Calendars sync between phones blackBerry Z10

I have 2 z10.  Anyone know if these phones can sync the calendar of BB, say with NFC or another method?

Thanks, Jeff

Hello

If you are using a compatible cloud computing service (for example, Outlook.com, GMail, CalDEV/CardDEV), then they can each synchronization, use it as the 'link' between the two. But I don't know any methods other than those... e. g, not via NFC.

Good luck!

You can synchronize your calendar with google wireless-

Right now, you can make contacts with google.  You can synchronize all (calendar, address book, memos, and tasks) with yahoo via the Desktop Manager and the USB cable.

  • BlackBerry Z10 ghost SMS/MMS/Email

    Hi all

Recently "converted" to Blackberry and I'm starting to like it, but having a few problems with 'Phantom' SMS notifications that appear on my home screen.

I checked my phone, SMS messages, and I am not able to see them. I rely on this phone for work, and missing messages SMS becomes a bit long in the teeth (if that's what actually happens).

Any idea on what is the cause and what is the solution?

    Hello Ben,

Thank you for your question regarding SMS notifications on your smart phone BlackBerry Z10.

As a test, having someone you know sends you a message test SMS to confirm whether or not it is received. It may be possible that your new notification SMS of a previous message has not erased.

If the message is not received, reinsert the battery as a test and if this fails to solve the problem, contact your mobile service provider for assistance.

  • BlackBerry Z10 Z10 suddenly stopped synchronization of calendar and contact - link gives BB cannot communicate with connected mssg but displays device

I think that BB link updated the software in March 2015.  I had been very good sync with my laptop Windows 8 with the Outlook calendar and contacts, but this week it stopped.  BB link watch Z0 connected, but says cannot communicate with the device.  I tried the solution of knowledge base - leave plugged phone with a USB cable, power phone off, then back on donkey wait 3-5 minutes for the pilots to complete loading - but none help.  I rebooted the computer and the Z10 several times, but no luck with the synchronization.  Any help is appreciated!

Try the following steps, which will completely remove all traces of BlackBerry-link device driver entries and may solve your problem:

    1. Uninstall the BlackBerry link.
    2. Open the Device Manager by pressing the Windows key + R on your keyboard type devmgmt.msc , and then click OK.
    3. Click view , and then click Show hidden devices on the menu that appears.
    4. Expand the BlackBerry section by clicking on the + symbol next to it.
    5. Right-click on the following, and then click Uninstall. In the dialog box that appears, select delete the driver for this device. If more than one of each of the following entries appear, remove them as well.
      • BlackBerry smartphone
      • BlackBerry smart phone
    6. Expand the network adapters section by clicking on the + symbol next to it.
    7. Right-click on the following, and then click Uninstall. In the dialog box that appears, select delete the driver for this device. If more than one of each of the following entries appear, remove them as well.
      • BlackBerry smartphone
      • Tethering BlackBerry smartphone
      • Virtual private network of blackBerry
    8. Restart the computer.
    9. Reinstall the latest version of BlackBerry link.
    10. Try to reconnect your BlackBerry Z10 to the computer and see if she is able to communicate with the BlackBerry link.

After back and let us know if it works for you.

  • BlackBerry App Blackberry Travel Calendar Sync

I've just updated to the latest version of Blackberry Travel for my Z10 (ver. 3.1.0.6) and I still can't get my hotel reservations to sync my calendar. My Hotels appear in my travels, but will NOT sync with my calendar. I don't have hotels in Calendar Sync. Do I put everything to sync to make it work? Any help would be appreciated.

    * Edit I just change my EVERYTHING with my calendar synchronization settings. All that shows is my "travel". No flights, no hotels. I do something wrong or is this a bug with the trip of Blackberry?

    * Edit again * I uninstalled and then reinstalled and now my itinerary synchronize completely. Problem solved.

    Hi npisano,

Thanks for the update and glad that you were able to get your trip to synchronize.

    Wish you a good time

  • Is there a way to sync between my table and my phone? I don't want to have my office involved.

I would like to sync between my Tablet and phone. I don't want to share with the office. Is there a way to do this?

Hi, you will need to create a sync account on the desktop, but does not synchronize the activity of browsers. After having a key synchronization you can use it between your devices.

  • Lost blackBerry Z10 phone

    Magalie

Today, I have a bad day. I lost all the money this month (I'm a student), and the worst is that I lost my blackberry z10 . When I knew I lost it, I was very angry.although it is an old phone, I purchase form someone else, but with me, it's a treasure and a friend. I'm going to protect.blackberry.com, then replace 'Flag as stolen', because I want the thief have only a brick. but now I think that if the thief do not turn the data or does not connect with a wifi then sell it to another people. It is verry bad for them. They lose money from verry for a brick. (I live in vietnam, security is not high, I don't want to aggravate some for someone, but I don't want someone not know my data on my phone, I install 10.3.2, I don't know what happens to my data on my SD card, I want to, it can be earsed).
You can check what is happening with my data, as it can be not to connect to the internet.
    Thank you verry much!

    Oh sorry for your loss!

Your inserted SD card is not affected by Protect or whatever it is. To protect your card data SD Media you would have needed to have the encryption on the card.

    No, you can't.

  • BlackBerry Z10 switching between 2 devices

Hey people, I did two phones – the z10 and the 9320. Usually I use the z10, but sometimes when I see an imminent threat of a zombie apocalypse, so I'll pass on the 9320. The 9320 is small and sturdy with no touch screen, so I don't have to worry about cracking of my screen when I'm dodging the brain eaters.

Anyway, whenever I pass my ID a switch between phones. Is there a limit I should be aware of or can I swap between 2 phones as often I just love?

In the case of a zombie apocalypse, you won't be able to use a satellite phone did you do not see the documentary, "World War Z".

However, as much as I know there no limit on switching.

  • Smartphones from blackBerry Desktop Manager - Calendar sync does not

I noticed today that my calendar sync has not worked for a week or two. Nothing moves device or outlook, they are simply not speaking.  When you click on synchronize that he told me that he is dealing with, he lights the BB with the photo of transfer, he tells me "please a moment" then stops and returns to DM (as if he did so quickly, that I missed). But it does nothing, I checked the paper, nothing is recorded for calendar synchronization.

Tasks, Memo, and address book are all working very well (it is a non set - up) so I've unchecked them to sync, so I can focus on the calendar.

I uninstalled the Desktop Manager (and cleaned of all research in the files of application etc.) and then reinstalled version DM 5 - which does not set it.

I used the backup & restore, Advanced Options and schedule database deleted completely then tried one-way synchronization from the pc to the device - that did not set it.

I tried restoring from an old calendar backup - which does not set it.

I restarted the phone - which does not set it.

3 hours later, I am all ideas... any help would be appreciated please.

I wiped my handheld completely computer (settings / options-> Security-> General settings options-> push the menu button and choose "scrub Pocket")

Restored from backup, and now the clock works again.
