  I have Photoshop CS installed on what was a Windows 7 Pro computer and it worked fine. Close to have the update of windows 10 Photoshop CS requires reactivation / authorization code at startup indicating the configuration of the machine has changed.  It does not permit online and then says to call 866-772-3623 to talk to someone and get an authorization code to reactivate it.  I call the number and get a recording that says no longer activate by phone and told me to go to http://www.adobe.com/go/activation_fr.  I did and it didn't help at all for me.  All that remains is for me to post here.  How can I get this reactive / allowed?  Any help or a phone number of a person who can help will be greatly appreciated!

• Problem after update attempt

  My Windows Vista operating system has been setup updates just as it has done in the past and power cord fell by chance when I moved my laptop.  The last thing I remember seeing "configuration of updates: phase 2 of 3 do not turn off your computer."  Unfortunately, that's when the power cord out and the computer off.  After that, I turned on the power back, but it remains to the "Microsoft Corporation" loading screen forever.  Then I tried to restart the computer, and I chose "starting repair."  He remained on the screen to repair more than 24 hours.   I've read similar posts in the forum but could not seem to find a definitive answer.

  Here's what's happening.

  When I try to update the TPL, it works very well for the first time several. It will update all files on the site.

  However it stops working after several attempts to update. The Update window crashes after update the first bit of html files and the rest never gets updated.

  I tried the "recreating Cache of the Site" but not luck.

  My solution is to stop DW and restart again, and then it works again, but only for the first several times as I explained.

  It is such a pain in the * when I need to update the site frequently.

  BTW, this happens not only for a particular site, but for all the sites that I created on DW.

  I'm using DreamweaverCC2015 on Mac OSX 10.10.5
