  After reading your post, it seems that your headset\mic works with other programs, and you have only one problem with FlatOut.  If this is the case, then you can try a few things.  You can perform a clean boot on your system.  This will help determine if other software can be the cause of the problem.  If you do not have to uninstalled\re the game you can also try it as well.  Remove the game from your system, use The Windows Installer Cleanup utility , and then restart your system and re - install the game.  Check also that all your hardware drivers are up to date.

  Recently I have ugraded my computer for Windows 10. When I tried to sign in to Skype with my account Microsoft, it said I couldn't because my cookies are disabled in my browser. I checked as well google chrome (my fault) and edge of Microsoft, and cookies are enabled in both. So, I have no idea why Skype told me otherwise. If anyone has a solution to this problem other than unistalling and reinstalling Skype (which I already did), it would be great.

  You must enable cookies in Internet Explorer (IE11). Regradless what browser you use, Skype is still using Internet Explorer installed on your computer.
