• CC bridge not opening

  I would appreciate help with this question. I've invested 5 hours with support without result.

  Recently, I'm subscribed to Photoshop CC and after downloading apps for PS, LR and bridge several times bridge CC does not open, nor of the PS or by clicking on the icons or menu programs.

  CS5 has been uninstalled from my computer, to the best of my ability.

  Computer Windows 7. I downloaded BR CC for a laptop that had no editing programs and it worked fine.

  After more than five hours on the phone with Adobe supports, the other much googling and experiment, turns out the bridge CC 64-bit is not compatible with my Windows 7 program. I went into the properties of the program and checked him run this program in compatibility mode for Windows 7 and voila, it worked.

• I can't install or uninstall Adobe program because I get a message error Adobe Bridge is open. As far as I can see that it is not.

  I'm trying to install Adobe photoshop CS5 trial. I already have a version less on my computer.

  I get an error message that Adobe Bridge is open, that I do not see that it is! I turned my computer off several times.
  I can't uninstall the program from Adobe for the same reason, because the bridge is opened.
  Can someone help me to close the bridge please?

  Adobe Bridge usually starts up with the system, you will need to first disable all start programs, then attempt installation again:

  1. click on start, type msconfig in the search box and press ENTER.
  User account control permission
  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on continue.
  2. in the general tab, click Selective startup.
  3. under Selective startup, clear the check box load startup items.
  4. click on the Services tab, select the hide all Microsoft Services check box, and then click Disable all.
  5. click on OK.
  6. When you are prompted, click on restart.
  7. after the computer starts, check if the problem is resolved.

  I think that you must use the Adobe Cleaner tool to remove all the files associated with bridge CC, restart your machine and reinstall from creative cloud desktop application.

• Bridge does not open after windows anniversary 10 update yesterday

  Hello

  I upgraded windows 10 anniversary update yesterday.

  Bridge was then updated by Creative Cloud app.

  Since then, bridge cc will not open on the icon in the start menu and the icon pinned to the taskbar.

  I get the following error message:

  Adobe Bridge: Bridge.ex - bad Image

  C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\\igdumdim64.dll is not designed to work

  on Windows or it contains an error. Try to reinstall the program

  using the original installation media or contact your system

  administrator or support software provider. The error status

  0xc000012f.

  When I close this message Bridge opens!

  Strangely, it opens correctly & properly if I open cloud creative app directly

  I have disconnected & back creative cloud but it made no difference.

  Any ideas what to do?

  We addressed some crash bridge issues experienced on the launch of the application. Please try the new version and are looking for the crash problems you encountered.

  If you are not able to locate the bridge (CC 2015) on the creative cloud application, you must update the creative cloud application.

  If you use Bridge CC, update to the latest version 6.2. Adobe Bridge CC 6.2 version now available! Adobe content corner

  1. Please, do a right-click on the bridge on the desktop icon and select "Run as Administrator".
  2. If this does not help, reset the Bridge preferences and then try it.

  Steps: -.

  Start Adobe Bridge, and immediately press Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or command + Option + shift (Mac OS down) until the dialogue box reset settings appears.

  Select all three options - reset preferences, reset Standard Workspaces and all miniature Purge Cache - and then click OK.

  This camera required Camera raw 9.2 or higher (see supported by Adobe Camera Raw devices )

  You need to convert raw files to DNG, then you could treat in Bridge/Photoshop.Refer using Photoshop | Digital negative converter Adobe 9.x

  I have a Mac 10.9.5, and for some reason, my Adobe Bridge CC does not open on my computer. I uninstalled and reinstalled using the creative cloud and still nothing. When I click the icon on the launchpad he jumps up and down (like the apps on a mac), then disappears as I had not yet clicked on it in the first place. Before that, maybe a few weeks back, bridge had asked if I would like to purge the cache, so I didn't. He then worked as it should be for about a week, and then it just won't open. I'm not all his studies at the technical level and don't know what to do about this. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you

• Photoshop cc 2015. Photomerge does not open Pentax PEF files in Bridge or Photoshop.

  I use a Mac Pro with El Capitan. It wasn't a problem for me until the last update of photoshop. Pentax PEF files does not open Photoshop CC 2015, Photomerge. I tried to open Raw Pentax PEF files to my 645Z in bridge-tools-photomerge both file-automate-photomerge in photoshop. Neither the program recognizes the Raw PEF file. Instead, I get this message that Photomerge is in need of at least two selected files. The files the other cameras RAW always opens in photomerge.

  Curiously, the Pentax PEF Raw files open in Adobe Raw Converter and open molten at panorama in Adobe's Raw Converter.

  I uninstalled creative cloud including my preferences and reinstalled creative cloud with photoshop and bridge. I have reset the bridge preferences.  I checked under the bridge, Healt folder as photoshop cc is selected for the Raw of Pentax PEF file. None of these actions corrected the problem.

  A solution would be much appreciated.

  Well I finally understood why photomerge did not work on my PEF files. Through a process of elimination, I narrowed the issue down, not a problem in photoshop or bridge, but the way I scored a record believe it or not. When I created and marked a record of a recent meeting of nipples raw files, I added a slash between the digits of the date as this 09/11/15. Once I removed the slashes that everything was back to normal photomerge was able to recognize raw PEF files in this folder.

  For some reason, the slash prevented photomerge to recognize raw files in this folder. Yet these same files could still be addressed to panorama of in camera raw. Go figure.

  I searched for the answer to this problem without success it's just by chance and a lot of reading that made me try to rename the folder up and down. I hope that this solution will help other people who may come across this problem in the future.

• Sony RX100mk4 RAW is not opening in Bridge

  I try to open RAW of Sony RX100m4 files in bridge to have an error that says "Camera Raw can not open these files. He wants to update me camera raw, but I use the latest version already 9.1.0.411. I use Mac OSX 10.10.4 (Yosemite). I even ran the update from adobe and it tells me that all applications are up-to-date. I know it is a new camera, but why am I get errors when you try to view the raw files? I had no problem with the RX100m3.

  This camera is not yet supported by Camera Raw, but should be soon. Don't know exactly when, but soon.

  CS6 current versions are perpetual Mac version 10.0.6 version 13.0.1.3 Windows and Mac and Windows version 13.1.2 subscription.  The current version of ACR for CS6 is ACR 9.0 latest ACR has however are not active in any version of CS6.  Brand new available in CS6 camera support.    If you can not CS6 update to the current version of your system you need to fix this problem.
