  Original title: my Mirosoft Outlook 2003 is not sending/receiving e-mails. On the bottom of the screen, it shows that the emails are coming, but they do not appear in my Inbox. I know that my POP/SMTP and the internet are all working properly.

  I get the error (0 x 80042109) - Outlook cannot connect to your mail server outgoing (SMTP).  Am no computer wiz, so need simple answers.  Can someone help here?  Or maybe delayed retirement!

• Outlook express does not send receive

  After the reboot of my office, O.E. works very well in all directions. But after a few hours, he stops to receive mail in its automatic configuration mode. When I click on send or receive, I don't see ever typical status window. I tried l ' down and restart and notice that I don't get OE logo screen that I normally do, it just goes to the Inbox or whatever it is I last looked and it comes faster than normal. In addition, I noticed sometimes that when I go in my sent mail folder or Inbox, newer than 2009 messages do not appear.  Switch back will sometimes fix it, but not always. Restart will fix all the problems that I said at the beginning. Last week, there was yet another peculiarity which lasted maybe an hour. Click Send and Receive has nothing, but hit CTRL + M brought to work. And earlier I tried clicking on receive and voila it worked fine for the first time since 11:36 AM CDT. Unfortunately, I did not send the mail. The suite send or receive tests continue to fail. I tried to install Mozilla Thunderbird and it seems to work very well, but I would largely continue to use OE.

  I use the update of the window in automatic mode and have known no other problems EXCEPT a week ago, Malwarebbyste has found 2 virus files which I immediately deleted. Since then, Malwarebytes always freezes when I put it for a complete analysis. After that, I installed Adaware and have run MRT of MS, SFC and another whose name escapes me now. They have all found nothing. I think THAT OE problems began earlier than that.

  My opus system is XP Pro SP 3. My OE is 6.00.2900.5812 and my IE is 8.0.6601.18702. My internet connection is cable Comcast.

  I wasn't expecting to find IE listed in my Add / Remove programs but it is there. Because I think that OE comes with IE, it sems like maybe I should try uninstalling and reinstalling. Would it be a good idea? Also, I looked at IE 9 downloads but they do not seem to exist. Designated as IE 9 download sites seem to only have IE8

• Dynadock U3 - Ethernet does not - send/receive flashing every 3 seconds

  My wife uses a Dynadock with a spectrum of XP.
  Ethernet worked fine when I first put in place, but I just noticed the wired connection does not work (only works with wireless).

  Send & receive lights on n/w Dynadock port flash every ~ 3 seconds, the Windows port & alternate state between Enabled & cable disconnected.

  Not sure how long the wired connection has not worked, but my scale did spend a couple of months to Win 8.1. At the time I had upgrade the drivers to get the video via the Dynabook work. I checked & Win network drivers have been also upgraded in this framework.

  Have seen a few other posts on uninstalling/reinstalling the drivers (done) & case where the icon network in the device driver has a warning '?' (says "device is working properly" in my case).

  Recommendations, or suggestions for a further diagnosis?

  In my view, the question appears due to the update system 8.1 Win.
  You will need configure the network in the network adapter properties:
  To connect to the network via an Ethernet network cable, connect one end of a network
  cable to the Ethernet (RJ-45) the dynadock port and the other end to your network for the great
  performance of network access.

  To set the properties of the network to the Ethernet adapter:
  8.1 Windows, move the mouse pointer and click the icon at the bottom left of the screen to go to the
  Apps for display and then click on Control Panel-> network and Internet-> tasks-> change map settings and display the status of network.

  In the network connections folder, double-click the icon of the s dynadock Ethernet adapter connection.
  which is indicated by dynadock Ethernet. This will open the local area network connection properties window for you
  Configure network settings as required depending on your network environment.

  Note: The icon to connect to the Local network in the system tray/Notification area does not show a connection. Open network connections to display the Ethernet connection.

  Thank you for visiting Microsoft Community to post your query. It seems that you are unable to send mail using the web mail account Medicom.  I couldn't find much information about the issue. However, as many users is faced with the question, there could be some intermittent problem, you can wait for a while and have access to the e-mail account later.

  Try to access the e-mail account using different browser and check if the problem persists.

  1. What browser do you use? If you use Internet Explorer version of Internet Explorer?

  2. You receive error messages?

• EA6500 will not send/receive the cell text and multimedia

  I just took an EA6500 on clearance.  It works very well for all applications except text messaging.  I can send and receive texts and multimedia on all other WiFi connections I use, but it does not work on my EA6500.  Is this standard, or is there a place I can change the settings?

  We are with US Cellular by using an old Samsung (not sure of the model), two S7s and an iPhone 6 (more or sPlus... not sure), more on WiFi an old M bike, only.

  Cell phones use the cell signal from the phone to the normative texts and the data connection of the phone for multimedia content.  None of this happens on WiFi.  It does not work on all other WiFi connections, you are confused.  Text works when you have cellular signal and the works of content media when you have a valid data connection.  Maybe it would help if there is an application that transmits over the internet, then on mobile networks, but not using the original text/sms on the phone app.

  If this also happens with Thunderbird, it is more likely a server problem and not a Windows problem.

  What happens when you try to send or receive? Please post the error message in its entirety. You can left click on it to highlight then right click to copy and then paste in this thread.

  Recently, I send emails to my clients to contact most those who are account hotmail; When I ask them about the information I sent them, they say that no email received from me!

  A few times, I have scored between 25 and 50 accounts selectively my contacts, send them information about the products and associated,

  based on that, I think that my account (* address email is removed from the privacy *) is marked as Spam and I need my account back free... I don't write text harmful or malicious. Tech from my provider field tell me, this is the reason why my account has this issue.

  My pair of PC and phone, I can send files from the PC to the phone, but can't receive files on the pc.  When I open the file transfer Wizard and select "receive the file", I immediately get a window "completing the bluetooth file transfer file transfer Wizard did not statistically.  I have the pc Configuration to allow bluetooth devices to search for the computer, the phone detects the pc with the mating, etc..  Should I have a wrong setting?  I use an HP pavilion laptop with built-in bluetooth, all drivers are up to date, as well as the 32 bit vista OS.  I can send files from the phone to other phones.  Thanks in advance.

  Thank you very much.  I have uninstalled the bluetooth drivers, turned on the bluetooth it self installed the drivers, and it worked perfectly.  I got deal with Nokia since November to get the PC Suite to authenticate the phone.  It works now! Amazing!

  Check: File | Work offline and in: reviews | Layout: uncheck the preview pane. Can you delete or remove them now?

  Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store folder will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files. Note the location and navigate on it in Explorer Windows or, copy and paste in start | Run.
   
  In Windows XP, the files of user OE (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in the Solution Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder options | View.
   
  With OE closed, find the DBX the Outbox.dbx file and delete it. A new vacuum will be created automatically when you open OE.
