BroadWorks call before synchronization on SPA50X

We have activated Sync feature broadworks and have noticed a strange behavior.  Characteristic synchronizations of DND, the CF and CF No Answer.  The problem seems to be the timer CFNA phone cisco on the phone is in seconds and the Broadsoft timer is how many rings.

A user will activate CFNA on their phone and set it to 20 seconds, they then turn off CFNA and the the broadworks consider 20 rings, then the caller hangs up before it hits their voicemail.

Has anyone else seen this and y at - it a solution?

Thank you

  • Call before all with phone linksys not updated of CUCM online.

    Hello

    We have CUCM 9.1.2 and there is mixture of phones Cisco and linksys.

    When I come to call on the Cisco IP phone, number CFA is updated on line phone CUCM configuration.

    But when I do call before all on Linksys SPA942/SPA962 phones, number CFA is not enforced CUCM phone line configuration up-to-date.

    A feedback?

    Rgds

    Rajesh Kumar

    I can't find documentation to prove this, but I believe that it will not work as you wish. The mechanism that the use of phones IP Cisco to communicate information to the CFA is an owner for the SIP extension, which is blocked on the third-party SIP devices. In other words, RFC3261 does not provide a mechanism to do this. Most likely, the way in which the phone deals with CFA is issuing a REFER message when it receives the INVITATION of CUCM. The easiest way is to be sure of all just take a capture of the two packages the user to CFA and an incoming call while it is on. If she actually uses SEE, you must set the component search space the rerouting on the device in CUCM in a CSS which includes some CFA should be allowed to reach destinations.

  • TC7 SX20 manually select the Protocol to call before dialing the remote

    Hi, I found that after upgrading my sx20 to TC7.1.1, I couldn't select protocol to call before dialing. If I select recent calls, there is an option called "edit before call", however, when I click on it with remote control, it simply allows for me to change the composition of number but not allow me to choose which protocol to use. I can select protocol to call before dialing on the web interface. How can I choose the Protocol to call during a call with the remote control? Thank you

    Hmm, you're absolutely right, never noticed this before us does not normally use the remote control to call connections. Anyway, been playing with it for a while this morning and not, the memorandum of appeal cannot be specified or changed, only the rate of appeal using the tab at the bottom of the screen. (It's using TC7.2.1).

    Guess the system configuration to use 'Auto' as the default calling Protocol and let the system decide what to use will be your best option.

    Otherwise, you will need to create entries in the local directory through the web gui and specify the protocols etc it.

    Suggest you to contact your local Cisco representative and submit a feature request to make this option available.

  • The ADF workflow initializer is called before after the settings?

    My workflow has several parameters, some of which are optional.
    It is not clear in what order are called methods set for parameters, nor is it appears from the documentation that the initializer for a workflow is called before or after the set methods for parameters of the workflow are called.
    I want to call a method, once all parameters have been set. I can do this with the initializer?

    They must be defined at the same time that the initializer is called. Oracle guarantees not the order in which they are defined and customer should not count on that. If you are interested in looking under the hood some more watch this blog post:'t-fit-all.blogspot.com.au/2010/10/jdev-programmatically-capturing-task.html http://one-size-doesn

    If your end goal is to call a method once the parameters are defined, simply include a call to the method as a default activity in your workflow. It is usually my preference when I don't want to make the programmer next abreast of all treatments applicable to the main object of the workflow. The previous link is the exception, as it was written for purposes of logging, and my preference is not to clutter the workflow with logging code.

  • call before jsf fragment bean method

    Hello

    I have a task flow that call first.jsff (jsf fragment), in first.jsff there is a next button, clicking on which he goes to the other jsff.

    1. for first.jsff, I created a bean called FirstBean.java in pageFlowScope
    2. for second.jsff, I created an another bean SecondBean.java in pageFlowScope.

    Using the task flow intializer I can put my custom intializeFirst() method to be called before first.jsff gets made, but I need to call some method secondIntialize() before second.jsff (second.jsff is rendered when we click the button following first.jsff)

    one way to do initialization in the constructor of secondBean.java but I need I have my custom method call which is the best possible way?

    You can use a method call activity in your workflow.

  • called before loading info

    Hey there all you Flash AS3 masters, got a question I am hopeing you can all help me solve.

    In my document class, I have the following.

    var mainBoards:LoadXMLData = new LoadXMLData ("Main_boards.xml");

    var test: XML = mainBoards.getXMLData;

    In the LoadXMLData class, I have an event listener and a Get accessor that returns XML data.

    _urlLoader.addEventListener (Event.COMPLETE, onDataLoaded);

    _urlLoader.load (new URLRequest (file));

    and

    public function get getXMLData (): XML

              {

    return _xmlData;

              }

    It seems that the get accessor (var test: XML = mainBoards.getXMLData ;) in the document class are called before the COMPLETE event in the LoadXMLData class is finished and method of onDataLoaded, thus showing the test property in the document as a null class when I draw...)

    I tried a while loop, but it seems to just crash flash.

    var mainBoards:LoadXMLData = new LoadXMLData ("Main_boards.xml");

    while(mainBoards.getXMLData == null)

                   {

    trace ("data xml not loaded");

                   }

    var test: XML = mainBoards.getXMLData;

    trace ("test proparty" + test);

    is there a better way to wait until data from the XML file are loaded into the LoadXMLData object before the mainBoards.getXMLData is assigned to the test variable in my document class?

    Thank you.

    use:

    in your onDataLoaded() function, add:

    dispatchEvent (new Event ("xmldataLoaded"));

    var mainBoards:LoadXMLData = new LoadXMLData ("Main_boards.xml");

    mainBoards.addEventListener ("xmldataLoaded", getF);

    function getF(e:Event):void {}
    ensure that mothers are not local to a function

    var test: XML = mainBoards.getXMLData;

    trace ("test proparty" + test);

    }

  • The PL/SQL call before validation

    Hello

    JDev 11.1.2.4

    I have an EO/VO. I created a few lines, and then I need to commit the changes. The problem is that I have to call a PL/SQL 'after' the line is inserted, but before POSTING.

    In SQL, it would be:

    Several INSERT statement transformed into doDML of the EO

    Call the PL/SQL

    validation of DBTransactionImpl

    Where should I place the call to the PL/SQL?

    Thank you

    For your use case, you can call DBTransaction.postChanges (), and then call your PLSQL code and then call DBTransaction.commit () (or simply call Commit liaison)

    Just make sure that you do it in a "demand".

    BTW, beforeCommit isn't good place for it and same end, not only because of its 'global' behavior, but also because this method is called in some cases, even if you do not call commit.

  • Strange problem with call manager and call before all

    Not sure whether this post about unity for or CCM. I will post on both. I have a main number customers dial in. When they call this number and they do not get a response, it passes to a call handler. This call handler has an option of entry of the appellant 3. If they hit option is three transfers to an IP phone on Call Manager who is assigned to the CFA for this cell phone to people. Everything works except when the call is sent to the PSTN it sounds for time and then disconnects. This number can be called directly from the system with no problem. The cause of the disconnection on debugging is the following: because I = 0x80FF - error of interconnection of networks; not specified. Please help if you can.

    I assume you are using version transfers here. You can give it a whirl with supervised transfers?

  • ADF: Calling an AMImpl method before the launch of an adf:PopUp

    Hello

    I have an InputText, on doubleClick in the InputText I run an adf:Popup. for which I use component adf:ClientListener.
    I also have a requirement that, before the launch of this Adf:PopUp, I want to call a method of AMImpl. No idea how can I achieve this?

    Can I use a component more clientListener under same inputText?

    Thank you

    For the mentioned usecase, you can use the Fetch of Popup listener method, it is called before the loading of the pop-up window:

    Sample:

    Bean:

    {} public void popupFetchListener (PopupFetchEvent popupFetchEvent)
    Add the code in the event here...

  • Customized online device synchronization

    Hello

    In one of our projects, we must pay special attention to synchronization. There are several custom devices (CD) that need to work together in a deterministic way. The question is: is at - it a way to ensure that the order of execution of the part online of these devices in the PCL, or at least to predict? (In particular PCL a cycle I want to be sure CD1 is called before CD2).

    Thx for the answer

    Is there a way to control the order of execution of devices customized model inline, but not in line of custom hardware devices. It's a little cryptic to say the least.

    To set the execution order, simply add the following property to your custom device node main:

    Property name: nivs. {8f8f48dc-2a8c-4a7c-98b5-164e566940d6}

    Data type: U16

    Value: 0-255

    Use only the values between 0 and 255. Run a smaller number first. If there is a tie, then the first device added to the definition of system will initially. The assignment of priority by default if this property is not set amounts to 127.

  • A / V stream out of synchronization with when playing audio on SourceDataLine

    Hello

    I get a video and an audio stream via RTP and try to play synchronized (audio synchronized with the movement of the lips).
    I use a DataSourceReader to read from a data source and play on a SourceDataLine JavaSound. It works pretty well, but unfortunately the sound is played with a delay of about 1 second.

    else if (evt instanceof NewReceiveStreamEvent) {
         try {
              stream = ((NewReceiveStreamEvent)evt).getReceiveStream();
              DataSource ds = stream.getDataSource();
              Format format = null;

              // Find out the formats.
              RTPControl ctl = (RTPControl)ds.getControl("javax.media.rtp.RTPControl");
              if (ctl != null) {
                   format = ctl.getFormat();
                   log.info("Received new RTP stream: " + format);
              }
              else
                   log.info("Received new RTP stream");

              if (format != null && format instanceof VideoFormat) {
                   Player video = javax.media.Manager.createRealizedPlayer(ds);
                   video.start();
                   this.video_player = video;
              }
              else if (format != null && format instanceof AudioFormat) {
                   JavaSoundDataSourceReader dsr = new JavaSoundDataSourceReader();
                   Player audio = dsr.open(ds);
                   audio.start();
                   this.audio_player = audio;
              }
    I already tried to synchronize with
    videoPlayer.addController(audio_player);
    audio_player.start();
    but it is throwing an Exception:
    javax.media.IncompatibleTimeBaseException

         at com.sun.media.BasicPlayer.addController(BasicPlayer.java:1043)
         at VideoPlayback.update(VideoPlayback.java:281)
    Line 281 of VidePlayback.java is "videoPlayer.addController (audio_player); line.

    My guess is that it should rather use RawSyncBufferMux instead of RawBufferMux, but I don't know how to change it. Maybe directly as a processor option?
    Please help because I have no idea how to improve it.

    Chummer wrote:
    It should also be synchronized with video :-)

    The problem with the sync is that Javasound & your soundcard has implemented in memory buffer internal, so there is some delay between writing for them and the sound come out...

    Normally, JMF manages it inside somehow aligning things at a time base, which can be synchronized and allowing processors fill their internal buffers advance during the read-ahead that all it takes to play together may have an instant start-up time. As he goes along, probably adjustments that things get out of sync.

    My best advice to you would be to implement your Javasound stuff inside a rendering class, instead of a DataSink class. DataSinks are designed to take data and write faster they can... then the converters are given at intervals 'real time' and are designed to be played.

    During the implementation of your converter class, JMF must manage synchronization for you. IE, it will give you data as it should be played by calling the function to process, so you need to just write the data in your TDL, as it comes. I believe that the 'process' can be called before 'Start' to allow you to prebuffer some information, but you will need to test this, as I've never actually tried it.
