  I tried to install the Acrobat pro XI. But after installation when I tried to launch the application it gave me an error that there is problem with the configuration and should I uninstall and then reinstall the application. I tried that at least 4 times but did not work. I tried to download the new configuration and then tried again and it still doesn't work. Need help.

• Keep getting a memory could not be written error with Acrobat Pro XI

  Hello

  Below is the error I keep seeing on my windows 7 Adobe Acrobat Pro XI enforcement machine. It happens with any PDF that I opened and when it pops up it force closes xi pro adobe acrobat and does not allow me to save all data before it happens. In general, it gives me 20 seconds before it closes so if I am fast enough I could save it, but it does every 5 minutes or more.

  

  Things I've tried...

  1 tried to use the cleaning of adobe tool to uninstall acrobat adobe pro xi completely from the computer, rebooted, reinstalled (same error at the same place)

  2. tried using forefront endpoint protection for not full system scan (what we use in our company) - no viruses (same error at the same place)

  3 tried to delete the user profile that has the question on our machine of the company, the addition of a new blank profile with acrobat (same error at the same place)

  4. I tried to reinstall windows (wipe everything) and reinstall acrobat (same error at the same place)

  5 tried to run memtest for my RAM and RAM integrated test tool, no error on RAM (same error even location)

  6. replace the RAM and motherboard in case there was a problem of memory onboard (same error even location)

  7. now, I gave the user a ready computer, same configuration and it works fine. No other program gives this error, but Adobe Acrobat Pro XI, and now I have a second user with a new laptop Dell get this error at the same place.

  We have a lot of users on the site using Acrobat if it was only 2 of a possible 3 k users having this same exact error, so don't know why it does on 2 completely different computer types. Any suggestions would be most useful at that time I tried registry fixes, changes to "memory could not be read error" but that does not help that I found on this forum.

  If you have tried different browsers and different computers already the only reason why I could think is questions from the internet.

  You experience intermittent network problems?

  Try to download the file from another network and check.

• Installation and configuration with XI Acrobat pro problem

  I downloaded the Acrobat Pro XI test program, with no error message. When I clisk on "setup.exe" error message is displayed, see screenshot:

  "This patch package could not be opened. "Verify that the hotfix package hit and you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a hotfix Windose valid installer package."

  

  How can I get the installer to start?

  Sorry to post bad newspapers. Having a problem with the msi logging. Follow-up of the KB314852 (a second time). In my view, set logging works.  Question aside about msi logging, KB314852 and assistance by using Group Policy. Step 3 k gives a path to "Windows Installer". When I followed the path, there is no "Windows Installer" item not listed and I could not find a way to display the item to "install Windows".  Suggestions?

  Again, here is 2 links to msi files. I think they call the AcroPro.msi. but theMSI828b3.LOG was the only one that I could find which contain the word 'Acro '.

• Help with installation error 1335 - Acrobat Pro XI

  This weekend I tried to install a copy purchased Acrobat Pro XI to a computer running Windows XP SP3. Whenever I received the error "Error 1335 Data1.cab file is corrupt... ». This has happened 3 times, including with software anti-virus and firewall disabled. This morning, however, the same drive installed on a computer that is running Windows 7. Is it possible to bypass this error on the XP machine (we bought the store Univ. of Oklahoma IT additional licenses)?

  I have Adobe Acrobat Pro installed 8.1.5. When I try to download 8.1.6 I get the following message is displayed.

  The path has failed, because enforcement has been altered since it was originally installed. Go to the Adobe support for more information on how to reactivate disable them components before installing the patch. Or you can uninstall and reinstall the app.

  I would rather not uninstall and reinstall if I can help it. Could someone tell me please how to look for components that have been disabled. I'd be happy to reactivate if I know where they are.

• Acrobat Pro to 8.2.4 update now it will not organize.

  I just updated my Acrobat 8 Pro 8.2.4 and I get an error message that says:

  "What adobe acrobat 8 Professional cannot be launched at this time. You must run at least another component of the suite... "

  I'm on a Mac Pro Quad-Core Intel Xeon running OS 10.6.4.  I use Adobe Creative Suite 3 Design Premium, which is enabled for the computer I use.

  I never had this problem by updating Acrobat before. What does it mean by "you must run at least one other component of the suite... » ? I opened Photoshop CS3 but that does not solve it.

  What is the solution? How can I get Acrobat Pro to work?

  I wish I had noticed the detail that this update was only for

  v10.4.11 - 10.5.5. Too, I am running 10.5.8 and had this problem. My challenge was not to use Time Machine to replace the Acrobat program only. Not the file, not in the prefs, not another thing. I restored a version prior update to Acrobat 8.2.3 and when Time Machine was asked that if I wanted to replace the original or to keep the two, I said, keep both. Then, I opened the restored 8.2.3 version a few times, checking most fuctionalities. I then trashed the (original) version Acrobat FEATURES as Time Machine created, checked the 8.2.3 a few times and then emptied recycle bin. So far, everything works again.

  I recently updated my Mac to Yosemite (version 10.10.1 B 14, 25), and now my Acrobat Pro hangs (version XI 11.0.10). The steps to recreate are fairly simple:
  1. launch Acrobat Pro

  2 go to downloads on the dock and select a recent pdf download

  3 command-F to search for the document

  4 search word entry, click Next

  5 open another pdf file using step 2

  acrobat 6 accidents

  I tried to paste the info from crash console here but it wouldn't post my request?

  Could you please try the following steps and let me know if this worked for you:

  Delete all the files in the following folders:

  [Home] / Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLStore

  [Home] / Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLCache

  And delete all of the following except cache.db file

  [Home] / Library/Application Support/Adobe/AdobePCD

  Now, launch Acrobat, and try to activate and check.
