  It's just a guess, but it sounds like a problem with encoding.

  You should encode them the query string part before concating it to the URL.

  First check this page from catalog and do not forget that your country is on the list of countries supported that supports BBM7 http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/3729/?lang=en .

  If you are able to see your country in the supported list, then you can try again, for this first uninstall or delete any existing verson of BlackBerry Messenger. On your home screen, go to Options > device > application management > delete BlackBerry Messenger from this list.

  If you want to use as Web browser, BlackBerry apps, BBM and email, need you a specific BlackBerry data Plan / BIS your provider (I do not know if your carrier 48 BIS supports, you need to ask).   The solution is the following:

  (1) change us html so that it will contain no image resources.

  (2) for each image resources, we create something like

  or any other appropriate HTML element. Here, we will retain certain information that will help us identify how and where we need to charge, a kind of identity.

  (3) first load us the HTML page in the application. It should load without any problems.

  (4) then call us the JavaScript function that will replace our

  items with images using the timer. It is possible with BrowserField2.invokeScript (). When the script will replace an HTML element with element, which could cause some resources load (I mean handleResourceRequest), so you should run with it.

  I tested this solution in my application and crash problems have been solved even when we have a lot of images on the web page stored locally in the device memory or on the SD card.

  We do this as a preventive measure against phishing attempts. For example: a phishing site has a url "en.facebook.com.asdlfkslkfsdf.phishing.com", we used the original method could potentially cut the url to a point where only "en.facebook.com" is displayed to the user. With the new method, it would display "phishing.com".

  HI, I got my new "BOLD" today and unfortunately I already have problems with it.

• Problems of smartphone browser blackBerry (white block at the bottom of the screen)

  Recently, I was unable to properly use the internet on my BlackBerry Curve. More than a quarter of the screen down when I go the internet is white so I can't scroll down, so it is unusable. If I search something like a restaurant or something on Google for example, the first restaurant appear in the list, but because of the white block and not scroll bar I cannot watch something else.   Please clear your browsing data, open the browser, press menu > Option > clear browsing data. After that perform a battery pull reboot remove battery while camera powered ON wait a minimum then reinst rear. Then see if the problem resolves.

YOU TUBE, FB and TWITTER.com all use my carrier netwrok to open bt soon I open BBC.com or CNN or any other site the wifi symbol appears on the right side and so it uses the wifi network... and disappears when I opened THE 3 SITES you tube FB n twitter.

  My knowledge is that when you activate THE wifi network, the WEB browser is intended to USE the wireless internet, NOT the internet carrier

  The next time I switchd off the the carrier signal, and then Turned ON one internet WI - FI and then opened the web browser of BB. so now all the opend website with wifi internet bt as soon as I open YOU TUBE or FB or TWITTER.com it post a comment... .that cannot visit the web page when the carrier is off. Please turn on the radio n try again... I mean IT SHOULD OPEN with internet wifi? WHY do network carrier sim to open the web page?

  Go to your service books and remove directories of service WAP browser in all directories of service WAP 3 I don't know the exact name, but all are related to the browser... WAP config something like dat... Just remove dem... .and HARD restart your fone... and try to use only wifi on your device with your carrier network off...

  mine worked... Let me know on urs... so now, the browser uses my wifi instead of my network provider when both are running...

• Browser blackBerry Smartphones has cuts/white blanks?

  My Torch 9800 is three months old now, and last week, the browser started to act weird. In any website I'll twitter, yahoo homepage or tumblr, there's always the whitespace or cuts that doesn't let me see the whole page. Is not that a Cup, I scroll down there will be white discounts every now and then.  It is not something bad internet connection either, I tried to test it located next to our router with full signal and always the page load like that.

  It is not a centre for Blackberry here in the Philippines and the closest is Hong Kong or Singapore. The telecom brand I got the phone to advised me to try to reset my phone back to the factory settings, while perhaps this glitch could clarify. I asked them if it was something that could be solved by putting up-to-date or is the result of accidentally change some options of the phone. In the end they told me back toward the top of my phone, it brings them so they could restore it to factory settings, bad comes to worse that he is still not back to normal, since it is still under warranty, they'll gladly give me a new.

  ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS? It has something to do with the update? lack of storage space? accidentally change browser options/settings?

  No data will be lost when you do the following: remove the battery while the device is activated.
  Remplacer replace after one minute, let the device reboot 1-3 min, see if the problem is corrected.
