• Control of the ring and structure cases

  In my control ring 3 or more elements are there and is connected to a case structure each article with each image. If I select the second element then the case structure must also run well 1 & 2 frames. And if I select the third point, then the business structure should run the frames 1, 2 & 3 and so on. Is this possible?

  This is not possible with just a box Structure. Place a loop in the Structure box and loop 1, 2 or 3 times by plugging in the ring in the County Terminal and the Terminal of the wire for the case selector iterator.

  I'm developing an application that can be fairly entered user based... a lot of command buttons Boolean to do different things.

  In the past, I was able to avoid the event structures "change value" and went instead with a while loop, stacked sequence and series of structures of the case. After, I decided that it was a terrible idea. This time, I intend to build an array from a Boolean, convert it to a number and feed it in to a unique business structure. This will give me the ability to add cases for different combinations of the Boolean being pressed.

  I guess the question is: what is the best way to do something like that?  Does have advantages over the other?

  Edit: I was not clear.  I would like to a comparison between the method of structure of event 'change of value', and just feeding into a table-> structure of the case.  I also fear that with the bool-> structure table affair I'll run problems where I find myself with too much control variable and the value of the resultant becomes ugly number very quickly. The application has several buttons... then, finally, save, load, several different configure configuration buttons etc.

  The VI has yet InfoCluster.ctl.

  If you don't bring anything in the cluster, you should always pass the cluster via.  You run the same question ' use default if Unwired "as before.  The presence of these "case bundleless" begs the question why you have these States because they do nothing.

  In my current program, I am trying to carry a Boolean signal (elapsed time) on a structure case to stop a while loop.

  The loop on the left is basically what I want to do again every time I do this, I get a green tunnel box with a White Center.  It I cannot run the program by saying that there is a missing assignment in the tunnel.  What can I do to work around this problem?

  White Center means that there are some cases where you do not have a Boolean value wired to the exit tunnel. The tunnel exit value is the value that is wired slots in the case that runs, a value must be available in all cases.

  There are two possible solutions.

  (1) [normally preferred wire] a Boolean value in the tunnel of release in all cases. Exit tunnel will then travel to a solid color.

  (2) right click on the tunnel and select 'Use default if unwired' you will notice that the White Center will get smaller. It's like a constant false wiring for each of the cases with no wire. The drawback here is that it can hide errors in logic. You might expect over something, but not out of the Park, and no syntax error was reported.

  If your computer is restarted when the BSOD appears, then you must change the by default for what to do in case of system error. It is easy to do, but takes a lot of mouse clicks to get there:

  Start | Control Panel | System | Advanced system settings (need for credentials for the administrator to spend here |) Advanced | Startup and recovery / settings.

  When you select a host in a DRS cluster automated, it's the vCenter server who makes the decision what ESX host in the cluster to use. If it's a manual DRS or non - DRS cluster, you can select the specific host. The obvious difference of the user, is that in the latter case there is an extra drop-down box for the selection of the host.

  In fact, it's some sort of bug in user experience, because this difference in behavior is not clear. The guide mentions on 49, but we know not to be cut.

  Hi, when I try to enable sharing in Workstation 8 GTR | Change | Preferences | Sharing virtual machines, I get an error Impossible to configure the workstation server. Check the event log, I found they were trying to start the VMware Workstation Server service that does not start (even when you try to start it manually) and the following error is recorded "the VMware Workstation Server service stopped with service specific error %-1." by the Service Control Manager. I found no additional cases related.

  Running on Windows 7 SP1 x 64. The port is set to 7443.

  I also tried to find a newspaper there instead of vmware, but neither found anything related; However I could have missed something.

  I have Workstation 8.0.1 installed on two laptop computers each running Windows 7 SP1 x 64... the shared component of the virtual machine runs on one but not the other. On the machine that I have problems with I uninstalled Workstation and reinstalled - without success. What I ended up doing to replace the datastores.xml file in the Directory go (C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\VMware\hostd) on the laptop with the problem with the file datastores.xml of the laptop that works - success! I knew that there was a problem with the file because I've been poking around and noticed that the datastores.xml file is not open for editing - it was corrupted.

  I have attached the file to this message.

  Change of the section at the location that you store your shared VM (be sure to not use a UNC, which breaks the service as well!).

  I would like to be able to handle specific errors without having the th script to abort. For example, I have a form that allows users to download a file and enter the file information in a table. So when it comes actually loading the file, I can set up a string of accept say Image / * to allow only images. If the user downloads a text file, the script fails with a message. But I prefer an output message and return to the form, keeping the data entered.
  
  I can intercept application errors, but I'd really like to only focus on this error. I see embedded in the CFCATCH structure the string "$InvalidUploadTypeException". Is there a list of these exception strings? Is there a place to find it without looking through the CFCATCH structure?

  There is no list of exceptions and such a list would change with each version or patch (still would be if Adobe published the list).

  Yes, you have to dive through the taken news, as sucky as this can be. There is no other ¿legal? way to get a list of the types of exceptions and there are at least 800 exceptions (roughly) possible to the CF 7.02.

  I had a request of the end user support to change a specific error message generated by OC4J app /shareid.
  
  Currently, if a user tries to access a session which is invalidated (session timeout, logout, etc.), they are presented with an error:

  I would change that to something more something like "Please close your browser and try to access new resources."

  In all cases, you made me curious enough to search for the message in question catalogue. The message is from user-shareid-messages * .properties inside $ORACLE_HOME/jlib/idmbridge.jar.

  To update these, you just need to update the jar file.

  CD $ORACLE_HOME/jlib
  jar xvf - idmbridge.jar shareid-user - messages_en.properties shareid-user - messages.properties

  Edit both files to change the message with the ID ERP001 (this is the first in the catalog) that you need, save the files, then...

  jar - uvf idmbridge.jar shareid-user - messages_en.properties shareid-user - messages.properties

  Restart the OIF and you should be done. In case users with browser other than English languages, you can update the other catalogues (shareid-user - messages_fr.properties, shareid-user - messages_de.properties etc.) as well.

  I can see why Oracle would rather customers not this, but I don't know why the user posts are potted up first place.

  It crashes because you can get in a situation of the structure of the event is not currently available (so the events are not handled), but an event she in the meantime.

  You have "Panel Lock" selected in the value change case event that just as it is said, locks the façade until the event is handled.

  I can't tell what you are actually trying to achieve with this code - it's a strange way to proceed. I think you need to plan your States a bit more and work on what you're trying to do and maybe look at some examples of State machines and architecture of producer consumer if you want to handle events and have a functioning of State machine.

• How to use a signal of true/false dynamics with a business structure?

  Hey everybody-

  Is it possible to enter a case structure dynamic data of true/false?  We try to generate a waveform and want our structure case to run when the wave exceeds a certain threshold value and freeze execution when it drops below the threshold (If false).  However, we want the case structure to run continuous - i.e. If the structure of the deal for the 'real' case running while the waveform is above the threshold, we next want to deal for 'false' structure to run when the wave goes below the threshold, and so on until we stop our program.

  Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

  Remove the loop around your DAQ Assistant vi express (I hate express screws).  There is already a big loop around all of the code in the lower part.  As has been pointed out by Ravens Fan, don't assign continuous acquisition.  Set a finite number of acquisitions.  Then the rest of the code can run and the loop can travel again.

  Get rid of the stop sign at the top.  When the code is finished, Labview will stop on its own.

  You have two stop buttons.  Only one is necessary.  Look at my example posted a few messages back.  A STOP with local variables.

  Shrink your block diagram.  It takes more than one monitor space.  It is difficult to read when you have to scroll all over the place.

  Don't know what you intend, but you might consider a 'mapping function' to achieve this flexibility.  Suppose you have a Case statement with 5 cases - call - the Initialize, take example.

  The Gain value, sign change, exit.  Now suppose you have 7 States, State 1, State2, state3, state4, State5, state6 and crown7.  Write a function (possibly with controls) called "State to State" which takes State1... Crown7 as inputs and outputs of the sample appropriate to take cases labels, Initialize, etc..  You just have to change the mapping function and the States plan to whatever your card tells them to.  If you make the Map function have a case that he controls, you can make a case (the map selector) exactly the performance mapping you describe.
