  Had you set up BB Protect on your device? If so, you can erase remotely, as long as it is running.

  Otherwise, you should contact your carrier and follow the instructions to report a lost or stolen phone. They will ensure it is disconnected from your services and separate the PIN and the SIM.

  Carefully note the requirement in the HelpBlog I provided you above... you must use the exact same BBID as was on the device when you score as stolen.

  Be aware of the risks of 10.3.2 however... There are two things to worry about. First of all, be 100% sure that you know your BBID identifiers... If you do not, you may make your useless device to anyone, including yourself. Second, once you move to 10.3.2, you cannot fall back to 10.3.1 or earlier, by any medium (for example, even the unofficial AutoLoaders can not overcome this restriction anti-secours).

  What you need to do is to find, on your PC, the IPD file created when you backed up. Search your entire hard drive *. IPD. Then use this file as the source of a restoration of your new BB (choose ONE of these KB, depending on the version of the RIM Desktop software you have already installed on your PC):

  Just updated to the new 10.1.0.4181. Bolted to the phone so after five hours ended with a restore to the factory settings as renounced all other possible fixes.   You should contact your carrier, they do not follow the registration, but you will need to convience for the IMEI or PIN number. With regard to your location, if the person has erased your device or use a different SIM card then this is not possible. If you had a device password setting then nobody can access your data, if anyone tries then your device will wipe itself. But if you don't have a device password value before disaster then yes it might be able to access your information in this device.

  If your contacts are stored in the contacts list of your e-mail account, then they will sync to the device. All the contacts that are stored locally on the device will be gone.

  Add your e-mail account go to settings > accounts and add your account.

  So my first question is, if the phone is deleted (I didn't erase my phone using blackberry protect because I don't know the answer to this question) my blackberry protect service be wiped from the phone as well?

  I decided to do a little investigation when my curve 9320 I was using before I get my Z10. I supported it upward and wiping it on entering the password wrong 10 times.   Watch list prior to the incident:

  -my phone needs to be rebooted now and then because the phone has no reception Internet... all I get is this small h but when I restart it, it goes back to the 3G...

  -During the loading of my phone, if I acsidentaly loosen the usb microphone connected to my phone. my phone is just dies without warning, as it comes to fade and other things... I only wait a few minutes for her to turn its own

  -my phone started to disable its own (not during loading) only at random even the phone is idle I'll just fint it restarts on its own... and while I use the phone it just restarts...

  -my phone started having a flashing model for the Red led lights up when he died... the rate is 4 seconds blinks... the phone would turn not...

  -my phone turned on automatically... I noticed that the battery is only 20 percent when he died it was more than 50%

  -When I tied my phone it just turned off on its own...

  -the phone is now have a constant lit red light led... the phone will not turn on

  -i out the battery... Remove SIM... remove the sd card and pop while... no joy

  -After removing the bss (battery, sim card and sd card), the phone has lost its constant red led clear status and is now dead

  Observations after incident

  -i tried removing the battery and popping in... no joy...

  left-i it doesn't charge for at least 7 hours... no joy

  -i left without the battery for 4 hours... no joy

  -the phone connected to my pc for 4 hours left... the red light continues returned...

  -i tried to reload the OS purchase my computer does not detect my phone so... no joy...

  d ' irritation if took out the battery and sent... the phone has lost its status as a continuous red light...

  Note * it was in an interval of 3 days

  I would really appreciate the help, the location of the place where I can get it replaced is not easily accessible... I would like to replace as a last resort because I have important data on my blackberry z10.
