  It might be a simple question, but I still have to learn more to the line of cut on my z10. When sending a txt the only option is to send which sends the txt. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

  The line break (return), key is not an option at this point in the text messages, BBM Messages. But they are an option on the e-mail and other applications.  I hope in the future, the operating system upgrade should understand that.  Many people have asked for this.

  For the past 2 years, I Z10, just a few months back, my Z10 mic stop working.  No matter how I used it, be it on speaker or via headphones, the other party can not hear my voice.  Even I tried with Bluetooth problem presist.

  Long story short, I have just gived upward and the purchased Blackberry break, however, I discovered that it is not as good as my Z10.

  In any case one has no solution?

  My wife has changed year last BB Torch to bb Z10, Dataplan even a digital CAMERA.

  Now Vodafone sent us a bill for using the Internet on my Z30 without a Dataplan propper. Business support told me that my Z30 cannot use the old Dataplan because of its new OS and it is not possible to change the APN on my bb. But it has not received an invoice for Datausage on bb my wife Z10.

  After searching the forums, it seems to my, it is the decision of vodafone, if it is possible or not.

  Someone can check this or is it true, the z30 bb cannot use the old e-mail-Dataplan vodafone?

  I can confirm that the BlackBerry OS data plans are not compatible with BlackBerry 10 devices.

  When you upgraded to BlackBerry 10 you would have needed to update your data plan as well, to avoid possible charges. I wonder if your wife data plan was changed when she was on the Z10?

  Sounds of the battery is exhausted and doesn't have enough power to start. Or you use a functional or bad battery. To determine, try steps below:

  Connect to original charger for an hour. After an hour, remove the battery and keep it for 20 minutes. Then reinsert and check if the phone will reboot. If still fail, repeat the steps, but cool for 2 hours. You can also connect to the computer via the USB cable for 30 minutes to an hour in order to have fresh enough to start a wall charger can now be used to completely load the smartphone.

  If you try above steps several times but the phone is still unable to power on, then you can think the battery is bad and simply replace the battery with a new and good.

• BlackBerry 10 functions and features can not turn off my Blackberry Protect z10 after changing the password ID.

  My wife's phone was last updated the operating system more recent 10.3.2.   I recently changed my Blackberry on the Z10 account, and I proceeded to do a security wipe. After that, the connection to the computer icon was displayed on the phone. So, I looked on the internet for a solution and kept the same finding: KB33480.

  So, I went with the steps, starting with the Blackberry link approach. Having said I reset the phone, he would have check for updates and tell me that:
  "There is no available BlackBerry Device Software updates."

  Hey everybody. I got my Z10 work after 11 grueling hours trying to fix it. The key to implementation is to make sure that you have installed INTERNET EXPLORER 9 . Other iterations are not guaranteed, and they never worked for me once. I found a computer in my home that I was able to install IE9 on cleanly, then ran workaround. He worked at the beautfully. I'm now enjoying my Z10 a lot.
