  My 9700 bold battery runs out approximately in 12 hours. The signal in the area (Orange Switzerland) is weak and there is no difference if the phone is 2G or 2G & 3 G mode. Phone used in roaming without data and battery was good for a week or even more with not a lot of phone calls. Is this normal and any advice on how to preserve the battery?

• Search bar of Safari won't let me not all research data

  I open Safari and search or try to enter a URL into the search bar.  Several letters in my driveway my hops out of the search bar and the down cursor in the body of the page I am on.  All other search bars (facebook, amazon, etc.) on the individual Web pages work fine.  The only time I have this problem is when you use the Safari search bar.  I tried a different mouse and the problem continues.  I did a test on Firefox and it works fine.  (I won't use Firefox because I like better the features of Safari).  I use a MacBook Pro 1 year, El Capitan 10.11.5 running.   I have worked with Apple since March 2016 and they tried without success: force quit safari, system fully updated. Has started in safe mode, reset the SMC, reset NVRAM, disk utility Ran. Reinstalled OS X

  Please disable all extensions Safari and test. If the problem is resolved, re - activate the extensions one or a few at a time until you find the culprit.

  I have a problem with the Facebook app for my TouchPad - it starts only once or twice and then it won't start more.

  I have a yahoo search bar, which was installed during a download and the installation of a http://gtopala.com/of SIW.exe system information application. This is the freeware version which is add-based software. However I wasn't expecting that the search function would be such a nusance and interfere with the functions of Firefox.
  The search bar behaves as a tab App that I cannot move or get rid of. There no option to pin the object when I right click on the bar or to modify it in any way using the function 'group your tab' to the right of the tab toolbar.

  O2 - UK sent me a new Blackberry Curve 8520 today after that my old phone was not repairable. I had a lot of problems to download Blackberry App World, but I managed to download it later. I downloaded the Facebook app, but when I tried to use this message came: "you are currently on a service plan that does not support this application. If you want to use this application, please contact your service provider to upgrade your data plan"can someone tell me what this means and what I need to do to use Facebook on my Blackberry?   I think you need exactly as says the message... contact your wireless service provider. You have switched to a new BB... they must also pass all your accounts 'back-end'... and this message, I would infer that they have yet to complete this task.

• People mistake app: we are going to have problems connecting to Facebook

  My Facebook is synchronized with the people app (using the Microsoft account), but now it only shows my friends list and unable to connect to the new Facebook or my profile (error: we are going to have problems connecting to Facebook).   I tried to uninstall/reinstall the people app, run AppsDiagnostic, go to the Local account, delete/reissue Facebook account with my MS account, update the latest version of the app and sync App licenses on setting store updates, but nothing changes!

  Looks like you got an error message "we are going to have problems connecting to Facebook" people app.

  Since you did all the steps, we will perform refresh on the computer to see if there is a problem with the settings of the application.

  I can't see why this code does not work. It seems that the variables are broken or something but not too sure.

  I had initially 1 single search bar on the page of the inventory where the results would appear and everything worked fine, but when I added a search bar 'master' on the home page, which redirects to the inventory list carrying the variable (which was sought), he comes into conflict with the search code original.
