This path is not easy to say anything because we don t know what did you do with the device (your personal configuration) or applications that you have installed. As far as I know done recording part of the recovery image and only if you install OS again everything should work again.

  -Try to burn the DVD with another burning software (for example Nero Burning ROM)

  -Remove the Upperfilters and Lowerfilters completely from the following registry key values:
