I always have an ID of the paper version of my community college, as the only form of valid evidence that I was a student, my four year old ID has been moved.

  MoeGhazal I have reviewed your account and it seems that you have upgraded to a volume license CS4 Design Premium for an upgrade of retail Design Premium 5.5.

  I also shows that you have made two purchases of CS5.5 Design Premium, but the second purchase was cancelled.  Make sure that you use the serial number that ends in 7886.

  If you are using the correct serial number, then it is likely, that the installer won't recognize your serial number of volume license CS4 as being valid for upgrade.  If you can contact our support team you can be traversed through an unlocking procedure to allow you to proceed with the installation.  You can contact our team of support directly in Contact with the customer.  You can try to install a web browser, you have not previously used.  It of probably a toolbar or other software applications affect your ability to access the media cat successfully.

  The hard drive of my computer died. After Apple repaired/replaced it, I reinstalled CS5.5 Design Premium. InDesign is upward. When seized with new or change the existing text all or part of the text disappears. It reappears when I Zoom in or out. Maybe because I need to download all the patches.   I bought a 'student and Teacher Edition' of the CS5.5 Design Premium in 2012. It was installed in my iMac and the software worked perfectly. Unfortunately, a few weeks ago, my iMac crashed disk and must be replaced. When I get back the iMac recently, I reinstalled my software including the CS5.5. The resettlement process went fine at first until the bar of 93% when there is a message that tells me to disable the application "SafariNotificat". I have no idea what it was. After looking through all the applications, I could not find this application 'SafariNotificat', I canceled the installation process. Apparently, all applications to the Conference on disarmament were installed successfully, with the exception of the Adobe Acrobat X Pro. When I tried to reinstall my CD. I received the error message "Exit Code: 7 - Summary - 1 fatal Error (s), 2 error (s), 0 warning (s) ERROR: DW020: found payload conflicts and mistakes: ERROR: DW020:-Adobe Flash CS5.5 depends on Flash Player must be installed." FATAL: DW020: conflicts were found in the selected payloads. Stop the installation. -----------". This happens even when I installed using the downloaded program from Adobe.
