailbox."  My BB receives e-mails from Yahoo, but if I delete an email on the BB he still appears in my Yahoo mail inbox.

Is there a full synchronization between BB and Yahoo mail or I made a mistake in setting up?  If Yahoo cannot synchronize using Googlemail will allow me to sync emails?

Thanks in advance for your help and best regards a United Kingdom cold, wet and windy!
