    I recently bought a HP Officejet 4630 all-in-one printer, and it automatically cancels the work in the middle of printing. The computer I use is a dv7 HP Envy with 64-bit Windows 8, and I print on a wireless network connection. My computer receives an error that HP Officejet 4630 series could not perform printing and the printer just says Cancel. I tried all the steps in the sections troubleshooting, both printing and network connections problems. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software several times, I created a manual IP address and everything, but nothing seems to work. It seems also that the issue when using HP ePrint. It occurs in all sorts of programs and formats such as word, pdf and html. Unfortunately, I did not receive a USB cord, I can't see if that will fix the problem at all. I hope someone can help me with this, otherwise, it is obvious that there is a problem with the actual printer, I have had and I have to return something else.

    This is how I fixed it:

    1. Find out what IP address, is that your printer uses.
    2. Go to control panel, then click "View devices and printers."
    3. Look for your printer right click.
    4. Click on "Printer properties" and a new screen opens.
    5. Along the top, you will see some tabs. Click on the one that says "Ports".
    6. Click on 'Add Port '.
    7. Highlight "Standard TCP/IP Port" by clicking on it, then click "New Port".  A new screen opens.
    8. Click "next".
    9. Type the IP address of your printer, and then click "next".

    Your computer should find your printer.

    Click 'Apply' and your printer should work fine.

    So I stopped, but the blue screen appeared and he wrote: BV815424C. Because then I can not start even the printer, because when I press the power button and start the printer on the printer screen, the same message appears that I need to stop it and it is possible that this situation repeats itself all the time and the blue screen appears with BV815424C.

    This situation occurs for the second time. I have new bougtht printer 2 weeks ago and the same situation has happened, it's HP second All in one 4515 printer that I have instead of the first damaged...

    I understand that you have some problems with an error code on your Deskjet Ink Advantage 4515 e-all-in-one printer. I can help you with that.

    To start, make sure that the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet , not a surge protector. It is this document explains How to resolve error messages on your printer.

    When I print from my Smartphone to my 7510 e - all-in - One - C31using ePrint, photographs always print on photo paper.   How to print on paper with ordinary letter, by default?

    The 7510 will always send ePrint default photos to the photo tray. It is a normal feature. However, you can set the ePrint Mobile application to send pictures to the tray paper. Open the application, select 'photos', select the photo you want to print. Click on print, then select the settings in the upper right of the window. Here you can select the paper size and adjust accordingly.

    I changed my network SSID & PW but I forgot the password for the printer web page.

    Password was written in a notebook and notebook is moved at the moment by the cleaning person.

    Please HELP! Is there anyway I can reset the printer so that the admin password is also re-set.     You can do a reset of the printer using the LED screen on the printer.

    Select Configuration, then Tools, then restore the default settings. "Restore default settings" is the last element of the list and you will have to scroll down to see it.

    Which erases all settings, including the password for the printer.

    To reset you describe is probably the one mentioned in this article:

    My printer do not print and indicates a carriage jam and told me to open the door and a cart clear jam but there is nothing there, and there is no paper jam. I tried to unplug the machine, its restart, restrting my MAC and the message still flashes. Does anyone have any suggestions. I know this is an old printer, but I love it and want to keep it going.     I see you have some problems with your Mac OSX 10.11 machine printing to your Officejet 5740 e-all-in-one printer. I can help you with that.

    To start, make sure that the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet, not a surge protector. Once done:

    1. Turn off the printer and the Mac.
    2. While the devices are turned off, disconnect the power cable from the back of the router for a minute.
    3. When the lights come back on the router, turn on the printer and the Mac.
    4. On your Mac, click on your Apple icon, system preferences and printers and Scanners.
    5. Hold down the CTRL key and click the icon of your printer on the left.
    6. Click on reset printing system.
    7. Click on the button "+" at the bottom left.
    8. In the window that appears, select your printer in the list.
    9. Click in the box next to and select your printer from the list.
