Call TCS Cisco fails unexpectedly

Hello

I am facing a problem with the TCS, just make the call to TCS (point to point and call for the application of the MCU) after a specific time. Once that the appeal has not I can't see any videos stored in TCS for this problematic call as well.

If it is an MCU at the request of appeal, only the TCS call leg will get fail other calls will remain as even. If I make a direct call to TCS alias after a point in time, it will fail.

I use TC V5.1

One of you faced a problem like this with TCS.

It could be that the engine of the content is blocked so it is impossible to treat the incoming stream of RTP. Hat happens then in a call of the CHT will claim that his record for 1 minute, then the call disconnects (no support received). This is normal on the TCS to disconnect the call if no support is received in a minute. Maybe a reboot of TCS services may solve the problem.

    The card is not a JCOP card? JCOP tools will identify only cards JCOP which it is intended. It can not identify same JCOP cards more recent (I have not tested this theory however).

    We have a system of FireSight with a version 5.4.0.5 Virtual Data Center and several ASA devices. We have set some user Agents for the session and closing of session servers MS AD user logon information and met 2 problems:

    (1) all servers user agent (Windows server 2008R2/64/SP1 and Windows server 2012R2) report error 2201. They can pull the AD server logon information correctly and export the correct user card, can communicate with the virtual data center, but just cannot send data to it. Meanwhile, a user on the Windows 2008 STD/SP2 Server Agent works perfectly. Have you tried 3 other servers, 2 versions of the User Agent, en - us locale and 2 versions of .net. Nothing has changed.

    (2) we prefer to have only 1 User Agent but 1 User Agent supports 5 servers DC Max. We set up a central AD server to register the security logs of all servers of ads with success to his 'Reported events' event log file and set the User Agent to extract data from this central AD server. User Agent shoots the opening session, but only events folder "Windows Logs - security", never "reported events." The User Agent is designed from "Windows Logs - Security" read-only?

    Hello - our deployment involves two boxes of tcs of clustering. While we have created the first node in the cluster with integration of Backend successfully in NAS and SQL, we have questions, add the second server to the cluster due to a database write failure of the operation at some stage.     From the point of view of database permission, we have permission granted and which are especially as the first server is connected to the sql cluster higher. Looking at the newspapers, other operations initiated during the second node of tcs add in the cluster to write succeeded. However, this specific write operation failed.

    From a troubleshooting perspective, beat the node primary tcs in the couple of cluster of times and tried to rebuild the cluster. But that is not the problem of fixing.

    Hi Srinath, I see the error indicating that the name of the instance is "Null", it returns NULL if the instance name is the default instance, if the entry is not valid, or a mistake.

    What you might try to return to the local db, do a proper backup of all records and create the new instance of the database with a name.

  • Randomly call in Cisco TelePresence SX80.

    I have a recurring problem of many unknown incoming calls in a Cisco SX80 recently deployed. An example of the address that we get these calls from the East [email protected]/ * / I have no idea what is the part of the address in 1986, but the 129.59 address is the IP address of the codec. I am somewhat a novice in the world of VTC, so I am at a loss on how to stop the calls. Automatic response has been disabled pending just so that the device can be used.

    I assume that the system uses an accessible public IP address?  If it uses a public IP address, you should put behind your firewall with NAT, or allow only traffic from known IP addresses.  If you don't use a SIP, you can enable turn off completely, however if you are, you can disable SIP ListenPort and activate outgoing SIP so to avoid these calls, see bug CSCue55239.  There is a form any of these calls which will appear as coming from "cisco", the only way to prevent these is to put endpoint behind your firewall and use NAT or an ACL.

    I am to evaluate the web client of Cisco's Finesse.

    Need help how to transfer a call to another agent that I can't not know where and how.

    I have a button to view and set up an address book using Finesse administrator it works. See attachment.

    But how do I do a Direct transfer (blind) to another agent? Is it possible to transfer the call to another agent without having to add entries in the address book for this?

    Also, is there anyway to see the call history (who called and when)? I can only see changes of States agent, which adds a lot of value for the agent.

    Yes, it is possible. Basically, you'll need create a copy of one of the necessary historical reports such as detailed call by call CCDR report etc. and then view it inside the finesse. See Add custom Live Data Gadgets to Desktop Layout section of document on how to do this:

    Well, you can integrated MCU with VCS using SIP Trunk, even if the common deployment is to have registered in VCS, MCU or by using SIP, H323, or both. You can also integrate the MCU with CUCM, but in this case, MCU will be a multimedia resource of CUCM, thats why it is only recommended to the ad hoc conferences. You can also integrate the MCU with the driver of telepresence using the API, but it is often only when you have several MCU pools to manage.

    I have MX200G2 registered on CUCM. When I compose the other video settings registered to CUCM call works fine.

    Now if I want to call anyone outside my organization IE I want to compose a public IP call does not pass through. Anyone can guide me please how to do the config for the same thing?

    Just to be safe, you attempt to dial the SIP URI or IP address?  In addition, your screenshot is not downloaded/attached to your message.

    If you want to dial an IP, CUCM does not support this out of the box, but you can make it possible that by using your VCS-control/channel Express or Freeway-Center/periphery, see the document below.

    I was just an online questionnaire for my online college class and this thing just went to this white screen on me.

    Finally I find there must be a BIOS FLASH done. I get the latest related site Web from Toshiba s easy enough and run the option of windows.

    All goes well, until you get to the sector 7 I think 17 sectors that had to be erased and reprogrammed. I had closed all the programs that I could possibly close with many elements of the common tasks bar.

    My system has more load battery of 50% and indeed that he was connected to the electric network. There was no electric shocks or anything.

    All of a sudden I hear a noise and the system stops unexpectedly. System shuts down completely, not even the front led indicating power connection remains lit, but which and battery LED lights a few seconds later. The system turns itself, and when I turn it on it seems that it s just the power on led lights up without the screen same lighting to the top or make noises or the airflow from the CPU fan.

    Are you using the original Toshiba AC adapter? It looks like the motherboard may encounter an error.

    There is not much you can do except send it to an ASP for repair. I hope that your unit is still under warranty.

  • Why the DLL function performed by call library node fails when the Vi is reopened?

    We have developed a DLL to use.  Compile the DLL itself.  The DLL includes a function test.  The test function validates the functional capabilities of the DLL.  I followed the examples online, and I used the tool to import shared library in LabVIEW.  The screw created use the call library node.

    When I create a VI by calling the function in the DLL test customized by using the call library node the VI runs the test DLL function flawlessly.  I close the VI.  When I re - open the VI and run it, I get an error code of the DLL.  However, if I go on the schema and define the path of the DLL in the library call Configuration node once again the VI then runs the test DLL function perfectly again.

    I have set the path of the DLL in the library call Configuration node everytime I open the VI.  The examples that I downloaded from the community don't require this.  What could be the missing DLL?  What Miss me?

    I solved the problem.

    I had create the DLL by using the following steps for VC 6.0:

    1. new project

    2. Select the Appwizard (DLL) MFC

    3. Select the regular DLLS using the MFC shared DLLS

    4 Yes for source file comments

    5 finishing

    The DLL must be on the VI search path.  The easiest way was to have the DLL in the same directory as the VI.

    I think that you need to configure the ACL default PAT so there first statemts 'decline' for traffic that is NOT supposed to be coordinated between the local network and VPN pool

  • The module "mscomctl.ocx" was loaded but the call to DllRegisterServer failed with error 0x8002801c code.

    Software Access 2003 worked for years. Then received "There is no object in this control" which referred to a control in mscomctl.ocx I used in a form. Then, I got an error, "There was a problem accessing a property or method of the OLE object.".  Then I tried to re - insert the control in the form and got the error "the OLE server is not registered.  Then, I tried to register the OCX with the command 'regsvr32 mscomctl.ocx' BACK and received the 0x8002801c error message in the title of this question.
    Help please!

    Access discussion groups, I found a description of a problem with the controls in Visual Basic 6.0 Runtime Extended Files. Update of security 960715 disables controls in Visual Basic 6.0 Runtime Extended Files.  In my case, the TreeView control is in MSCOMCTL. OCX. It's logical.

    The proposed solution is to download the update on the Visual Basic 6.0 Runtime Extended Files and install.  I did and I now have MSCOMCTL. OCX version 6.1.98.16. I run my Access app and I get the same error, "It is not object in this control".  I re - record MSCOMCTL. OCX, open the form, remove and reinsert the TreeView control.  The same problem.  Will there be another question in the newsgroups dealing with my problem?

    Moreover, the 0x8002801c error went away after installing the Vista SP2.  However, I always get the error "there is no object in this control".

    I studied the problem of killbit described in the FAQ of The Kill - Bit which is suppose to disable certain controls in IE and 'Scenarios of Microsoft Office' (?). I find valid Pheonix-Bit entries in my registry (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE Microsoft\Internet Explorer\ActiveX Compatibility\ {...} corresponding to the TreeView control ' killed'.  No change to the error.

    Sometimes miracles happen.  Life is back to normal, and the problem stopped. Microsoft must have fixed in a recent press release or there was divine intervention.

    After you remove the Treeview control on the form and re - insert, the problem has been resolved.  So, the solution is:

    -Install the Visual Basic 6.0 Runtime Extended Files.
    -Remove the Treeview controls on all forms.
    -Re-insert the Treeview controls.

    I have recently reinstalled Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 x 64.  I have problems with the function "reading to".

    Check the versions of software on both ends to ensure that they are current and including corrections of interoperatbility as much as possible (IE, TC7.0.2 on the SX20, V8.2 on the RMX).

    There seems to be a problem of capset(2) between the two devices - the log file before attached you says this:

    Where she negotiates to G.722 audio and there is no video available.

    You can also try a filter capset(2) on the SX20 (or whatever the equivalent of Polycom is on the end RMX, if possible) to try to compel the devices to speak (or not speak) a specific Protocol.
