  Sorry to hear that you have problems with your bluetooth pairing. Chrome OS is limitted supported bluetooth devices. Now, the phones are not currently supported. I'm not sure why you are unable to match the speakers. It could be a problem of incompatibility between the 2 devices. My recommendation would be to try a bluetooth mouse or keyboard or device supported, to see if they connect. I have personally connected a Bluetooth keyboard to my chromebook and it didn't disconnnect. You can find a list of devices supported on the link below.
