Browser blackBerry Smartphones Find saved queries.

Hello!

I hope someone can help me.

I got this message:

"You are not currently in an area that can handle the communication of data.  Therefore, the browser can't retrieve all of the web pages.

Please try again when you are in a different location, or contact your service provider if the problem persists"

And he gave me 2 options: Ok and save the request.  I clicked on save request, but now, I tried to join the saved request and I can't.

Can someone help me, please?

You should find the saved request IN your file of main messages... have you looked there?

And of course, if the saved request has not been met, or returned to your, you won't see it in the message list.

Otherwise, open your Messages > press Menu > folders > Messages of Push browser.

Hello and welcome to the community!

With a strong carrier network (for example, not only WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message from your BB... Please wait just before moving on to the next step):

    1) register HRT

    • Please wait a 'registration' message reach your Messages application

    2) return Service books (pre-BB10 only devices)

    • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
    • Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

    3) restart

    • With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes.
    • See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

I hope that will move things again for you! If this isn't the case, then you should contact your mobile provider for formal support.

  • Button of browser blackBerry Smartphones No. on curve 9300?

Hi all, my original BB curve 9300 was stolen - son he has liked it so much I bought another one from an Internet auction site. All was well until my son has noticed there was no browser button. I rang vodafone who said that everything was fine with his contract. They helped me through the access remote and backed up, then tried to restore and update all nothing done. The only thing they think is that it is a business phone where a company buys a quantity of phones to give to employees, but they do not surf the net, so it is disabled. My question is, is that correct? Can do something to restore the navigation, or is it something else?

  • Browser blackBerry Smartphones has cuts/white blanks?

My Torch 9800 is three months old now, and last week, the browser started to act weird. In any website I'll twitter, yahoo homepage or tumblr, there's always the whitespace or cuts that doesn't let me see the whole page. Is not that a Cup, I scroll down there will be white discounts every now and then.  It is not something bad internet connection either, I tried to test it located next to our router with full signal and always the page load like that.

It is not a centre for Blackberry here in the Philippines and the closest is Hong Kong or Singapore. The telecom brand I got the phone to advised me to try to reset my phone back to the factory settings, while perhaps this glitch could clarify. I asked them if it was something that could be solved by putting up-to-date or is the result of accidentally change some options of the phone. In the end they told me back toward the top of my phone, it brings them so they could restore it to factory settings, bad comes to worse that he is still not back to normal, since it is still under warranty, they'll gladly give me a new.

ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS? It has something to do with the update? lack of storage space? accidentally change browser options/settings?

I hope that will move things again for you! If this isn't the case, then you need to get in touch with your service provider and insist that they honor the formal support that they are contractually required to provide you with. Do not let you fob before having 100% solved the situation. If they tell you to contact RIM, don't let them not on the hook, then either... insist that they tell you exactly how you should contact RIM. If they say anything OTHER that they will increase you rim (for example, if they tell you to independently seek the support of the RIM), and then accept it. Only through an escalation of your service provider can you receive all official support from RIM.

Looks like they have made significant changes to their network... and they must ensure that their paying customers will continue to receive the services that they pay.

    Good luck!

Ok.. I got it, so you bought a provider online for personal use, right?

If Yes, then may be the unit you have purchased already has some strategies active COMPUTER that aims to prevent these applications or features. To remove all political IT from that device to first make a backup of your Contacts, etc. using BlackBerry Desktop Software.

Once you have your backup refer to this Knowledge Base and reset your device to factory setting:

Reseting your device as it will remove these COMPUTER strategies, but more importantly after a reset while restoring your backup does everything restore, perform a selective restoration which may include Contacts, notes, calendar etc. entries. If you perform a complete restoration then these strategies COMPUTER may return and you will have to repeat the whole process.

And I'm just using this flashlight for a week now, I do not use the 9800 but a 9860

Ahhh... that makes a big difference indeed. 7.1 is available for the 9860, and you can look on what our friend Xandrex keeps up-to-date in a sticky on this forum:

It seems that he has had no time to update recently, but I know 100% that 7.1.0.342 exists for the 9860 since I use it now (I got Norwegian Telenor). To use your bundle of BONES of carriers, you can follow all the instructions provided. To use a package of different carriers OS, you download (from this official Portal I linked for you earlier), install on your PC, find and delete all copies of a file named PROVIDER. XML (there will be at least one, sometimes two, and you need to hunt deep into your PC system and hidden folders) and then run the Desktop software (assuming that it is already installed before the operating system package), and it will update your BB to some bundle of BONES that you have installed on your PC.

Of course, backups and others are a thing you need to do with this process.

    Good luck!

  • COOKIES in BROWSER blackBerry Smartphones

I just bought my first Blackberry.  It is a 9000 "BOLD" and so far I like it a lot.  I have two questions I would like to help with.

    ONE:

When I opened the browser and trying to connect to Yahoo! I always returned to the log on page.  It does not collect the cookie to connect.  I have reviewed all options and security settings, but can find no reason why it shouldn't work.  Can anyone offer a suggestion?  This question resolved, my second question is unimportant.

    TWO:

I would like to set up my personal e-mail account to PUSH.  The model I received only has 'I want TO USE a PROFESSIONAL WITH BLACKBERRY ENTERPRISE SERVER EMAIL ACCOUNT' option.  No other options.  How to change the settings to allow me to you sign up for a personal POP3 e-mail account.

I have no doubt that these issues easy to solve myself, but I've been owner of a BlackBerry for about 24 hours and I like to do things to work.

    Carl

You can configure your e-mail via the web page of your carrier, connect you to your account, go to install a new mail, BlackBerry and after a few seconds, you have the account on your device.

  • BlackBerry smartphones finding folders?

I deleted BB maps, I went to BB and downloaded again, now I can't find where the file went?  Have downloaded as a zip.  Any help where to look?

For BBMaps, you can install it directly from your BB browser by going to mobile.blackberry.com and navigate to the folder with the Setup file.

Otherwise, you will need to download the file to your PC and unzip the ZIP file as mentioned above. Then open Desktop Manager > Application Loader and 'find' the *.alx file that is on your PC for BBMaps.

  • Browser blackBerry Smartphones and other programs have gone

I made a backup with Desktop Manager, then I tried to upgrade the applications that I had installed on the device and I got a fatal error telling me that the process could not continue.

After that time, some applications on my 9500 aren't here anymore (browser, Facebook) and even with some old backups do they not appear.

What could I do? This phone gives me just problems, I can't wait to buy an iPhone.

Love the threats, lol. Very cute.

So look at the options > advanced > applications. Applications are?

If so, you have on the device, keep to search all folders and make sure that they are not hidden.

If not, try this (given that these two applications you mentioned require a services directory):

    1. options > advanced > host Routing Table > Menu > register.

2 send your service from your carrier's BIS site books.
    http://www.BlackBerryFAQ.com/index.php/Where_can_I_log_into_my_BIS_account%3F

    3. with the BlackBerry device powered time, remove battery for a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to restart

For your old backups, where they appear? You use Desktop Manager > Backup/Restore > advanced > on the left hand side choose file > open and position yourself where your backup IPD files.

Good luck. If you really want to help in this forum, please continue to ask. Ridiculous threats are displaced, we are all volunteers here, eager to help up to a point that you treat users here with the same respect that you expect of others. • Browser blackBerry Smartphones publishes the 9810

    Hello

for about four weeks, I have some problems with the default blackberry browser.

    hardware: Blackberry 9810

    OS: 7.1

    (1) most of the pages are displayed correctly when I first access to the address. When I try to open it again it often happens that it will not be displayed properly, but only a white screen is displayed. restart sometimes solves the problem, sometimes not. (similar problem appears if I open an email with web support)

    (2) often, particularly mobile pages do not work correctly. for example if I try to unfold the parts of the page or try to open a pull-down-menue, nothing happens.

I scanned the forum but not found a solution.

    Thank you for your support

It seems that the problem is solved, because he had been a side effect of the GPS off.

  • Browser blackBerry Smartphones not working anymore after 2 years

    Hello

I hope someone can help me with the following: after 2 years my internet browser no longer works on my BB curve 9300 (not via 3G, no WiFi). FB and Whatsapp still work.

Now my smartphone is only half of a smartphone, so I hope that your team of professionals will be albe to help me in no time.

Thanks a lot from the outset.

From what you describe, I can only deduct that the Service books never happened to your BB... and if you waited the hour and then restarted. And even then your services were not working.

Given this scenario, you next fall at what stage followed 3 in what I provided above... in touch with your mobile provider for formal support. Something went wrong turned into the connection between your device and your network of carriers... only they can watch their network to understand why this has happened and remedy.

It is true that, in many markets service BB/BIS costs indeed data plans more 'generic'... it's because there's infrastructure that the carriers and the BB must provide/support so that the exclusive services of BB to function. Non - BB devices don't use this infrastructure, and so in many markets the carriers can get away with paying more for it. But this price is set by carriers (not all markets have a surcharge for BB services... services of BB to sell at the same price as non - BB... it varies).

    Good luck!
