  The webcam is listed under other or Universal Serial Bus Controllers?

  Imaging devices?

  Start > all programs – computer Acer so, search for the Crystal Eye software

  In Control Panel > uninstall program, look for webcam software.

  Uninstall the software

  Restart the computer

  Go to the manufacturer website and reinstall the software

  (6) it will automatically install disks required to your PC/laptop

  (7) now to check the connectivity with Blackberry link if it is connect to your device and also check the "My Copmputer" space if it's Flash and SD projection as readers
