Can I delete my preferences of creative cloud and start again?
Is there a way to do this? Where are they kept?

Please navigate to ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db and trash. Launch desktop CC and try to sign in. (http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/access-hidden-user-library-files.html)
If still the same issue, then go to Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers and uninstall Creative Cloud Desktop. Run the cleanup tool to remove any left over ruminants: http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html .
Download desktop https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud CC and try to connect.
Please let us know if the problem still persists.
Location of preferences: ~/Library/Preferences/ and remove any prefereences Adobe. ( http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/access-hidden-user-library-files.html)

On my backup drive, Isee 'Doug' and 'DougXPS8300' folders and they both contain a large number of files, in addition to "backup of drive c." is redundant? I ask because I get a messge saying that the backup with 2 TB drive memory does not have enough room for a backup. Can I just remove ALL on my backup drive, and then tell Windows to start the backup until now, that is by replacing all loaded out there?
If you get one of the programs that I know well, I see no reason to not just to format this drive of 2 TB and start again. I know that you will have no problems with Ghost, and I have no reason to believe that you would not have no problem with Easus or Memeo either.

Well actually how to erase files that I have in a folder? That is the precise question, I have a few folders so I go to files/storage (the third option, sorry I have this in french) I select a file and show the ability to delete this file, well above.
The problem is when I try to get inside a folder to clear a single specific file (s), the show just window the option to delete the record, why? How to select files to delete?

I can't delete a file on creative cloud.
I have a file on creative cloud, it's a configuration file. The name of the file is AdobeIllustrator1 and has been done automatically when I put the settings in Illustrator to be saved on the cloud, but there is some sort of error with the file. It does not work and I can't remove it. I removed the setting that makes the file, but the file does not have to disappear. Whenever I start the computer come from a mistake, it says that it cannot synchronize my files and creative cloud program, there is a red triangle with a! in it. I tried to remove it from the cloud, but there, it says ' year error has occurred, please try again. " I have not now what to do, please help.

I'll be launching a YouTube channel and start to scan my art, so I intend to begin learning Adobe Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator first.
