Bought the wrong for my system?
I'm new to Macbook. Search "best photo editing software Mac. Chooses that Photoshop Elements based on research. Clicked on the link to buy and was intended to Adobe site and items to purchase page. Paid $99, downloaded, now computer says "windows not supported under OS X apps." How will I be able to get the version that works with the Macbook?

I bought the wrong update, I need a Mac Version but ordered a Windows Version. What can I do?
I did exactly the same thing and contacted their customer service on the live chat. It took about an hour before someone was available, but he did return to normal and they also send me a box version that allows the two platforms at the same price. They just canceled my purchase of Windows, placed a Mac purchase on their system, sent me a new serial number and published records canned.

RECENTLY I bought the subscription for the month, but then canceled (I think?) because I'm frustrated. I've been using bridge and photoshop cs6 for 4 years. I've never understood light room and where it is located. I've dabbled with it and I couldn't find out how to save my images in my workflow of currengt, or how to resize and put a border around my images. How to save for web and as TIFF, as I did for all my files for four years. LR seems to be taking pictures of my Iphoto folder and I don't use that. I tried to cancel the cc of photoshop and lightroom cc and cc bridge but I don't know if I did. I am really confused, and I have work to do. What can I do, do I do, help me! @@ !

I just bought the app for photographers creative cloud when I try finally connect with PS CC, I received an error message that says "no detected subscription. I don't really know how to solve this problem, I used my Adobe ID to connect several times and it just still the same message.

Forms Central is longer now.
A trial version of forms used to be installed as part of Acrobat PRO XI Central desktop application.
It is no longer available and is not included in Acrobat DC, however, you can always create PDF using Acrobat PRO from DC forms.

Suggest you to log out and sign at the back of the Adobe Creative Cloud Application and then, try to use Photoshop or Lightroom.

I bought the subscription for pro, but funtionalties complete DC when even not avialable such as EDIT PDF - guard, bringing to "learn more".
Player tries to tell you - but not very clear - that Acrobat is a different application. You paid for it, but you must download, install, and use instead of drive.
