BSOD Fltmgr.sys, overclock, no .dmp files win7

Hello

I searched and read several threads that would solve these problems, but I might be too dumb to understand, what I'm supposed to do, so I ask for your help.

For a long time (over 4 years), I've known problems of occasional graphics drivers, where the driver just stopped working, but he always managed to restart what it itself, so I didn't bother from time to time.

Lately, but I got a lot of blue screens and failure to start my computer (it crashes at startup), and I don't know why, all of a sudden happens or if he could have mentioned something to do with the old graphic problem.

Blue screens, I had sometimes tell me something different:

-fltmgr.sys works not properly

-SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION.

-"a holding operation, attachment process, or yield was attempted to a DPC routine."

-PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

-IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Sometimes the word computer: "System has experienced failures starting due to the overclocking." And I don't know anything about overclocking or how to enable or disable.

I ran the test I could think. Test the RAM, disk hard test and whatnot, but it doesn't seem to help me, and above all my computer does not seem to make the dump files (the folder is empty) even though I made sure the settings has been correct (nucleus of 256 k, systemroot%/minidump %).

I feel lost on what to do, and I'm willing to try anything. I am now in safe mode in fear of a bsod. They appear generally within 5-20 minutes after the start.

I downloaded a few files I think could be useful in a folder in google reader:

https://drive.Google.com/open?ID=0ByCVGAbKrY3tcHR4aHF4ZUFsWm8

The info.txt system is in my own language (Danish), but I don't know how to make an English version.

I'm using Windows 7 Home Edition

Version 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Build 7601
Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. system producer.

Award BIOS-version/dato Software International, Inc. F1, 19/11/2009

Thank you for your help. I would like to know how to give you more information. Thank you.

Kind regards

Emil

Well the most recent crash was on iusb3xhc.sys again.  Completely remove you the last time?  The current driver is dated 2012 and I suspect that there is a newer driver.  You will need to check with Intel (the developer).

I am happy to continue to do that with you, but at some point, you can do a clean install of the operating system.  You can also contact Sibelius to see if there are updates, patches, etc.

I still don't know that it's JUST the music notation software, in fact if she is at all.

Very interesting journal. It seems that the pilot who seemed to be a rootkit is a false positive with a strange string. Or a rootkit is present, but we cannot detect. avastMBR crashing may be related to something else in all cases, however.

First of all, can you please uninstall Daemon Tools Lite + alcohol?

In addition, subsequently, c:\windows\system32\drivers\sptd.sys is listed and loaded into your list of modules; SCSI pass through Direct Host - Daemon Tools (BSOD known issues with Win 7 and 8). Please remove it as soon as POSSIBLE with the uninstall tool - http://www.duplexsecure.com/en/downloads

This DMP has been altered and of little use.  It does not specify what related material but not that little material.  If you have other DMP files download them.  Meanwhile, I'd start by running a CPU stress test.

Try this free stress test: http://www.mersenne.org/freesoft/

    Prime95 Setup program;
-Extract the contents of the zip file into a directory of your choice
    -Double-click on the executable file
    -Select "all stress testing.
-Select the test of 'Blend '.  If you have already run MemTest overnight, you can run the test of "Small FFFS" instead.
"Number of threads of torture test run" must equal the number of processors multiplied by 2 (if you use hyperthreading).
The best way to do this is to go to the Manager of the tasks of the figure... The performance tab - and see the number of boxes that appear under the CPU usage history
Then run the test of 6 to 24 hours - or until you get errors [b](whichever comes first)
The selection of Test and the file stress.txt box describes the components that insists on the program.

This is called a BCC124 and is linked to the material

    Stop 0 x 124 is a hardware error

If you are overclocking try to reset your settings to standard processor and see if that helps.

If you keep getting the BSOD here are things more than you may want.
This is usually hardware related, defective heat, memory or processor even if it is "possible" he is associated (rare) driver.

Stop 0 x 124 - what it means and what to try

    Synopsis:
A "stop 0 x 124" is fundamentally different from many other types of bluescreens because it arises from a complaint of material.
Stop 0 x 124 minidumps contain very little concrete information, and it is therefore necessary to address the problem as a case of material in an unknown state of distress.

    Generic troubleshooting ' Stop 0 x 124 ":

    1) to ensure that none of the hardware components are overclocked. Material which is pushed beyond its design specifications - by overclocking - may malfunction in unpredictable ways.
    (2) ensure that the machine is sufficiently cooled.
If there is doubt, open the side of the case (be aware of all the relevant conditions guaranteed!) PC and direct an electric fan squarely to the motherboard. Who will rule on most cooling problems (lack of).
    3) update all drivers related to materials: video, sound, RAID (if applicable), NIC... anything that interacts with a piece of hardware.
It is best to run the latest drivers anyway.
    (4) update the BIOS of your motherboard according to the manufacturer's instructions and clear CMOS.
Their website should provide detailed instructions on the brand and model-specific procedure.
    (5) rarely, bugs in the operating system may cause "false positives" 0 x 124 events where the hardware wasn't complaining, but Windows thought otherwise (because of the bug).
At the time of writing, Windows 7 does not have to suffer from a defect, but it is nevertheless important to keep Windows up-to-date.
    6) trying (stress) test these hardware components that can be put to the test artificially.
The most obvious examples are the RAM and HDD (s).
For the RAM, use the 3 rd-party memtest86 utility to run several hours a test value. (6-8 passes to stress the ram)
For hard drives, verify if CHKDSK /R finds any problems on (s), including "bad sectors".

Unreliable RAM, in particular, is mortal, as well as software, and anything other than a 100% clear memory test result is cause for concern. Unfortunately, even a 100% clear result the diagnostic utilities does not guarantee that the RAM is free of any defect - only that none have been encountered during the test passes.
    7) as the last of the non-invasive troubleshooting steps, perform a "Vanilla" install Windows re: just the OS itself without additional applications, games, utilities, updates, new drivers - or ANYTHING that does not come from the Windows 7 disc.
Who stops working mitigate the problem of the 0 x 124, jump to the next step.
If you run the "Vanilla" installation long enough to convince yourself that not a single 0 x 124 accident occurred, start installing applications and updates slowly, always stopping between successive additions long enough to get an idea of the question if the machine is still free of 0 x 124 breaks down.
Smash back, obviously the latest addition of software may be somehow connected to the root cause.
If the stop error 0 x 124 persist despite the above steps, and the equipment is under warranty, consider to go back and ask for a replacement that does not suffer periodic MCE events.
Be aware that want to perform the subsequent hardware troubleshooting steps can, in some cases, void your warranty:
    (8) clean and carefully remove the dust inside the machine.
Reinstall all memory modules and connectors.
Use a can of compressed air to clean the RAM DIMM supports as much as possible.
    (9) If all else fails, start removing items of hardware one by one in the hope that the culprit is something non-essential that can be eliminated.
Obviously, this type of testing is much easier if you have access to equivalent components in order to perform swaps.

If you are in the situation to have completed all the steps above without a resolution of the symptom, unfortunately the most likely reason is that the error message is literally correct - something is fundamentally wrong with the hardware of the machine.

    System_service_exception (3B)

This indicates that an exception happened during execution of a routine that passes from non-preferred to the privileged code code.

This error has been linked to the excessive use of expanded memory and resulting from user mode graphics drivers enjambment and passing data incorrect of the kernel code.

    PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (50)

This indicates that invalid system memory was referenced.

Bug control 0 x 50 usually occurs after the installation of a faulty hardware or installation failure of material (usually associated with defective RAM, either main memory, L2 RAM or RAM video cache).

Another common cause is a defective system service installation.

Antivirus software can also trigger this error, as can a corrupted NTFS volume.

    ---------------------

Run Memtest for NO LESS than ~ 8 going on (several hours):

    Memtest86 +:

    Download Memtest86 + here:

    http://www.memtest.org/

    Which should I download?

You can either download the ISO pre-built you want to burn to a CD and then boot from the CD, or you can download the automatic installer of the USB. What this will do is format your USB drive, make a boot device and then install the necessary files. Both do the same job, it's just you that you choose, or you have available (be it CD or USB).

Note that some older generation motherboards do not support USB boot, your only option is CD (or floppy if you really wanted to).

    How Memtest works:

Memtest86 writes a series of test patterns for most of the addresses of memory, reads the written data and compares it to find errors.

The default pass is 9 different tests, varying in the modes of access and test data. A tenth test, bland, is selectable in the menu. He wrote all the memory with zeros, then sleeps 90 minutes before checking to see if the bits have changed (perhaps because of refresh problems). This is repeated with all those for a total time of 3 hours by pass.

Many chipsets can report RAM speed and timings by SPD (Serial Presence Detect) or EPP (Enhanced Performance Profiles), and some even support changing the expected memory speed. If the expected memory speed is overclockee, Memtest86 can test that memory is free of error with these faster settings.

Some hardware is able to report the status of the "PAT" (PAT: active or PAT: disabled). This is a reference to the Intel performance acceleration technology; There may be the BIOS settings that affect this aspect of memory synchronization.

This information, if it is available for the program, can be displayed via a menu option.

Other questions, they can most likely be answered by reading this excellent guide here:

Associated with your ESET (not fltmgr.sys) I delete and replace by Microsoft Security Essentials at least to test.

You also need to update this driver.
    FNETURPX. SYS 03/10/2008 22:27:02

    http://download.ESET.com/Special/ESETUninstaller.exe

Should be run in safe mode.

    Read all about it here

    http://KB.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&ID=SOLN2289

    How to find drivers:
-Google search for the name of the driver
-compare Google results with what is installed on your system to determine on what device/program, it belongs to
-Visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware or program to get the latest drivers (do not use Windows Update or Device Manager Update Driver function).
s ' there is difficult to locate them, post back with questions, and someone will try and help you find the right program

  • BSOD "dxgmms1.sys" for the game World of Warcraft on Windows 7 Ultimate x 64

Recently, I made a new installation of Windows 7 (delete hard drives/formatting etc.) and installed WoW today with each update of windows, DirectX, c ++ etc. I played for about 4 hours and I got a BSOD. I looked at the dmp with BlueScreenView and it said that dxgmms1.sys was the problem. I don't know what it is or how to fix this so that any help would be appreciated. I have included my dmp file in a link mediafire HERE if someone wants / needs to have another look.

    Hello

The attached file of the DMP is to bug checking SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e) .

    1. remove and replace AVG with Microsoft Security Essentials for purposes of troubleshooting temporary, as it is probably cause conflicts:

    -AVG removal http://www.Avg.com/us-en/utilities

    MSE - http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows/Security-Essentials-download

2 in your list of drivers loaded, dtsoftbus01.sys figure who is the driver for Daemon Tools. Daemon Tools is a very popular cause of BSOD in 7/8 base systems. Please uninstall Daemon Tools. Alternative imaging programs are: MagicISO, Power ISO, etc.

    3. make sure you have the latest video card drivers. If you are already on the latest graphics card drivers, uninstall and install a version or a few versions behind the last to make sure this isn't a last number one driver. If you have already experienced with the driver of the card later and earlier versions, please try the driver beta for your card.

    Kind regards

  • Is it safe to delete the .dmp files in the program directory?

I found a big enough .dmp file in my Firefox installation directory:
    c:\Program Files (x 86) \Mozilla Firefox\core.20130617.XXXXXX.XXXXX.XXXX.dmp
It seems that the main file is labeled with a date stamp; the "X" are other digital numbers by hiding I am those out because I'm not sure they're relevant. Is it safe to remove this? Note that this file does not appear in topic: down.

Delete it and restart the computer, make sure that firefox is not open as windows usually makes those when you get BSOD.

    Hello

Apologize for the delayed response. It seems that this problem started after the installation of the Booster driver in the computer. These applications are known to cause damages instead of being useful to the computer. Did you uninstall the software from the computer? If this isn't the case, I suggest you uninstall the same and check if still have problems you.

See the following article to troubleshoot BSOD:

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-in/Windows7/resolving-stop-blue-screen-errors-in-Windows-7

Please make sure that your computer is virus-free by running a full scan using the Microsoft Safety Scanner. No doubt these files were created by viruses.

Note: The files infected by viruses will be deleted and so there is a chance of data loss.

Please be sure to download and install the latest drivers for your card display and Chipset graphics and motherboard from the manufacturer's website. Also check the updates of the firmware or the BIOS and install it as well.

    Come back for additional help.

    Hello

Landfills that you have uploaded tip to a bugcheck Code 116, which translates as VIDEO_TDR_ERROR. You can find some information on what this error in this article. It is a failure of the graphics driver's response when you try to perform a task.

In such a situation, it is generally suggested to update the Chipset and graphics card drivers to the latest versions of the manufacturer. You can also check if there is an update for your BIOS. You must contact your computer manufacturer/graphics card manufacturer to check these items.

Another important thing in this context is to check if the graphics card driver has been updated just before this problem started in the computer. In such a case, allows a the driver rollback to the previous version. However, in order to decide what would be best in this scenario, I suggest you to contact the manufacturer of graphics (Nvidia) first, and then with the manufacturer of the computer.

Don't answer if you need additional help on the issue, we will be happy to be of assistance.
