  Not a huge surprise here, but I tried to compile my app for Playbook in undulation. After following all the steps of downloading all the SDKs, get and save new keys, have all the files in place, etc.. Ripple can simply with:

  Without rhyme or reason. No way to detect what it is. Ripple is dangerously wrong sometimes. And the "Oh Snap!" part is terribly boring.

  I was able to build the application via command line (which requires you to make a zip file of everything manually... * sigh *).

  Anyone know how it is possible to debug?

  Assuming that the Tablet is the installation folder which includes bbwp and jre, you'll want your SDK path pointing there. Example:

  C:\BBWP\tablet

  For example, my Tablet SDK is installed in this folder that is used in my Path SDK:

  C:\Program Search SDK WebWorks Motion\BlackBerry to Tablet 2.2.0.5

  Note that I am assuming that your path refers to the folder that contains bbwp.exe, but you really want to make a folder of higher level.

  Other paths seems fine. Can you give than to try and confirm if you still have questions?

• Can we build two installers (each installs different .exe) in the Labview project?

  Since it has many common files between two test programs, I built two applications in a single project. Then I need to build two installers for applications accordingly. I'm having trouble to add the second request in the second installer when I specify the source files in the Installer properties. When I select this pack of applications according to the specifications of construction, I can't add it to the destination for the Installer folder. When I second request pack and destinatioin selected times record, the up arrow (to add files in the left pane to the right pane) turns into grey (not clickable). However, I found that, if I select the first pack of application according to the specifications of construction, the arrow turns direct. But I don't want to add to the first application for my second application installer.

  The problem I had was on the construction itself. I had not gone far enough to install it.

  After you remove the duplicate Installer and created a new one from scratch, everything worked as expected (from build for installation in the execution of the program).

  I'm using InDesign CS 5 and the creation of folio for iPad 2. My Folio builder was working fine until last week, but all of a sudden I see a change in the way it behaves. When I update the files in the Folio Builder, it adds all the files in the path of access (not only the links in the file), including source of PSD files and other related files that I have never used in InDesign, do folio file will increase in size. Can someone help me please how do I remedy this situation?

• Directory of different report for each subsequence

  My test sequence contains a number of subsequences, representing different tests, which can be run separately.

  When all the subsequences (tests) is selected to be executed by the operator (as "Run selected Tests" and not as a part of "USE Test") I have to save the test report to its specific subdirectory in the reports directory. To do this, I created a variable in StationGlobals, which contains the name of the sub directory and is changed in the configuration section for each subsequence (test), according to the name of the test.

  I am trying to use the following expression as a path to the report file in Report Options:

  "StationGlobals.ReportsDirectory+"\\SN_\\"+StationGlobals.TestSubDirectory+"\\SN_[] []."

  The problem is that the path of the report expression is read before execution of the selected step starts (and the StationGlobals.TestSubDirectory is changed), this is why the report is always saved in the subdirectory of the previously executed test. Any change in the StationGlobals.TestSubDirectory made by the subsequence running will be 'seen' in the next run of one of the subsequences.

  I tried also to change the reports using the ReportOptions Callabck directory, but the same problem stop there as well (is executed before the subsequence selected, changing the StationGlobals, TestSubDirectory to the value of specific test).

  How can I get the name of the subsequence selected for execution in order to build a custom report for this subsequence directory/path?

  Other means will be appreciated as well.

  I solved the problem using my custom LabVIEW interface:

  When the report is displayed in the status display window, I send it to a printer. At this point, I read the value of the global variable Station (from TS), which contains the name of the directory in which the report should be saved (this variable has been already changed by the executed subsequence). Then I change the path to the PDF printer, depending on the value of the global of the Station, so that the report PDF file is placed in the correct directory.

• Assistance of Nexus 5 k with VPC and routing

  We are trying to implement a new solution for one of our customers who have purchased a pair of devices 5596UP nexus.

  We have this topology attached in jpeg format. They want to use the pair of 5 k for LAN and WAN connectivity.

  Background

  Customer wants a VPC configuration between the pair of nexus 5 k beucase at some point they will want to buy modules FEX and VPC servers directly, in which case it will take the VPC (VPC VLAN L3 ends the 5 k using HSRP).

  Quesitons

  1. can I have the same vlan with SVI built on each link and go through the vlan the link peer in order to build IBGP and EBGP peers according to the diagram. Will this work?

  2. is it possible to build a bond of layer 3 of each link to remote device of PE and then configure other IVS on each link, allowing through the link peer? This configuration would work and traffic would pass through the link of peers for IBGP connectivity?

  3. where can I I directed by question 1 above and use a separate port channel (non - vpc) between the two Nexus 5 k trunk vlan everywhere?

  What is the best design around this kind of solution?

  The alternative is to have the layer switch 2 plug to two Nexus 5 k without port-channel and make tree covering to the loop. In this case I have to build another trunk between the 5 k or could simply allow to the vlan through the link Peer VPC.

  The 5ks have cards daughter layer-3 installed? The 5K support BGP, but the maximum amount of BGP routes, you can have is 8000.

• Ghost against my SL500

  Hi all

  I just bought 30 SL500 laptops, 2746-6ofthe Type.

  My plan was to build one of them exactly according to the needs for our use, and then create a ghost image that I could empty on the remaining 29 of SL500.  Simple!

  So, I built SL500 Number One and created the Ghost image successfully.  I'm using GhostCast 8.2.0.1117.  What I did, quite simply, was to connect the SL500 to my T61 (running GhostCast) with a crossover cable.  I started the my USB SL500 and created the image.  Success.

  Don't worry, it's a million times...  Then I have connected SL500 Number Two to my T61 and attempted to reverse the process.  It went all the way through and success!  OR NOT...

  I then started the SL500 (after that restoring ghost image was complete) and I get the following:

  It is endless...

  Now, I have never Ghosted SL500 before, but I've never had this problem in all my years of portable T3x Ghosting T4x and T6x series.  However, I admit that T60 and T61, I did in the past, I had to disable the 'Predesktop Area' under 'Security' in the BIOS but also set SATA to 'Compatibility' instead of 'AHCI '.  But the "Predesktop Area" option is not there in the SL500 BIOS!

  I left the SATA to AHCI setting trying my most recent ghost.  Should I change it and try again?

  Or is there something else to do?

  I hope that you guys can provide a solution because if I have to build 29 more portable from scratch, I could drop a lung yelling... ;-)

  I read the posts you linked to and made a ton of investigation and trial & error on mine. I have three of these bricks * beep * things, but...  I found the solution!  Goes here!

  The SL500 is not "Predesktop Area" setting in the BIOS, because there is no fingerprint reader.  I dnd't know that before.  You don't need to change SATA to "Compatibility" as in previous laptops Lenovo/IBM model.  Let 'AHCI '.

  It is important to know that if you intend to Ghost these machines, you need to change anything.

  If you will be using GhostCast version 8.x (maybe others, I only use 8.2) to create a ghost of this laptop model image, you MUST capture the MBR.  You can do this by ensuring that the - IB switch is in the Autoexec.bat to yourbootable USB key.  In other words, your file should contain this line:

  GHOST. EXE -IB -Anyotherswitchesyouwant

  You must also make sure that when you go to restore the image to a client, IB switch is activated on key, too.  Of course, if you use the same flash player, it will be.

  To ensure your autoexec.bat file includes file IB switch enabled on Ghost.exe two-way and nothing change.

  That's all.

  I have a question where I can't use vmrun.exe to control my virtual machines hosted on VMware VirtualCenter.

  First a few technical details of my system:

  My client is running Windows XP service Pack2, given MS powershell installed and the SDK Software VMware VIX.  I downloaded (with the default settings of IE 7) certificate of the host of the virtual machine and stored in my folder of C:\VMware-Certs named computer.cer. I also set the environment variable to include the path to the vmrun.exe file in the folder "C:\Program VMware VIX". Please note that all the components are the last versionssince, it has been downloaded and installed earlier this week.

  My host is running VMware VirtualCenter 2.5.0 build 119598 using the defaults (according to my owner of the network), which includes that it is running on port 443.I have checked using IE 7 to connect to the server and get the opportunity to see the Web page of the VMware Server. However, I think that the behavior of the Web page is a bit special. First he asked me for my personal certificate, that I don't have and I click OK. Can I get security warning of the server certificate, even if it has been downloaded, installed and the site is added to the "zone of confidence" in IE.   Previously, we used VMware workstation to host our virtual servers, but because the system is minibike we migrated to use VirtualCenterinstead.   "guestname/guestname.vmx [[SAN]]" = it's the detailsretireved using the Infrastructure of the customer to get the name of the data store, this information is sent by "character. I also tried to add a supplement / on the front of the guestname so it looks like "[https://ip/SDK |]» http://communities.VMware.com/community-document-picker.jspa?communityID= & subject = SAN] [[SAN]] /guestname/guestname.vmx"since some information that I found on the internet are what I will post.

  OK, so what happens? Not much.. When I run the above command, I get the following response to my command prompt:

  Error: Unknown error

  And then even if my C: & gt; command prompt.

  It seems that everything I try to do I get this same error message. The only difference I get is when I cause the system to use server1 t instead of the Server - T parameter. Then, I get the following message instead:

  Error: The system returned an error. Communication with the virtual machine may be interrupted

  There is no details about this error that was returned. Yet once again, I'm stuck with a situation of Riddle.

  Please try tips here, I tried now so many options and not be able to move forward.

  There might be some problem with the versions of the dependent support libraries. log4j is a classic example.

• How to prevent the drop-down menu when you click in the URL field?

  For some time there is Safari displays a short title in the URL field when you view a web page (for example, at the moment it says "Apple Inc").  Quite often I want to drage the actual URL in a note or on the desktop for later use.  Whenever I click in the URL field to do this, Safari down a bunch of icons corresponding to the bookmarks in the bookmarks bar, which is useless as my favorite bar is always visible.

  What I would do is to disable this action so that when I click on all I get is the URL so I can drag it somewhere.  Quite often when I drag the URL and domain of Favorites icons is visible, Safari think I want to lodge in this area and therefore mixes the existing icons around according to what path taking when you drag.  It's really very annoying behavior and there must be a way to disable.
