Bought ss12, says incompatible with OSX, but am running OSX 10.9.4 on macbook Intel Core Duo

Downloaded and purchased from the macstore. Not a problem of activation. It is all ok. Recently upgraded system to the Mavericks of OSX. Completely up to date.
