  There is no possibility for an Exchange platform for older versions of Creative Suite.  CS6 is eligible.

  Maybe if you check Photoshop on the cover page of the victory 8 and choose Run as administrator from the options bar at the bottom of the page and then do the Ctrl Alt Shift.
