Can I disable an alert pop up?
Hello! It is a minor problem that is driving me crazy. When I delete an image by pressing the delete key, I get an alert:
"Remove the main picture of the disc, or simply remove Lightroom? Delete move the file to the trash in the Finder, and removes it from Lightroom. "I don't want this alert. First of all, it is an unnecessary extra step. . Second, if I'm full-screen mode, this alert brings me on this mode. I want a 'delete Lightroom' as a default.
Hi Dan D,.
No, you can't disable the confirmation box.
But if you want to delete several files and do not want to hit the confirmation for each picture box, then you can mark images as rejected by selecting all images and press X key, and then delete them. At this point you will get a confirmation box.

Its an addon, not firefox.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to fix the problem and to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance).

How can I disable the alert to install the missing Plugin?
I just asked this, clicked on the Post on this issue, said an email would be sent to me, but the email I was sent 5 min before I posted. So I am once again posting this. Sorry if this is a duplicate.
I use dial-up slow and cannot keep all the players flash on my computer. Whenever I click on anything this either, even in my Yahoo! Mail homepage, this alert appears: additional plugins are required to display all the media on this page. To the right is a link to install missing Plugins. I click on the x to close it, and when I click on something else, it appears again. It is very frustrating - is - it is possible that I can disable this alert. I run Windows XP. If I plug-ins listed in the window of plugins installed below, I'm not aware of it, except Adobe Acrobat 5.
1. type Subject: config in the address bar and press on enter
2. accept the warning message that appears, you will be taken to a list of preferences
3. Locate the plugins.hide_infobar_for_missing_plugin preference and double-click it to change its value to true -
A client asked me to allow on their domain account lockout threshold.
I made the appropriate changes in group policy and also set up a notification by e-mail under Task Scheduler that is triggered by event ID 4740 appearing in the security log. http://community.Spiceworks.com/scripts/show/1588-send-email-on-account-lock-out
It was during the test I noted after the nth wrong password, I got a screen on alert "the referenced account is currently locked and cannot be logged on.
I tested again with an invalid username and did not get the same message. This is potentially a problem because it means that an attacker can't see a difference between a valid user name and an invalid user name without having to know any correct password.
Is it possible that I can disable this alert screen so that the attackers are not presented with a way to validate user names?
I am already aware that locking accounts are more favourable for other reasons the customer is informed of the possibility of an attack denial of service which deliberately trigger these locks and took some measures to mitigate the effects.
However, because an informed decision was filed with stick to the strategy of locking of account I want to be able to mitigate this undesirable if possible another consequence.
