Pen tool sometimes does not detect path under cursor for adding a new point
Hi people...
I just create a path with the pen (arrow) tool, but I found when I select a path, select the pen tool and move the mouse on the path to add a point, but the pen tool does not detect the underlying path, and the cursor does not change the pointer with the sign «+» If I click, it will start a new path.
Curiously, in the same example, the tool pen tool changes to the anchor Point tool to remove if I hover over an anchor point on the same path I did not have the Add anchor point tool.
Even more strangely, if I draw an ellipse or draw a path with the pencil tool, select it, select the pen tool, I DO get the Add option anchor when mouseovering path.
Is this a known problem, or am I missing something?
See you soon!

Tecra Z50-A-11V: new SSD but earn 8.1 does not detect
We bought a M550 Crucial 256 GB drive and you want to replace in a Toshiba Tecra Z50 - Av1
We don't want to make any transfer of data or cloned.
We want to do a clean install with Windows 8.1
The BIOS recognizes the SSDBut when you install Windows 8.1 doesn't detect any disk connected to the device and asked additional drivers. Windows does not detect the drive

and with toshiba package
http://support.Toshiba.com/support/viewContentDetail?ContentId=4004211
You can see that I have the version 3.20 BIOS. Interestingly, I see that the last one is the Toshiba has released version 3.1But still the CRUCIAL drive is not recognized by the instalation of windows startup
The problem is similar with ubunto, kubuntu,... the drive is detected by the BIOS, but not for the OS.
any help?
Thank youHello
You solved this problem?
Could you install system 8.1 Windows on this SSD drive?I think that the installation of additional drivers during the setting procedure isn't necessary since Win 8.1 should already contain pilots essential.
From my point of view of the few, there could be a compatibility issue (maybe the SSD firmware update could solve that problem). What another SSD disk usage? You have the same problem with other SSDS from other manufacturers?
Your comments would be appreciated.

Wireless card not working after a clean install of Windows Vista
I did a clean install of Windows Vista Home Premium on my HP Pavilion of 32 bits. I've completely updated Windows via Service Pack 2. Given that the clean install, my wireless card, Intel (r) Wireless WiFi Link 4965AGN, was not able to detect all the networks. The Wifi card is listed under NICs as being installed and activated. the hardware on my laptop Wifi switch is set on "on" and the light is blue, indicating that the card is working.
I can connect to the internet if I connect physically my computer to the modem with an ethernet cable wireless, so the modem isn't the problem. Other computers can connect to the wireless modem, so my Wifi modem functionality is not the problem. The problem with my computer.
I tried to uninstall the Intel driver and reboot my computer with the generic driver. Install the driver generic, but my wireless card has not always worked. I then ran an update of windows, nothing helps.
I tried to install the "Intel® PRO /? Wireless and WiFi Link"drivers for Windows Vista (32-bit 13.1.1.1 the latest version and the previous version 12.4.4.5 32-bit) for the Intel® Wireless WiFi Link 4965AGN directly from the Intel Web site at http://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProductFamily=Wireless+Networking&ProductLine=Intel%C2%AE+WiFi+Products&ProductProduct=Intel%C2%AE+Wireless+WiFi+Link+4965AGN. The map didn't always work with a driver.
In addition to the pilots, I also downloaded a tool of diagnosis of Intel (Intel® PROSet /?) Utility of WiFi wireless connection for Windows Vista 32 -? Bit). Said diagnostic tool the WiFi card is not installed or enabled, however, Device Manager maintains that he is also installed and active.
Is there a problem that causes Device Manager to say that all is well with the card, but does not map to realize that they diminish the radio signals? Everything's fine, diagnostic, it just does not detect networks around him. Help, please.

Reading TCP does not detect the network closed conncetion error (66)
Hi dear all,
Instead of LAN I use WIFI to connect PC and mobile. Read all communications and write operations are performing ok. But the only problem I am facing is that once I disconnect the network from a mobile phone connection my labview TCP read operation does not detect it and only timesout at the specified interval. Although for Bluetooth connection network if I disconnect mobile then BT read detects it as network conncetion closed in error by peer (66).
Can someone help me on this.
Thank you & best regards
Zdzislaw qureshi
Hi Zdzislaw,
The behavior you're seeing is expected for TCP as the device will timeout while it is looking for the connection close the connection. This Wikipedia article explains how TCP protocol works in relation to a handshaking procedure four lanes running in order to close a TCP connection. I hope this helps!

VM does not detect the network drivers
I am in need of VMWare and have installed a Windows 7 VM but it does not detect the drivers for the network. What drivers I need to give it, it of the network drivers for the host machine or is this something specific to VMWare?
Thank you

Settings edit-> Options tab, you can change the guest operating system type. Check if Windows 7 is available. If this is not the case, try WIndows 2008 or vista.
