A month ago, after I downloaded a picture of a conversation to Whatsapp, I wanted to watch, the small window of the image was not clear enough, as after download. So I talked to a friend to solve, and he tells me Whatsapp unistall and install again. It worked, but only for 3 weeks. A week, my phone had the same problem and two others that is connected. When I take a picture, or make take a screenshoot, my camera as always, but when I click on the little window where the new photo is displayed, the display shows the message that I said a few lines before. I did the same thing 3 weeks ago (uninstall and re-install Whatsapp) but it does not work. Oh and when I open Album/Gallery of Sony, my photos are here! But when I search on the leader, the photos that I have token are here, but not the images of the Whatsapp!

  Have you looked at the section of the Base names of users and passwords are not saved ? There are lots of good information in there.
